when the smart glasses are in the unfolded state, the second matching surface (210) is arranged opposite to the first matching surface (111), and the second matching surface (210) covers the first matching surface (111);

wherein at least one of the first mating face (111) and the second mating face (210) is provided with the first electrical connector (300).

The smart eyewear of claim 2 wherein the connecting end has a first extension (112), the first mating surface (111) is located on the first extension (112), the temple (200) has a second extension (220) at an end connected to the bracket (110), the second mating surface (210) is located on the second extension (220), and the second extension (220) is rotatable with respect to the first extension (112).

The smart eyewear of claim 3, wherein the first extension (112) comprises a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface connecting the first surface and the second surface, the third surface comprising the first mating surface (111), and the first surface and the second surface being disposed opposite each other;

when the smart glasses are in the unfolded state, the second extending part (220) covers the first mating face (111), and the surface of the second extending part (220) facing the first mating face (111) is the second mating face (210).

The smart eyewear of claim 4 wherein the temple (200) includes a temple body and an ear portion extending from the temple body in a second direction, the second face facing the second direction, and the second face including a first locating surface (113), the first locating surface (113) being locatably engageable with a second locating surface (710) in the case.

6. The smart glasses according to claim 5, wherein a position where the first positioning surface (113) intersects with the first mating surface (111) is provided with a resilient portion (114), and the resilient portion (114) can be in positioning fit with the second positioning surface.

The smart glasses according to claim 4, wherein the first mating surface (111) is a first slope, the temple (200) includes a temple body and a tab portion extending from the temple body in a bent manner in a second direction, in which the first slope extends obliquely toward the extending direction of the first extension (112), and the second mating surface (210) is a second slope adapted to the first slope.

8. The smart eyewear of claim 3 wherein the first extension (112) comprises a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being opposite the second surface, one of the first surface and the second surface comprising the first mating surface (111);

when the smart glasses are in the unfolded state, the second extending part (220) covers the first mating face (111), and the surface of the second extending part (220) facing the first mating face (111) is the second mating face (210).

Smart glasses according to claim 2, characterized in that the first electrical connector (300) is located at the first mating face (111), the second mating face (210) being provided with a resilient cover (230), the resilient cover (230) covering the first electrical connector (300) in case the smart glasses are in the unfolded state.

10. A case for smart glasses, the case being capable of accommodating the smart glasses of any one of claims 1 to 9, the case comprising:

a case (400);

a box cover (500), wherein the box cover (500) is rotatably connected with the box body (400), under the condition that the box cover (500) covers the box body (400), the box cover (500) and the box body (400) form a containing space, and at least one of the box body (400) and the box cover (500) is provided with a battery module;

a second electrical connector (600), wherein the second electrical connector (600) is arranged on the box cover (500) or the box body (400), and the second electrical connector (600) is electrically connected with the battery module;

the second electrical connector (600) is electrically connected with the first electrical connector (300) with the smart glasses in the receiving space.

11. The glasses case according to claim 10, further comprising a positioning part (700), wherein the positioning part (700) is provided to the case cover (500) or the case body (400);

under the condition that the intelligent glasses are positioned in the accommodating space, the positioning part (700) is matched with the intelligent glasses in a positioning mode, and the first electric connector (300) is electrically connected with the second electric connector (600).

The spectacle case according to claim 11, wherein a raised portion (410) is provided in the case body (400), the second electrical connector (600) is provided on the raised portion (410), the raised portion (410) is provided with the positioning portion (700) at an end facing away from the bottom of the case body (400), and the positioning portion (700) is a snap having a second positioning surface (710);

under the condition that the intelligent glasses are located in the accommodating space, the buckle is connected with the intelligent glasses in a clamping mode, and the second positioning surface (710) is at least partially opposite to the intelligent glasses.

Technical Field

Background

With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more new science and technology products, particularly intelligent glasses, appear in recent years, and are favored by consumers.

At present, the integrated function is more and more on the intelligent glasses, leads to the consumption of intelligent glasses great, and because the volume of intelligent glasses is less, leads to the battery volume that sets up on the intelligent glasses less, causes the capacity of battery less to cause the duration of intelligent glasses to be insufficient. Therefore, in order to make the smart glasses have a long-term cruising ability, the existing smart glasses generally need to be equipped with a glasses case, and a battery is arranged in the glasses case, so that the glasses case can be used for charging the smart glasses. Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses intelligent glasses, a glasses box and a glasses assembly, and aims to solve the problem that the appearance consistency of the intelligent glasses is poor.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is realized as follows:

in a first aspect, the embodiment of the invention discloses intelligent glasses, which comprise a glasses main body and glasses legs, wherein the glasses main body is rotationally connected with the glasses legs, at least one of the glasses main body and the glasses legs is provided with a first electric connector, and the intelligent glasses have a folded state and an unfolded state;

with the smart glasses in the folded state, the first electrical connector is exposed to the smart glasses;

with the smart eyewear in the extended state, the first electrical connection is covered by at least one of the eyewear body and the temple.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a glasses case for smart glasses, the glasses case being capable of accommodating the smart glasses, the glasses case including:

a box body;

the box cover is rotatably connected with the box body, under the condition that the box cover covers the box body, the box cover and the box body form an accommodating space, and at least one of the box body and the box cover is provided with a battery module;

the second electric connecting piece is arranged on the box cover or the box body and is electrically connected with the battery module;

the second electrical connector is electrically connected with the first electrical connector with the smart glasses positioned within the receiving space.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an eyeglass assembly, which includes the above smart glasses and the above eyeglass case.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

in the intelligent glasses disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the intelligent glasses are in the folded state, the first electric connecting piece is exposed out of the intelligent glasses, a user can charge the intelligent glasses through the first electric connecting piece, under the condition that the intelligent glasses are in the unfolded state, the first electric connecting piece is covered by at least one of the glasses main body and the glasses legs, so that the first electric connecting piece is hidden when the user normally uses the intelligent glasses, the first electric connecting piece is prevented from being observed outside the intelligent glasses by the user, the consistency of the intelligent glasses is higher when the user uses the intelligent glasses, the appearance of the intelligent glasses is more attractive, the appearance consistency of the intelligent glasses is better, and the user experience is finally improved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 13, the embodiment of the invention discloses smart glasses, which include a glasses main body 100 and temples 200.

Wherein, the glasses body 100 and the glasses legs 200 are rotatably connected, at least one of the glasses body 100 and the glasses legs 200 is provided with a first electrical connector 300, the first electrical connector 300 is electrically connected with a battery module of the smart glasses, and the smart glasses can be charged through the first electrical connector 300. Specifically, the battery module of the smart glasses may be disposed in the glasses body 100, in which case the first electrical connector 300 is disposed at the glasses body 100; the battery module may be provided in the temples 200, in which case the first electrical connector 300 is provided to the temples 200; of course, both the glasses body 100 and the temples 200 may be provided with the battery module, in which case, both the glasses body 100 and the temples 200 may be provided with the first electrical connector 300, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the smart glasses have a folded state and an unfolded state, and the first electrical connector 300 is exposed to the smart glasses when the smart glasses are in the folded state. When the user is not wearing intelligent glasses, intelligent glasses are generally in fold condition, and first electric connector 300 reveals in intelligent glasses this moment, and intelligent glasses can charge in the spectacle case through first electric connector 300.

With the smart glasses in the unfolded state, the first electrical connector 300 is covered by at least one of the glasses main body 100 and the temples 200. In the smart glasses disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, when the smart glasses are in a folded state, the first electrical connector 300 is exposed to the smart glasses, and a user may charge the smart glasses through the first electrical connector 300, and when the smart glasses are in an unfolded state, the first electrical connector 300 is covered by at least one of the glasses main body 100 and the glasses leg 200, so that when the user normally uses the smart glasses, the first electrical connector 300 is hidden, and the user is prevented from observing the first electrical connector 300 outside the smart glasses, so that when the user uses the smart glasses, the consistency of the smart glasses is high, and the appearance of the smart glasses is relatively beautiful, and further, the appearance consistency of the smart glasses is relatively good, and finally, the user experience is improved.

As described above, the first electrical connector 300 can be covered by at least one of the glasses body 100 and the temple 200, and particularly, the glasses body 100 may include the bracket 110, the bracket 110 may be rotatably connected with the temple 200 to switch the smart glasses between the unfolded state and the folded state by a rotation, the connection end of the bracket 110 connected with the temple 200 may have the first mating face 111, and the end of the temple 200 connected with the bracket 110 may have the second mating face 210; when the smart glasses are in the unfolded state, the second mating surface 210 is disposed opposite to the first mating surface 111, and the second mating surface 210 covers the first mating surface 111, wherein at least one of the first mating surface 111 and the second mating surface 210 is provided with the first electrical connector 300. Alternatively, the connecting end may be provided with a first extension 112, the first mating surface 111 is located on the first extension 112, one end of the temple 200 connected to the support 110 may be provided with a second extension 220, the second mating surface 210 is located on the second extension 220, and the second extension 220 may rotate relative to the first extension 112. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first surface and the second surface are disposed opposite to each other in the height direction of the smart glasses, the smart glasses may further include a first optical module and a second optical module disposed on the support 110, specifically, the first optical module and the second optical module may be common glasses lenses or may be display screens, the first optical module and the second optical module are sequentially disposed along the first direction, and the third surface is an end surface of the first extension portion 112 facing the first direction. Referring to fig. 1 again, the first direction is a direction of an x axis in fig. 1, and the height direction of the smart glasses is a direction of a z axis in fig. 1.

The positions of the first mating surface 111 and the second mating surface 210 are specified in the present embodiment, when the temple 200 rotates relative to the glasses main body 100, the third surface can be better covered, so that the first mating surface 111 can be better covered, the first electrical connector 300 disposed on the first mating surface 111 can be better covered, and the hiding performance of the first electrical connector 300 is improved. Meanwhile, the mode is simple, reliable and convenient to set.

In an alternative embodiment, the temples 200 may include a main body and an ear hanging portion bent and extended from the main body in a second direction, the second surface faces the second direction, and the second surface includes a first locating surface 113, and the first locating surface 113 may be located and matched with the second locating surface 710 in the glasses case. When intelligent glasses are stored in the glasses box, the first positioning surface 113 and the second positioning surface 710 are in positioning fit, so that the intelligent glasses are prevented from shaking in the glasses box, and the intelligent glasses are prevented from being damaged due to collision. Meanwhile, the first positioning surface 113 and the second positioning surface 710 are in positioning fit, so that the intelligent glasses are stably electrically connected with the second electric connector 600 located in the glasses case, and the stability of the intelligent glasses during charging is improved. In order to facilitate the positioning of the smart glasses with the second positioning surface 710, in an alternative embodiment, the position where the first positioning surface 113 intersects with the first mating surface 111 may be provided with an elastic portion 114, and the elastic portion 114 may be positioned and engaged with the second positioning surface. When first locating surface 113 needs second locating surface 710 location cooperation, first inclined plane can play the effect of direction to intelligent glasses to make intelligent glasses can move to required position comparatively steadily, thereby can make first locating surface 113 fix a position with second locating surface 710 comparatively easily, convenience of customers accomodates intelligent glasses in the spectacle case, and convenience of customers also takes out intelligent glasses from the spectacle case simultaneously.

As described above, the first extending portion 112 has a plurality of surfaces, and any one of the surfaces may be provided with the first mating surface 111, and optionally, the first extending portion 112 may include a first surface and a second surface, where the first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other, and specifically, the first surface and the second surface are distributed back to back in the height direction of the smart glasses. One of the first surface and the second surface may include a first mating face 111; when the smart glasses are in the unfolded state, the second extending portion 220 covers the first mating surface 111, and a surface of the second extending portion 220 facing the first mating surface 111 is the second mating surface 210. The elastic covering part 230 can play a role in buffering when the second matching surface 210 collides with the first electric connector 300, and reduces the abrasion degree of the second matching surface 210 to the first electric connector 300, so that the first electric connector 300 is prevented from being easily failed due to multiple collisions, the service life of the first electric connector 300 is prolonged, and the reliability of the intelligent glasses is improved.

Specifically, the elastic covering portion 230 may be a silicone rubber pad, which has good flexibility and can touch the first electrical connector 300 at the second mating surface 210 to play a better buffering role, and meanwhile, the elastic covering portion 230 may realize the sealing protection of the first electrical connector 300 through its own deformation. The first electrical connector 300 may be a metal sheet, which has a simple structure and a low cost, and is conveniently disposed on the smart glasses.

Based on the intelligent glasses disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also discloses a glasses case for the intelligent glasses, the disclosed glasses case can accommodate the intelligent glasses described by any embodiment, and the disclosed glasses case comprises a case body 400, a case cover 500 and a second electric connector 600:

In order to improve the stability of the smart glasses when the smart glasses are charged in the glasses case, in an alternative embodiment, the glasses case may further include a positioning part 700, and the positioning part 700 may be disposed on the case cover 500 or the case body 400; under the condition that the smart glasses are positioned in the accommodating space, the positioning part 700 is in positioning fit with the smart glasses, and the first electrical connector 300 is electrically connected with the second electrical connector 600. When intelligent glasses are accommodated in the glasses box, the positioning portion 700 can limit displacement of the intelligent glasses, the intelligent glasses are prevented from shaking into the glasses box, damage of the intelligent glasses due to collision is avoided, meanwhile, the positioning portion 700 not only can limit displacement of the intelligent glasses, but also enables the intelligent glasses to be connected with the second electric connecting piece 600 located in the glasses box stably, and therefore stability of the intelligent glasses during charging is improved.

Specifically, the box 400 may be provided with a protruding portion 410, the second electrical connector 600 is disposed on the protruding portion 410, one end of the protruding portion 410 away from the bottom of the box 400 may be provided with a positioning portion 700, and the positioning portion 700 may be a buckle, and the buckle may have a second positioning surface 710; under the condition that intelligent glasses are located accommodation space, buckle and intelligent glasses joint, and second locating surface 710 is at least partly relative with intelligent glasses, can be relative with first locating surface 113 to make intelligent glasses be fixed a position in the spectacle case, the simple structure of buckle location, and the scheme setting in the spectacle case. Simultaneously, at the in-process that the user used, the mode of buckle location can make things convenient for the user to take out or put back intelligent glasses from the spectacle case.

The third mating surface 411 arranged obliquely can better play a role of bearing the smart glasses to a certain extent, and under the action of the gravity of the smart glasses, the first electrical connector 300 can be in close contact with the second electrical connector 600, so that the reliability of electrical connection between the first electrical connector 300 and the second electrical connector 600 is improved.

In particular, second electrical connector 600 may be a metal sheet, alternatively second electrical connector 600 may be a resilient electrical connector, e.g. a dome and pogo pin electrical connector, or the like. The elastic electrical connector can adapt the distance between the first electrical connector 300 and the second electrical connector 600 to enable the first electrical connector 300 and the second electrical connector 600 to be in closer contact.
