1. The intelligent monitoring device is characterized by comprising an installation module and a shell, wherein the installation module is fixed outside the shell and used for installing and fixing the shell on a tree; the shell internally mounted has:

the first power supply module (03) supplies power to the wireless communication module (07), and the second power supply module (02) supplies power to other modules except the wireless communication module (07);

the signal processing module (06) is respectively connected with the positioning module (05), the wireless communication module (07) and each detection module in the detection unit.

the signal processing module (06) is in an inactivated mode in an initial state;

the signal processing module (06) is triggered regularly in an activation mode, controls to start the wireless communication module (07) and the positioning module (05), obtains positioning data of the positioning module (05), and obtains detection results of all detection modules in the detection unit; after the acquired data are preprocessed, the data are sent to a far end through a wireless communication module (07); and/or the signal processing module (06) is triggered when the detection result of at least one detection module in the detection units is abnormal, controls to start the wireless communication module (07) and the positioning module (05), obtains the positioning data of the positioning module (05), and obtains at least the abnormal detection result; and after being preprocessed, the acquired data is sent to a far end through a wireless communication module (07).

3. The intelligent monitoring device applied to tree theft monitoring as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method for switching the signal processing module (06) from the inactive mode to the active mode comprises: manual configuration accomplishes the switching of modes, or,

the signal processing module (06) transmits an activation request to the remote end through the wireless communication module (07) at a predetermined frequency in the inactive mode, checks its own activation state configured at the remote end every time the activation request is transmitted, and switches to the active mode when the checked activation state is activated.

The intelligent monitoring device applied to tree theft prevention monitoring as recited in claim 3, characterized in that the signal processing module (06) is in a non-activated mode, and when an activation request is not sent, the signal processing module keeps in a sleep mode, controls the positioning module (05) to keep in a low power consumption mode and turns off the wireless communication module (07); the signal processing module (06) keeps a low power consumption mode after being not triggered and finishing sending data to a far end in an activation mode, and controls the wireless communication module (07) to close and the positioning module (05) to keep the low power consumption mode; and when the wireless communication module is triggered and sends data to a far end, the wireless communication module (07) and the positioning module (05) are controlled to keep a normal working mode.

The intelligent monitoring device applied to tree theft prevention monitoring as recited in claim 2, wherein the data for determining the state of the tree includes three-axis acceleration data, and when the detected value of any one of the three axes reaches a corresponding predetermined threshold value, it indicates that an abnormality is detected.

7. The intelligent monitoring device applied to tree anti-theft monitoring as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detection unit further comprises a temperature detection module (10), and the temperature detection module (10) is used for detecting environmental temperature data.

Along with the development of society, urban greening is more and more important, trees in streets and alleys are more and more, and monitoring management aiming at some rare trees is very important. At present, the research on the aspect of tree anti-theft monitoring is not much, and in order to make up for the product deficiency in the aspect of tree monitoring management, the invention is researched, and the tree anti-theft monitoring device carries out real-time monitoring and alarming on the inclination angle, the movement condition and the geographic position of the tree.

At present, products aiming at tree anti-theft monitoring in the market are very few, and the products generally exist in the situation that trees are damaged during installation, or the products have larger volume and are complex to install, and if holes are formed in the trees, the devices are installed in the holes; some need the installing support, pin the support on the tree, then fix the device on the support, the top still installs the rain shelter alone simultaneously. Moreover, the devices generally monitor the growth condition of trees and detect the soil humidity and temperature of the trees. The device does not have a waterproof function, has short continuous working time, and does not have a function of detecting the physical state (such as felling, inclining, moving and the like) of the tree.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide the following advantages: to the problem that exists, provide an intelligent monitoring ware that is applied to trees theftproof control. The remote monitoring system aims to solve the problems of remote monitoring and timely alarming on the physical state, especially the abnormal state, of the tree.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the battery supplies power to the first power supply module and the second power supply module; and

Signal processing module and detecting element, detecting element includes at least:

a power detection module for detecting the power data of the battery,

A state detection module for detecting tree state data, wherein the tree state data at least comprises data for judging the state of the tree,

the cover opening detection module is used for detecting the cover opening state of the shell;

the first power supply module supplies power to the wireless communication module, and the second power supply module supplies power to other modules except the wireless communication module;

the signal processing module is respectively connected with the positioning module, the wireless communication module and each detection module in the detection unit.

The detection unit can monitor the physical state of the tree in real time, the signal processing module can process the detection result on site, and normal/abnormal data are sent to a far end in time in a wireless mode to be reported. The working voltage and the current of the wireless communication module are higher than those of other modules, and in order to prevent the interference to other modules caused by the sudden increase of the working current when the wireless module sends data, the two power supply modules are used for supplying power respectively, so that the interference of the wireless communication module to the power supplies of other modules can be reduced. Meanwhile, the power consumption of the wireless communication module is better managed, and the power supply of the wireless communication module is directly cut off through the power supply module when communication is not needed at ordinary times, so that the power consumption can be reduced.

Further, the work flow of the intelligent monitor is as follows:

the signal processing module is in an inactivated mode in an initial state;

the signal processing module is triggered at regular time (namely triggered by preset frequency) in an activation mode, controls to start the wireless communication module and the positioning module, obtains positioning data of the positioning module, and obtains detection results of all detection modules in the detection unit; after preprocessing, sending the acquired data to a remote end through a wireless communication module; and/or the signal processing module is triggered when the detection result of at least one detection module in the detection unit is abnormal, controls to start the wireless communication module and the positioning module, obtains the positioning data of the positioning module, and at least obtains the abnormal detection result; and after the acquired data is preprocessed, the data is sent to a remote end through a wireless communication module.

By means of the design, the detection data of the tree can be uploaded regularly under the normal condition of the tree, and the alarm information can be reported timely when the tree is in an abnormal state.

Further, the method for switching the signal processing module from the inactive mode to the active mode comprises the following steps: manual configuration accomplishes the switching of modes, or,

the signal processing module sends an activation request to a remote end through the wireless communication module at a preset frequency in an inactive mode, checks the self activation state configured at the remote end every time the activation request is sent, and switches to the active mode when the checked activation state is activated.

Through the design, the activation time of the device can be controlled at any time for a user, remote large-batch unified activation can be performed for the condition of large-batch use, the operation is more convenient and faster, and the efficiency is higher.

Further, the signal processing module keeps in a sleep mode when the activation request is not sent (i.e. at a time other than when the activation request is sent) in the inactive mode, controls the positioning module to keep in the low power consumption mode and controls the wireless communication module to keep off; the signal processing module keeps a low-power consumption working mode in an activation mode after being not triggered and sending data to a far end is finished, and controls the wireless communication module to be closed and the positioning module to be in the low-power consumption mode; and when the wireless communication module is triggered until data is sent to a far end, the wireless communication module and the positioning module are controlled to keep in a normal working mode.

By the design, the signal processing module and other modules which do not need to work in real time are triggered to normally work only when needed, so that the working power consumption of the device is reduced, and the device can continuously work for a long time.

Furthermore, the positioning module comprises a power supply structure and an internal register, and the internal register stores positioning satellite data after one-time positioning.

The design adopts a mode of a hot start positioning module, so that the starting time and the satellite searching time during each start can be greatly shortened, the positioning is quicker, and the power consumption is further reduced.

Further, the installation module comprises a plurality of hoop-rubber pad pairs.

The design does not need to damage trees, does not damage the skin of the trees, and provides a certain space for the growth of the trees.

Further, the data for judging the state of the tree includes three-axis acceleration data, and when a detection value of any one of three axes reaches a corresponding predetermined threshold value, it indicates that an abnormality is detected.

Further, the detection unit further includes a temperature detection module 10, and the temperature detection module 10 is configured to detect ambient temperature data.

Further, the temperature detecting module 10 detects the ambient temperature data by using an NTC resistor. The NTC has linear resistance change in a certain range along with the temperature rise, so that a more accurate temperature value can be obtained through simple equipment and conversion.

Furthermore, the electric quantity detection module detects the voltage of the battery by adopting a resistance bridge to obtain electric quantity data.

Further, the second power supply module adopts a DC-DC stabilized power supply circuit; the DC-DC stabilized voltage supply circuit comprises an output voltage interface and a load power supply voltage output control end, wherein the load power supply voltage output control end can control the connection and disconnection of the output voltage interface. The DC-DC voltage-stabilized power supply circuit has strong controllability, and the static power consumption of the whole device can be reduced through the control of the signal processing module.

In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the tree anti-theft monitoring device can perform real-time monitoring on tree inclination angle alarming, moving alarming and positioning, can transmit data to a remote platform in time, has high reliability and good stability, and can support intervention of an intelligent city management platform.

2. The tree anti-theft monitoring device adopts a low-power-consumption device, a battery with large electric quantity capacity and low self-loss rate to supply power, and further designs a working mode with low static power consumption, thereby ensuring that the device can work for a long time.

3. The tree anti-theft monitoring device provided by the invention uses the hoop and the rubber pad in an installation mode, so that the tree is not damaged, the normal growth of the tree is ensured, and the tree anti-theft monitoring device has the characteristics of convenience in adjustment and reusability. The mode has the advantages of low cost, simple operation and high reliability, the shell is subjected to waterproof treatment, the short circuit of the electronic elements in the device is avoided, and the aging is slow.

4. The tree anti-theft monitoring device not only can detect the tree anti-theft, but also can detect the self protection of the device, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the anti-theft function of the device.

5. The invention can realize remote unified (or self-defined time) activation of a large batch of devices, and has simple and convenient operation and high efficiency.
