Technical Field

The present application claims priority rights based on korean patent application No. 10-2017-0146166, 11/03, 2017, the entire contents of which are disclosed in this korean patent application document being incorporated as part of the present specification.

The present invention relates to a mask having an excellent feeling of use.

Background

The facial mask is a skin management product used in a manner of being applied to the skin and left for a certain period of time and then removed, and is classified into various types according to its formulation and use method. The mask sheet is a product which contains a moisturizing agent, a whitening agent, a wrinkle improving agent and other functional cosmetic components, wherein the cosmetic solution is soaked in a substrate of the sheet and is used in a mode of being torn off after a certain time of skin attachment of a user. The mask sheet is excellent in portability and easy to use, and thus occupies one of the most popular forms of masks, and research and development for satisfying various demands of consumers are also continuously conducted.

Most of the mask sheets currently in circulation are produced in such a manner that a base material such as nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a cosmetic composition, and the base material is folded and placed in a packaging bag, and then the contents are injected and sealed. Therefore, the content to be injected is easily impregnated into the base material by using a cosmetic liquid or a cosmetic water having a low viscosity and excellent fluidity. On the other hand, high-viscosity formulations such as creams and gels have low fluidity and are difficult to impregnate a base material in the above manner, and thus their use as contents is limited.

The general mask sheet thus manufactured is not only a base material but also contains a considerable amount of contents in the packaging bag. The two sides of the top sheet are not particularly distinguished, and are entirely wetted with the contents. Such a mask sheet has a problem that the mask sheet is evaporated or left in a packaging bag to lose a considerable amount of the contents than the injected contents are supplied to the skin, and has a problem that the contents are stained when taken, and the low-viscosity contents flow down after the mask sheet is attached to the skin, thereby reducing the feeling of use.

In order to solve the above problems, korean authorized utility model No. 20-0464720 proposes a facial mask that is integrally formed by detachably attaching a facial sheet paper impregnated with a cosmetic water to one side of a packaging film so that it can be used while the packaging film is unfolded. The mask is used by grasping the outer peripheral edge of the unfolded packaging film with a hand, so that the contents can be prevented from being stained and the cosmetic water can be prevented from evaporating through the packaging film. However, the facial mask has a problem that the flexibility of the facial sheet is reduced by the packaging film, and the feeling of skin adhesion is reduced, and a problem that the permeability of the sheet is reduced, and the feeling of use is oppressed when the sheet is attached to the skin. In addition, such an embodiment has a disadvantage that the content impregnation amount is limited.

Therefore, there is a need for the development of a novel mask sheet which is hygienic and easy to handle without touching the hand, has excellent skin adhesion and good feeling in use, and can use a high-viscosity formulation as a content.

Face pack

The present invention provides a facial mask comprising a facial mask sheet impregnated with a cosmetic composition on only one side, the facial mask sheet comprising: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer laminated on one surface of the base layer.

Fig. 1 illustrates a cross-section of a mask pack according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the mask of the present invention includes a mask sheet 20, and the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21 and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23. At this time, the base layer 21 is impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and the cosmetic composition does not stick to the outside of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23.

The mask sheet of the present invention contains the cosmetic composition impregnated only on one side of the mask sheet, and the mask sheet is protected or folded by the shaped film from being exposed to the outside, so that the contents are not sticky during use and thus the use is easy.

In addition, the mask sheet has excellent skin-fitting properties and exhibits a pleasant feeling of use despite including a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer. In addition, unlike the conventional mask, the mask of the present invention is impregnated with a high viscosity agent such as cream, thereby being capable of providing high moisturizing and high nutritional effects.

In addition, the waterproof sheet may further include a blocking supplement layer formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, or formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer and outside the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, or formed as two or more layers outside the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer.

Fig. 2 illustrates a cross-section of a mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the mask of the present invention includes a mask sheet 20, and the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21, a blocking supplement layer 22, and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23. At this time, the blocking supplement layer 22 includes a first blocking supplement layer 221 and a second blocking supplement layer 222. In addition, the base layer 21 is impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and the cosmetic composition does not stick to the outside of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23.

In the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the mask sheet may further include a shape-changing film 10 laminated on the outer surface of the base layer 21, and the impregnated cosmetic composition may not stick to the user's hand and may not evaporate outward by including the shape-changing film.

Here, the shaped film 10 is used to protect the skin contact surface of the mask sheet 20 before it is attached to the skin, and to prevent the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer 21 from being contaminated and evaporated, and the shaped film 10 is peeled off from the mask sheet when the user uses the mask sheet, and the base layer 21 of the mask sheet 20 with which the shaped film 10 is in contact becomes the skin contact surface.

The material of the irregular film 10 is not particularly limited, and any material known in the art to be usable as an irregular film may be used without limitation. In particular, a PET film or an embossed (embossing) treated PET film, a PP film, or the like is preferable.

In the present invention, the mask sheet 20 includes a base layer 21 impregnated with a cosmetic composition and used as a surface to be adhered to the skin.

The base layer 21 has a plurality of pores to be impregnated with the cosmetic composition, and the form and material thereof are not particularly limited as long as the liquid retention property is excellent.

For example, the base layer 21 may be a non-woven fabric, a paper, a foam, or a sponge, and the material thereof may be one or more selected from the group consisting of viscose rayon, modal, lyocell, tencel, cuprammonium, polyester, Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyamide, Polyurethane (PU), polylactic acid (PLA), nylon, cotton, hemp, pulp, and cellulose, but is not limited thereto. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the substrate layer may be a viscose rayon non-woven fabric, a tencel non-woven fabric, a cuprammonium non-woven fabric or a cotton non-woven fabric.

The mass per unit area of the substrate layer 21 is not particularly limited and may be 10gsm (g/m)2) To 150gsm (g/m)2). In addition, the water content of the base layer 21 may be in the range of 100% to 5000% by weight of the base layer itself, but is not limited thereto.

The thickness of the base layer 21 is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be appropriately adjusted as needed, and is preferably in the range of 20 μm to 2 mm. If the thickness of the foundation layer is less than 20 μm, there arises a problem in terms of handling properties such as a reduction in unfolding property and easy tearing of the mask sheet, and if it exceeds 2mm, the mask sheet is too thick and the adhesive force when it is adhered to the skin is reduced, and therefore, the adjustment is appropriately performed within the above range.

In the present invention, the moisture-permeable and waterproof film layer 23 may be laminated on one surface of the base layer 21 to have one or more functions selected from water repellency, oil repellency, masking, and color development. As described above, the moisture-permeable and waterproof film layer 23 may have a hydrophobic and/or oleophobic function to block outflow of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer and prevent contents from sticking to the outer surface of the mask sheet 20, and may have a masking function to prevent the contents inside the mask sheet 20 from being exposed to the outside, and may have a color developing function to impart aesthetic feeling.

In this case, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 is preferably formed in a thin film form so as not to reduce flexibility inherent to the base layer 21.

In the present invention, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 is a film-form material having both moisture permeability and waterproof function, and is a film formed so that it has micropores with a diameter smaller than that of water vapor so that water in the form of water vapor such as sweat can pass through the micropores, but water droplets such as rainwater cannot pass through the micropores. The moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 as described above exhibits excellent adhesion when bonded to the base layer 21, is highly flexible and does not inhibit the skin-adhesive feeling, and since the cosmetic composition does not flow out to the outside and the external air and moisture pass through, the cosmetic composition contained in the mask sheet does not evaporate, and the feeling of oppression felt when using the conventional mask sheet can be reduced and a pleasant feeling of use can be imparted.

At this time, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may have a Porosity (Porosity) of 50% to 70%, preferably, 55% to 60%. If the porosity of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer is less than 50%, the feeling of oppression to the skin may increase to show an uncomfortable feeling in use, and if it exceeds 70%, the cosmetic composition may be easily exposed to the outside.

In addition, the moisture-permeable, waterproof film layer may have an Average diameter of fine pores (Average Pore diameter) of 0.001 to 90.0 μm. If the diameter of the fine pores is less than 0.001 μm, the feeling of oppression to the skin may increase to show an uncomfortable feeling in use, and if it exceeds 90.0 μm, the cosmetic composition may be easily exposed to the outside or external foreign substances may permeate into the mask sheet to be contaminated.

The moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 may be manufactured by a lamination (laminating) method. Here, the lamination method is a method of bonding a microporous membrane to a fiber. Since the lamination method bonds a thin microporous membrane to a fiber having high flexibility, the flexibility of the bonded substrate is not reduced, and a soft touch and a good fit can be provided.

The moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 can be produced by laminating two or more types of microporous films on the base layer 21 a plurality of times. In this case, the two or more types of microporous membranes may be made of different or the same materials, and the sizes of the micropores may be different from each other and may have different functions from each other.

The material of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 may use a synthetic polymer, a natural polymer, or a combination thereof.

Specifically, as the material of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, one or more selected from the group consisting of fluorine, silicon, Polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyethylene oxide (PEO), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polystyrene (PS), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), Polyurethane (PU), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), nylon, polyether sulfone (PES), polyether imide (PEI), polystyrene-butadiene-Styrene (SBS), carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), Polyethylene (PE), ethylene-vinyl acetate resin, and Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene block copolymer (Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene block copolymer) may be used, and preferably, one or more selected from the group consisting of polyacrylonitrile, polyvinylidene fluoride, and polyurethane may be used.

In the present invention, the moisture-permeable and water-repellent film layer 23 preferably has water repellency and oil repellency so as to prevent migration of the cosmetic composition and exhibit a barrier effect. That is, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be manufactured to contain the hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredient, or the hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredient may be coated on the substrate with little or no hydrophobic and oleophobic ingredient.

Preferably, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 of the present invention is implemented in the form of a thin film so as to function as a blocking film without reducing the flexibility of the base layer 21. In particular, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be formed at a mass per unit area of 1gsm to 50gsm, and more preferably, may be 1gsm to 20 gsm. If the mass per unit area of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer is less than 1gsm, permeation and evaporation of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer are difficult to block, and if it exceeds 50gsm, flexibility of the base layer decreases, a feeling of fit when attached to the skin decreases, air permeability decreases, and a feeling of oppressive use may be exhibited.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the laminate of two or more layers of the face film may be formed by an adhesive, thermal welding, ultrasonic welding, or sewing (tacking).

Here, the laminate may be configured by one or more adhesives selected from the group consisting of acrylic adhesives, Rubber (Rubber) -based adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, polyester adhesives, silicon adhesives, and hot melt adhesives. In this case, the face film sheet may be bonded by spot welding in order to prevent the air permeability of the face film sheet from being lowered by the adhesive.

Preferably, as the adhesive, a hot melt adhesive may be used. The hot melt adhesive is an adhesive in which a nonvolatile, nonflammable, thermoplastic resin which is solid at ordinary temperature is bonded in a state of being melted by heat without using water or a solvent at all. The hot melt adhesive contains no solvent and thus has the advantages of environmental protection and little skin irritation.

The kind of the hot melt adhesive is not particularly limited, and adhesives generally used in the art may be used without limitation. Specifically, the hot melt adhesive may be a hot melt adhesive which comprises a base resin such as an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, polyester, polyamide, or polyurethane, and additionally comprises a wax (paraffin, polyethylene wax, or the like), a tackifier resin (a rosin resin, a terpene resin, a coumarone-indene resin, a petroleum resin, or the like), a plasticizer (paraffin, aromatic oil, or the like), a filler (calcium carbonate, clay, or the like), an antioxidant (a phenol, an aromatic amine, or the like), or the like.

In the present invention, the amount of the binder used is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately adjusted as needed, and may be in the range of 0.1gsm to 10gsm, for example. When the content of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is within such a range, it is preferable to ensure adequate adhesiveness and avoid a problem of reduction in air permeability of the top sheet due to excessive application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The blocking supplement layer 22 of the present invention is used to supplement the water-repellent function and oil-repellent function of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 or to prevent the contents inside the topsheet from being exposed to the outside, and is preferably formed as a thin film so as not to reduce the flexibility of the sheet, and preferably so as not to hinder the air permeability of the sheet, as in the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer. As an example, the mass per unit area of the block supplement layer 22 may be formed to be 0.1gsm to 20 gsm.

The blocking supplement layer 22 may be a waterproof film or a coating layer coated with one or more selected from the group consisting of fluorine-based, silicon-based, urethane-based, and polytetrafluoroethylene-based resins. Preferably, the blocking supplement layer 22 is a polyurethane coating having hydrophobicity or hydrophilicity, and can impart a hydrophobic function as well as an oleophobic function.

The blocking supplement layer 22 may include a material selected from the group consisting of titanium oxide (TiO) having non-transparency2) Zinc oxide (Zn)O), iron oxide (Fe)2O3) Zirconium oxide (ZrO)2) Silicon dioxide (SiO)2) Manganese oxide (MnO) and aluminum oxide (Al)2O3) Cerium oxide (CeO)3) Mica stone, silica, mica, talc, kaolin, and pigment so that the contents inside the mask sheet are not exposed to the outside, and preferably, may be titanium oxide or zinc oxide.

The pigment may include one or more selected from the group consisting of plant natural pigments, red pigments, yellow pigments, black pigments, and blue pigments, and various colors such as green, cyan, pink, magenta, black, white, and gray can be expressed by mixing the pigments.

In this case, the inorganic substance may be contained in an amount of 0.01 to 0.5 wt% based on the total weight of the barrier supplement layer 22, and if the inorganic substance is contained in an amount less than 0.01 wt%, the hydrophobic and oleophobic components may flow out to the outside, and if the inorganic substance is contained in an amount exceeding 0.05 wt%, the flexibility of the entire mask sheet may be reduced.

Further, a pattern may be transferred or printed on the outer surface of the blocking supplement layer 22, that is, the surface not bonded to the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, and the outer surface of the blocking supplement layer 22 may be transferred or printed with a pattern, whereby the contents inside the mask sheet can be provided with aesthetic appearance without being exposed to the outside. At this time, the transfer or printing method is not particularly limited, and a method known in the art may be used.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the mask sheet of the present invention may include more than two blocking supplement layers. By forming the blocking supplement layer into two or more layers, it is possible to block the water-repellent or oil-repellent component contained in the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer from flowing out or evaporating to the outside. It is preferable that a blocking supplement layer including at least one layer which is a hydrophobic layer and another layer which is an oil-repellent layer, as shown in fig. 2, can be performed such that the first blocking supplement layer 221 does not flow out or evaporate the oleophobic ingredient of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 to the outside, and the second blocking supplement layer 222 does not flow out or evaporate the hydrophobic ingredient of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23 to the outside.

The blocking supplement layer may be formed as one or more layers between the substrate layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, or formed as one or more layers between the substrate layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer and outside the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, or formed as two or more layers outside the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer.

The blocking supplement layer is formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, and thus, it is possible to perform an effect of once blocking the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer from evaporating through the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer and preventing the hydrophobic functional or oleophobic functional component contained in the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer from being mixed with the cosmetic composition.

In addition, the supplementary blocking layer is formed as one or more layers between the base layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer and on the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, so that the cosmetic composition can be prevented from being mixed with the water-repellent functional or oil-repellent functional component contained in the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, and the supplementary cosmetic composition can be evaporated to the outside.

In addition, the blocking supplement layer is formed in two or more layers on the outer surface of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, so that the water-repellent component of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer does not flow out to the outside, and the oil-repellent component of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer does not flow out to the outside.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the blocking supplement layer may be selectively laminated on one surface and/or the other surface of any one layer selected from the substrate layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer. Preferably, the base layer, the first supplementary barrier layer, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, and the second supplementary barrier layer are laminated in this order, but the lamination order may be different depending on the components of the cosmetic composition or the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer impregnated in the base layer. Preferably, the layers are laminated to complement the hydrophobic or oleophobic function of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer.

In addition, the two or more blocking supplement layers may be continuously laminated or discontinuously laminated. As an example, as shown in fig. 4, the base layer 21, the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer 23, the first blocking supplement layer 221, and the second blocking supplement layer 222 may be sequentially laminated, and by laminating them as above, the first blocking supplement layer 221 and the second blocking supplement layer 222 physically extend the path through which the cosmetic composition evaporates to the outside, thereby forming a double film. Therefore, the amount of the cosmetic composition evaporating to the outside can be significantly reduced.

The formulation of the cosmetic composition impregnated in the facial mask sheet 20 of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be impregnated in the base layer 21, and it is preferable to use a high-viscosity formulation having a viscosity of 5000cps to 200000 cps.

The cosmetic composition of the high viscosity formulation as described above has not only superior water content but also increased oil content and active ingredient content as compared with a formulation having high fluidity such as emulsion, lotion, etc., and thus has advantages in that nutrition can be supplied to the skin at a high concentration and moisturizing effect and regeneration effect can be maximized. In addition, when a high-viscosity formulation is used, the contents of the mask do not flow down from the mask sheet during distribution or use, and therefore, the mask is also excellent in convenience in use.

At this time, the viscosity measurement of the cosmetic composition may be performed by a viscosity measuring device. Specifically, the viscosity of the cosmetic composition may be measured by a viscosity value measured by operating a device for 2 minutes, by loading 100g of the sample into a container, storing the sample in a thermostatic bath at 30 ℃ for 12 hours or more, and then loading the sample on a brivaf (brikfield) viscosity measuring device (brivaf (brikfield) RVDV-II + pro viscometer) set to a spindle number (spindle number)64 and a spindle speed (spindle speed) of 12 rpm.

The ingredients of the cosmetic composition are not particularly limited in the present invention, and moisturizing ingredients such as fatty alcohol, wax, oil, glycerin, and the like; effective components and natural extracts of skin with wrinkle improving, skin whitening, ultraviolet blocking, antiaging, water supplying, and elasticity increasing effects.

For example, the skin active ingredient may be at least one selected from the group consisting of retinol, retinol palmitate, retinol acetate, retinoic acid, coenzyme Q10, elastin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, collagen, caffeine, chitosan, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl glucoside, α -bisabolol, tocopherol acetate, arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine, vitamin a acetate, vitamin a, vitamin D, vitamin E, and natural extracts.

The natural extract may be at least one selected from the group consisting of aloe vera, green tea, ginseng, red ginseng, pearl, pyroligneous, pine needle, ginkgo leaf, propolis, mulberry leaf, silkworm, snail mucilage, kakadu plum, camu fruit, assai coconut, squalane, caviar, broccoli, blueberry, hamamelis, acerola tail, chlorella, garcinia mangostana, guava, dogwood, carrot, caffeine, hamamelis, spirulina, salmon roe, black nightshade, kelp, portulaca, enteromorpha, agar, mulberry root, raspberry, pyrola, gulfweed, edelweiss, chamomile, lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus globulus, lemon balm, oregano, tea tree, scutellaria, houttuynia cordata, sea buckthorn, and grapefruit.

In addition, the cosmetic composition may further include preservatives, thickeners, perfumes, surfactants, and the like, which are widely used in the art as additives.

As described above, the mask pack of the present invention includes the mask sheet 20 impregnated with the cosmetic composition on only one side, so that the contents are not sticky during taking the mask pack and thus are convenient to use. In addition, since the mask of the present invention uses a high-viscosity cream as the impregnated cosmetic composition, it exhibits high moisturizing and high nutritional effects as compared with conventional masks containing a low-viscosity agent.

Method for producing facial mask

The method for producing the mask of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be produced by the following steps as an example: s1) preparing a facial mask sheet including: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer laminated on one surface of the base layer; and S2) impregnating the other surface of the base layer with the cosmetic composition.

In the case of the above method, the mask sheet is easily impregnated with a high-viscosity agent such as cream. In addition, since the cosmetic composition is not applied to the part other than the foundation layer which is the skin contact surface, there is an advantage that a mask which can be easily taken can be produced.

Hereinafter, a manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail in accordance with the steps.

In the step S1), preparing a facial mask sheet including: a base layer impregnated with a cosmetic composition; and a moisture-permeable waterproof film layer laminated on one surface of the base layer.

The material and form of the base layer are the same as those described above, and commercially available materials can be used for the base layer or the base layer can be directly manufactured and used.

The moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be manufactured by a lamination method.

As described above, the lamination process in the present invention may be a process of bonding a thin microporous film to the base layer. In addition, the lamination process may be performed a plurality of times using two or more kinds of microporous films.

The lamination process may be a dry lamination process or a wet lamination process, and preferably a wet lamination process, but is not limited thereto. Here, the dry lamination process is to bond the fiber material and the moisture-permeable waterproof film by heat, and the wet lamination process is to compress by applying pressure after bonding the moisture-permeable waterproof film to the fiber material by an adhesive.

As described above, the material of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be a synthetic polymer, a natural polymer, or a combination thereof, and is not particularly limited as long as the size of the fine pores is not changed by the lamination process.

The conditions of the lamination process for forming the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be carried out according to a well-known method, and are not particularly limited. For example, the laminate may be laminated at a set temperature of 10 ℃ to 150 ℃ and a pressure of 1kgf/cm2~10kgf/cm2Under the conditions of (1).

The moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be formed by bonding a manufactured moisture-permeable waterproof film to the base layer, or by laminating a moisture-permeable waterproof film on one surface of the base layer. In this case, in order to facilitate the joining of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer and the base layer, the adhesive described above may be applied to the base layer before the joining of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer, and then the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer may be formed thereon.

The mask sheet of the step S1) further includes: and the blocking supplement layer supplements the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane layer, and can be formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane layer, or formed into more than one layer between the substrate layer and the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane layer and outside the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane layer, or formed into more than two layers outside the moisture-permeable waterproof membrane layer. As described above, the blocking supplement layer may supplement the hydrophobic function and the oleophobic function of the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer through the coating layer. As described above, when the facial mask sheets are prepared by lamination, the path through which the cosmetic composition is physically evaporated to the outside becomes long, and a double film is formed.

In this case, the method for forming the coating layer on the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer is not particularly limited, and for example, a method of laminating a waterproof film, a method of coating a water repellent agent on the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer at a constant thickness by a general coating method, or the like can be used.

In the step S2), as the step of impregnating the base layer with the cosmetic composition, the method of impregnation may be any method used in the art, and is not particularly limited as long as the base layer is sufficiently impregnated with the high-viscosity cosmetic composition having poor fluidity.

As an embodiment of the present invention, between the step of S1) and the step of S2), the method may further include: and a step of laminating the shaped film on the base layer so that the surface of the shaped film coated with the cosmetic composition is opposed to the surface of the base layer. By further including the step of laminating the irregular shaped film on the base layer, the high-viscosity cosmetic composition can be uniformly coated on the irregular shaped film before impregnating the base layer.

At this time, the coating method is not particularly limited in the present invention, and for example, comma coating, reverse coating, slot die coating, spray coating, blade coating, or the like can be used.

In addition, the coating thickness of the cosmetic composition is not particularly limited, and may be preferably in the range of 100 μm to 5000 μm, more preferably in the range of 200 μm to 1000 μm.

Next, in the step S2), the mask sheet prepared in the step S1) may be placed on the cosmetic composition applied to the shaped film to impregnate the cosmetic composition.

Even in the case of using this method, the base layer can be sufficiently impregnated with the high-viscosity cosmetic composition having poor fluidity. Further, it is preferable that the skin-adhering surface is selectively impregnated with the cosmetic composition.

As an embodiment of the present invention, after the step of S2), the method may further include: the step of folding the facial film sheet so that the cosmetic composition is not exposed to the outside is preferably a method in which the facial film sheet can be spread while the cosmetic composition is not sticky, although a part of one surface of the base layer impregnated with the cosmetic is overlapped. As an example, a structure folded along the contour lines of the forehead and nose to be folded into a half-face shape may be used.

By further including the step of folding the mask sheet after the step of S2), the cosmetic composition impregnated in the base layer does not evaporate to the outside, and the cosmetic composition does not exist on the outer surface, so that the cosmetic composition can be kept from being smeared.

On the other hand, when the cosmetic composition immediately after the production having a temperature of 30 ℃ to 80 ℃ is used in the step of S2), there is an advantage that the impregnation of the cosmetic composition can be more smoothly completed.

The facial mask of the present invention has a structure in which the base layer impregnated with the cosmetic composition and the moisture-permeable waterproof film layer are laminated in this order by the above-described production method. Therefore, the base layer does not directly contact the hand when the mask is taken, and thus the mask is convenient and sanitary to use. In addition, according to the production method of the present invention, since a dosage form such as a cream having a high viscosity can be impregnated into a mask, a mask having high nutrition and high moisture can be produced.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments are proposed to help the understanding of the present invention, but the following embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made within the scope and technical concept of the present invention, and such changes and modifications naturally fall within the scope of the appended claims.
