Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the bearing seat device capable of measuring the operating parameters of different positions of a bearing provided by the invention comprises a bearing seat 1 and a tension loading device 2, wherein a temperature sensor 4 and an ultrasonic sensor 3 are fixedly assembled on the bearing seat 1. The bearing housing 1 has a rolling bearing 7 mounted therein. The tension loading device 2 comprises a tension sensor 5 and a tension loading connecting rod 6. The bearing seat 1 is of a regular octagonal structure, a square groove is formed in one side face of the bearing seat and used for mounting the ultrasonic sensor 3, M12 threaded holes are formed in the other side faces of the bearing seat and used for being connected with the tension loading device 2, and the two M12 threaded through holes are used for assembling the temperature sensor 4 to measure the temperature of the outer ring of the bearing.

During assembly, the rolling bearing 7 is firstly installed in the bearing seat 1, the temperature sensor 4 is installed in the M12 threaded through holes which are vertical to each other, and the ultrasonic sensor 3 is arranged in the square groove. The tension loading rod 6 and the tension sensor 5 are connected through threads to form the tension loading device 2, and finally the bearing seat 1 and the tension loading device 2 are connected through an M12 threaded hole in the bearing seat.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the rotatable bearing seat 1 is provided with a temperature sensor 4 and an ultrasonic sensor 3 which can measure the temperature and the rotating speed of a rolling bearing 7 when the bearing is in operation. The bearing seat 1 is connected with a tension loading device 2 fixed on the base, and the relative loading positions of the sensors are changed through the rotation of the bearing seat 1, so that the operation parameters of the rolling bearing 7 in the whole rotation period can be measured. The position of the sensor relative to the bearing loading point is adjusted through the swing of the rotatable bearing seat, the autonomous frequent disassembly and assembly of the sensor are reduced, the measurement function of the bearing operation signal is increased, and the measurement efficiency is improved.
