At present, butterfly valves produced in China generally adopt two modes of worm gear transmission and handle transmission, wherein middle and small caliber butterfly valves driven by handles are popularized in the market; however, all butterfly valves in the market lack an anti-theft function, and any person can unscrew the butterfly valve to easily open the pipeline, so that media in the pipeline are easily stolen by people to cause a large amount of loss, and economic loss of a user unit is caused.

Accordingly, there is a need to provide a butterfly valve with an anti-theft function, which can prevent the butterfly valve from being easily opened.

It can be understood that the elastic element 35 abuts against the connecting block 34, so that the connecting block 34 moves towards the axis of the first rotating shaft 31, one side of the unlocking block 36 abuts against the connecting block 34, and the other side abuts against the inner wall of the locking ring 37 to limit the connecting block 34, when the locking ring 37 is rotated to enable the groove 371 on the locking ring 37 to correspond to the unlocking block 36, the unlocking block 36 is clamped into the groove 371, meanwhile, the connecting block 34 always abuts against the unlocking block 36 under the pushing of the elastic element 35, so that the connecting block is clamped into the second clamping groove 331, and the first rotating shaft 31 is connected with the second rotating shaft 33.

It should be noted that the unlocking piece 36 has an L-shaped structure, and the lower portion of the unlocking piece is exposed from the side surface of the sleeve 32, so that when the unlocking piece 36 cannot be removed by rotating the locking ring 37 in the snap-in groove 371, the unlocking piece 36 can be pushed out of the groove 371 by manually pushing the lower end of the unlocking piece 36.

Preferably, the sleeve 32 is laminated and sleeved with 4 lock rings 37.

It should be noted that, when the plurality of locking rings 37 are sleeved outside the shaft sleeve 32, the groove 371 of each locking ring 37 needs to correspond to the unlocking block 36, and the unlocking block 36 can be embedded into the groove 371, so that the unlocking difficulty of the locking ring 37 can be improved, the butterfly valve is difficult to open by people who do not know the unlocking positions of all the locking rings 37, and it needs to be noted that the outer side surface of the locking ring 37 can be provided with mark points, so that an operator can observe the positions of the inner grooves 371 of the locking rings 37.

Preferably, a rotating handle 40 is fixedly connected to the top of the second rotating shaft 33. It will be appreciated that rotation of the second shaft 33 is facilitated by the provision of a rotary handle 40.

Preferably, the connecting block 34 is provided with a first contact portion 341, the unlocking block 36 is provided with a second contact portion 361, the first contact portion 341 protrudes in the direction of the unlocking block 36, the second contact portion 361 protrudes in the direction of the connecting block 34, and the first contact portion 341 and the second contact portion 361 are in contact with each other.

Preferably, the elastic component 35 includes a spring 352 and a push plate 351, and the push plate 351 abuts against the connecting block 34.

The working mode of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 9, when the butterfly valve needs to be unlocked, the position of the locking ring 37 is adjusted, so that the groove 371 of each locking ring 37 corresponds to the position of the unlocking block 36, the elastic component 35 pushes the connecting member, and then pushes the unlocking block 36, so that the unlocking block 36 is clamped into the groove 371, and at the same time, the connecting block 34 is clamped into the second clamping groove 331 and leaves the accommodating groove 321, at this time, the handle 40 is rotated, and the second rotating shaft 33 synchronously drives the first rotating shaft 31 to rotate through the connecting block 34, and then drives the sealing member 20 to rotate, so that the two sides of the butterfly valve are communicated. When the butterfly valve needs to be closed, the handle 40 is rotated in the opposite direction, the connecting block 34 resets to the same plane with the unlocking block 36, at the moment, the two sides of the butterfly valve are separated by the sealing element 20, then the locking ring 37 is rotated, the unlocking block 36 moves out of the groove 371 in the direction of the connecting block 34, the elastic component 35 is further extruded until the connecting block 34 is separated from the second clamping groove 331, at the moment, the handle 40 is rotated, the second rotating shaft 33 cannot drive the first rotating shaft 31 to rotate, and the locking of the butterfly valve is realized.
