Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of burners, in particular to a burner and a stove.

Background

Aluminum alloy materials are used for manufacturing distributors and burner of gas cookers more and more at present because of their easy processing performance and excellent corrosion resistance. However, the aluminum alloy burner has poor high temperature resistance and is likely to be softened and deformed when the use temperature exceeds 500 ℃.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a combustor, which can ensure good sealing performance between a distributor and an outer ring fire cover, avoid deformation and damage of the distributor caused by fire leakage and further prolong the service life of the combustor.

Based on this, the present invention provides a burner comprising:

a furnace end;

the distributor is connected to the furnace end; and

the outer ring fire cover is buckled on the distributor, the distributor is connected with the outer ring fire cover through a fastening piece, a first fastening hole corresponding to the fastening piece is formed in the distributor, and a second fastening hole corresponding to the first fastening hole is formed in the outer ring fire cover;

the outer peripheral face of outer ring fire lid is the smooth surface, the distributor be provided with outer ring fire lid's outer peripheral face matched with connect the face, outer ring fire lid pass through the outer peripheral face with connect the face and be connected, just the outer peripheral face with connect the fit clearance value that the cooperation formed of face is 0.05-0.15 mm.

As a preferred scheme, the distributor is provided with a plurality of gas outflow channels communicated with the furnace end and a mixing tank communicated with the gas outflow channels, the distributor is provided with a connecting seat in the mixing tank, the first fastening hole is located on the connecting seat, and the connecting seat is uniformly arranged around the center of the distributor.
