Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothing, in particular to a one-piece dress formed by splicing velvet fabrics in a obliquely-broken seam mode and a preparation method of the one-piece dress.

Background

Velvet fabric, i.e. fabric with velvet on the surface, such as velveteen, corduroy, plush, velvet and the like, has the condition of hair reversal and smoothness, the color is light and bright along the hair direction, and the color is deep and light-absorbing along the hair reversal direction. The velvet fabric has the advantages of strong wool feeling, luster when the wool is raised, unique silky feeling, smooth hand feeling, comfortable wearing and elegant and luxury appearance, and particularly, the one-piece dress of velvet is particularly popular with some women.

The existing one-piece dress with the oblique-fracture seam is very simple if made of common fabrics, and is difficult if made of the same-style one-piece dress with the oblique-fracture seam (in the style shown in fig. 2) made of velvet fabrics. This is because the strength of velvet fabrics is higher than that of wool, but the crease resistance is poor; because the velvet is long in fluff, the velvet fabric is easy to leave marks after being taken apart after being sewn. Therefore, when some velvet clothes with higher requirements are manufactured, the requirements on sewing technology are particularly high, the requirements on some oblique broken seam styles are higher, the sewn seams are not smooth, the position of the seams is not uniform, the phenomenon that the smooth and reverse feathers are staggered exists, and the feathering direction is unnatural.

In the process of sewing, water is generally brushed between the sewing bone positions of the two cut pieces, once the cut pieces are ironed, the bone positions have two bone seam traces, and the bone seam traces are difficult to treat for the velvet fabric; as the existing velvet fabric sewing technology is not mature, velvet clothes on the market have corresponding problems more or less, the quality of the clothes is greatly reduced, and the styles of the dress with the oblique-broken sewing body are rarely available on the market.

There is therefore a need for improvements in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the one-piece dress formed by obliquely splitting and splicing the velvet fabric and the preparation method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the existing velvet fabric is creased by sewing.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

In the step B, the fronts of the two velvet cutting pieces are opposite, and the sponge strip is placed between the fronts of the two velvet cutting pieces and positioned in the middle of the bone seam.

In the preparation method of the one-piece dress formed by splicing the velvet fabrics in the inclined broken seam mode, in the step B, the thickness of the sponge strips is less than or equal to 0.3CM, and the width of the sponge strips is 2-2.5 CM.

In the preparation method of the one-piece dress formed by obliquely and sewingly splicing the velvet fabric, in the step C, the stitch length of the sewing thread of the spliced seam is set to be 13 to 15 stitches per inch.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a one-piece dress formed by splicing two velvet cutting pieces in an inclined broken seam mode and a preparation method of the one-piece dress. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3 together, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a one-piece dress by splicing velvet fabric oblique seams, including:

step S100, cutting a plurality of velvet cutting pieces according to the styles of the one-piece dress, wherein the front width and the rear width of the one-piece dress respectively comprise a plurality of obliquely broken velvet cutting pieces.

The velvet cutting piece is a cutting piece which needs to be sewn and is cut by velvet fabric; thus, the plurality of velvet cut pieces are sewn together according to the design layout to form the dress with the oblique-seam style as shown in figures 1 and 2.

And S200, aligning the edges of the two velvet cutting pieces to be spliced, and horizontally placing a sponge strip in the middle of the bone seams at the edges of the two velvet cutting pieces.

In this step, the two velvet cut pieces are not only two, but two velvet cut pieces which need to be spliced together, when the two velvet cut pieces are spliced and sewed, as shown in fig. 4, the front surfaces 17 of the two velvet cut pieces are opposite, and the sponge strip 18 is placed between the front surfaces of the two velvet cut pieces and positioned in the middle of the bone seam.

The sponge strip 18 is used for assisting in sewing velvet cutting pieces, the thickness of the sponge strip is smaller than or equal to 0.3CM, the width of the sponge strip is preferably 2-2.5 CM, and the length of the sponge strip is a little longer than that of two ends of a bone seam. The sponge strip 18 is more than the upper and lower layers of velvet materials by about 0.3CM, namely the head and tail ends of the sponge strip 18 are 0.3CM shorter than the head and tail ends of the velvet cutting pieces, namely as shown in figures 4 and 5, so that the width of the seam 21 of the velvet cutting pieces can be conveniently controlled, and whether the sewing thread 19 is straight or not can be conveniently observed. It should be understood that the illustration of fig. 4 is to distinguish between a sponge strip and a velvet cut piece, and that in practice the sponge strip is about 0.3CM more than the velvet cut piece, which facilitates control of the size of the seam.

And step S300, splicing the bone seams of the two velvet cutting pieces and the sponge strip, and removing the sponge strip after finishing splicing.

In the step, the sewing machine is used for splicing and sewing, and the sponge strip is positioned between the two velvet cut pieces, so that the needle is arranged on the reverse side of the velvet cut pieces during sewing. The sewing needle sequentially penetrates through the reverse side 20 of one velvet cutting piece, the sponge strip and penetrates out of the reverse side of the other velvet cutting piece. Because the sponge strip is increased by a certain thickness, in order to avoid the movement of two pieces of velvet cutting pieces or the sponge strip 18 in the sewing process, the pressure of a presser foot of the sewing machine is a little larger than the pressure in the sewing of common fabrics, the sewing thread 19 is also tightened a little, and the needle pitch is preferably set to be 13 to 15 needles per inch.

After sewing, the sponge strip between the two velvet cutting pieces can be torn off, and in the process of tearing off the sponge strip, the sponge strip can not leave any trace and sponge scraps, so that the sewing effect shown in figures 5 and 6 is obtained after the completion of the sewing, and as can be seen from figure 5, the surface of the bone seam is natural, and no bone seam trace appears on the bone seam line 22. If the need of serging exists, the serging can be performed first and then the suture of the bone seam is performed.

After the step S300, a step S400 of slotting or backstitching the bone suture is further included.

And (4) backstitch treatment, namely after the velvet cut pieces are sewn, tearing off the sponge strips to carry out overlock process treatment on the bone seams of the velvet cut pieces, and finishing the step treatment before backstitch. In the specific implementation, the temperature during ironing is controlled to be 110-120 ℃, the situation that the iron is close to the velvet fabric is avoided as much as possible, and the short-distance inflating treatment can be carried out. If the returning and pulling treatment is needed, the returning and pulling treatment can be carried out only after the short-distance inflation.

With continuing reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, based on the method for manufacturing the one-piece dress by splicing the velvet fabrics at the oblique seams, the invention further provides the one-piece dress manufactured by splicing the velvet fabrics at the oblique seams, which comprises the following steps of; the front panel and the rear panel are respectively formed by splicing and sewing a plurality of obliquely broken velvet cutting pieces (a velvet cutting piece 10 of the front panel and a velvet cutting piece 16 of the rear panel), and the specific splicing and sewing are the steps S200-S300; the front and rear splicing seams are combined into a skirt body, the front clamp 3 and the rear clamp 12 are spliced into shoulder seams on the skirt body, the sleeves 7 are sewn with the shoulder seams, and the collar 1 is sewn with the neckline 2 of the skirt body.

The velvet cutting pieces based on the front and the back panels are spliced and sewed by adding the sponge strips, and the sewing problem of the velvet fabric is solved by combining the structural characteristics of the sponge; and the velvet cutting pieces are obliquely cut to be made into a splicing style of oblique broken seams, so that the one-piece dress with different visual effects at all around is formed.

In the embodiment, the collar 2 is made of velvet fabric, and if the collar 1 is made of velvet fabric, the splicing and sewing method of the steps S200-S300 is adopted when the collar and the collar are sewn; if the fabric is other fabrics, the existing sewing mode can be adopted, or the splicing and sewing method of the steps S200-S300 can also be adopted. Similarly, the shoulder seams are also made of velvet fabric, and when the sleeves 7 are sewn with the velvet fabric, the splicing and sewing method of the steps S200-S300 is adopted; if the sleeves 7 are made of other fabrics, the existing sewing method or the splicing and sewing method of the steps S200-S300 can be adopted.
