A composition capable of inducing and exciting an anti-adversity signal comprises an excitation inducing component, a multiplication effective component and an enzyme activity stabilizing component in a weight ratio of 0.1-20: 0.01-3: 0.01-5; the excitation inducing component contains a mixture of 1, 2-propylene glycol and glycerol; the expanding effective component is one or a composition of more than two of salicylic acid, betaine or ascorbic acid; at least 9 wt% of the enzyme activity stabilizing component is a trace element fertilizer.

2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the 1, 2-propylene glycol to the glycerol is 5-15: 1; more preferably 5-10: 1; most preferably 6: 1 or 10: 1.

3. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the expansion effect component is a composition of any two or more of salicylic acid, betaine or ascorbic acid.

4. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the enzyme activity stabilizing component further contains compound sodium nitrophenolate and/or diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.

5. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the trace element fertilizer accounts for 16-98 wt% of the enzyme activity stabilizing component.

6. The composition of any one of claims 1 or 5, wherein: the trace element fertilizer is prepared by compounding 10-70 wt% of manganese fertilizer, 4-60 wt% of zinc fertilizer, 8-50 wt% of molybdenum fertilizer, 1-45 wt% of boron fertilizer and 1-45 wt% of copper fertilizer.

The composition of claim 6, wherein: the manganese fertilizer is selected from manganese sulfate or manganese carbonate, and most preferably manganese sulfate; the zinc fertilizer is selected from zinc sulfate, zinc chloride or zinc phosphate, and most preferably zinc sulfate; the molybdenum fertilizer is selected from ammonium molybdate or sodium molybdate, and ammonium molybdate is most preferred; the boron fertilizer is selected from borax, boric acid or boron magnesium fertilizer, and borax is most preferable; the copper fertilizer is selected from copper sulfate, copper carbonate or copper chloride, and most preferably copper sulfate.

8. A stress-resistant growth-promoting preparation for crops, which comprises the composition as claimed in claim 1 as an active ingredient and a compound emulsifier and/or dispersant.

9. The composition for inducing and stimulating an anti-stress signal according to claim 1, wherein the composition is used for treating crop seeds, administering to crop plants or irrigating soil.

10. The use of claim 9, wherein: the crop seed treatment comprises soaking treatment such as seed soaking, seed dressing, seed covering or seed coating; the administration of the crop plant body is directly applied to the crop plant body in the modes of spraying, sprinkling irrigation, spraying, injection and the like.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an active substance composition for promoting crop growth, in particular to a compound active preparation with the functions of stimulating and inducing stress-resistant signal substances and stabilizing the exertion of stress-resistant potential of crops.

Background

Under the current global climate change background, cultivated land resources and water resources in China are seriously in short supply, extreme weather events are increased, the drought trend is aggravated, particularly under the severe situation of agricultural water reduction, the strategic target of adding 1000 billion jin of grains in China is realized, and the key is to improve the production potential and the anti-adversity adaptability of crops to the maximum extent. The chemical regulator is a substance which is artificially synthesized by simulating the chemical structure of hormone through a chemical method and has physiological activity on the basis of researching plant endogenous hormone. The application of the chemical regulation preparation provides possibility for solving the problems, and the chemical regulation preparation can regulate and control the growth and development of crops, the efficient utilization of water, the physiological metabolic process and the like, so that the stress resistance of the crops is enhanced, and the aim of increasing the yield is finally achieved, and the chemical regulation preparation gradually becomes one of the indispensable important measures for the high-yield and high-efficiency agricultural development in China.

At present, chemical regulation and control preparations applied to agricultural production are mostly listed as pesticides, except gibberellin which is directly extracted from organisms, most of the gibberellin is chemically synthesized, and the chemical regulation and control preparations have certain toxicity but relatively low toxicity. The chemical regulation preparation which is widely applied in production comprises ethephon, uniconazole, paclobutrazol, chlormequat chloride and the like, and belongs to medium-toxicity and micro-toxicity preparations. Chemical agents, as an agricultural chemical to be dispersed in the environment, are becoming hot issues of great concern, such as possible damage to non-target organisms by themselves or degradation products, residue in soil reservoirs for long-term use, and possible adverse effects on the environment. Therefore, the development and application of non-hormonal, multifunctional, green and environmentally-friendly active agents are becoming the mainstream direction and the inevitable trend in the chemical regulation field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: the compound functional preparation has the compound active functions of exciting and inducing crop stress resistance signal substances, simultaneously having the characteristics of stable functional activity and multiplication efficiency, stimulating crop rooting, sprouting and strong seedling cultivation, promoting crop nutrient absorption and substance transfer and improving crop stress resistance potential.

The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:

providing a composition capable of inducing and exciting an anti-adversity signal, which consists of an excitation inducing component, a multiplication effective component and an enzyme activity stabilizing component in a weight ratio of 0.1-20: 0.01-3: 0.01-5; the excitation inducing component contains a mixture of 1, 2-propylene glycol and glycerol; the expanding effective component is one or a composition of more than two of salicylic acid, betaine or ascorbic acid; at least 9 wt% of the enzyme activity stabilizing component is a trace element fertilizer.

In the scheme of the invention, the excitation induction component is mainly used for exciting and inducing stress-resistant signals of crops. The 1, 2-propylene glycol plays a main role as a stress signal conducting substance, can induce crops to feel stress signals, excavate stress resistance potential and quickly make stress response; the glycerin is used as an auxiliary component, has the effects of high activity, antioxidation and the like besides the moisturizing function, can assist and stabilize the functional activity of the 1, 2-propylene glycol by being compounded with the 1, 2-propylene glycol, and better plays the functional role of the 1, 2-propylene glycol. In order to optimize the compounding effect of the 1, 2-propylene glycol and the glycerol, in the preferable scheme of the invention, the weight ratio of the 1, 2-propylene glycol to the glycerol is 5-15: 1; more preferably 5-10: 1; most preferably 6: 1 or 10: 1.

In the scheme of the invention, the multiplication effective component is mainly used for realizing multiplication and synergism on the activity of the excitation inducing component so as to increase the continuity of stress resistance induction. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amplification effect component is a combination of any two or more of salicylic acid, betaine, and ascorbic acid.

In the scheme of the invention, the enzyme activity stabilizing component is used for stabilizing a plurality of enzyme activities and membrane functional structures in crops, and provides a material basis for the crops to receive feedback induction signals and stabilize the capacity of tissues in vivo; and meanwhile, the method is used for constructing a guarantee system for efficient nutrient utilization, substance accumulation and migration, so as to further excavate the accumulation potential of plant photosynthetic products, promote the substance migration tending to seed, and guarantee the yield increase. Wherein, the trace elements in the trace element fertilizer are used as activators or constituent elements of a plurality of enzymes, participate in the formation, accumulation and transportation of carbohydrates in plants and the metabolism of proteins, or participate in the oxidation-reduction reaction in plants, maintain the normal structure stability of chloroplast membranes, improve the water holding capacity of plant tissues, promote the growth of crops and increase the yield. In order to better excavate the photosynthetic potential of crops and promote the material transportation, in a preferred scheme of the invention, the enzyme activity stabilizing component further contains compound sodium nitrophenolate and/or diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.

In the preferable scheme of the invention, the trace element fertilizer accounts for 16-98 wt% of the enzyme activity stabilizing component.

In a more preferable scheme of the invention, the microelement fertilizer is prepared by compounding 10-70% of manganese fertilizer, 4-60% of zinc fertilizer, 8-50% of molybdenum fertilizer, 1-45% of boron fertilizer and 1-45% of copper fertilizer in percentage by weight.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the manganese fertilizer is selected from manganese sulfate or manganese carbonate, most preferably manganese sulfate; the zinc fertilizer is selected from zinc sulfate, zinc chloride or zinc phosphate, and most preferably zinc sulfate; the molybdenum fertilizer is selected from ammonium molybdate or sodium molybdate, and ammonium molybdate is most preferred; the boron fertilizer is selected from borax, boric acid or boron magnesium fertilizer, and borax is most preferable; the copper fertilizer is selected from copper sulfate, copper carbonate or copper chloride, and most preferably copper sulfate.

On the basis, the invention also provides a stress-resistant growth-promoting preparation for crops, which comprises the composition as an active ingredient and a compound emulsifier and/or a dispersant.

The emulsifier is selected from nonionic or anionic emulsifier, such as polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester, phosphoric acid fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene fatty alcohol ether, alkyl sulfonate, alkyl sulfate, aryl sulfonate or protein hydrolysate; the dispersant is selected from nonionic, anionic, water-soluble high molecular substance or inorganic dispersant, etc.

The invention also provides application of the composition capable of inducing and exciting the anti-stress signal in crop seed treatment, crop plant body administration or soil irrigation.

In the application scheme of the invention, taking wheat as an example, the crop seed treatment preferably comprises soaking treatment such as seed soaking, seed dressing, seed covering or seed coating; the administration of the crop plant body is preferably directly applied to the crop plant body in a spraying, or sprinkling irrigation, or spraying, or injection mode and the like.

In a further preferable scheme of the invention, in the application of the composition in the crop seed dipping treatment, the composition and a dispersant and/or an emulsifier are preferably prepared into a seed dressing solution with the concentration of 0.06-2.5 wt%, the seed dressing solution and seeds are fully and uniformly stirred according to the liquid-seed ratio of 1:10, and the mixture is piled and sealed for 6-24 hours.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition is applied to the plant body of the crop for administration or soil irrigation, preferably, the composition is formulated with a dispersant and/or an emulsifier into a liquid preparation with a concentration of 0.06-2.5 wt%, and is directly applied to the plant body in an injection or spraying manner according to an amount of 30 kg per mu; or directly applied to the soil for growing the crops in an irrigation mode according to the dosage of 30 kg per mu.

Detailed Description

In order to clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the embodiments and effects of the present invention are further illustrated by way of examples. The following examples are merely examples of drought stress, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the application of the composition of the present invention, i.e., the application of the composition of the present invention in abiotic disaster stress environments such as high and low temperature, salt and hot dry wind, and other normal living environments. Other variations and modifications of the present invention will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the following disclosure, and it is intended that such variations and modifications be included within the spirit and scope of the present invention.

In the following examples, wheat was used as an experimental subject, seeds were sterilized with 2% sodium hypochlorite for 15min and then air-dried, and the seed was soaked in the formulation of the present invention prepared in the following examples 1 to 6 for 12h and then air-dried for sowing. Under the laboratory condition, the wheat seeds soaked for 12 hours in the composite preparation are placed in culture dishes (a layer of filter paper is filled at the bottom) containing 15ml of water, 50 grains are repeated for 3 times, the wheat seeds are germinated for 48 hours at 23 ℃/21 ℃ in an artificial climate box dark environment, then the wheat seeds are cultured for 72 hours in 14h/10h illumination/dark environment and then transferred into 18% PEG solution to be stressed for 48 hours, and indexes such as wheat emergence rate, plant relative water content, relative conductivity and dehydration rate are measured.
