10. A method of cleaning a flat mop including a cleaning implement as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9, the method comprising:

step 1, placing the cleaning tool at a set position, and communicating a water supply pipeline with the water supply port;

step 2, adding a cleaning agent into the second container, inserting the flat mop into the communication port, opening a switch between the first container and the second container, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container by using the water supply pipeline, ejecting a part of the clean water through a water outlet and wetting the flat mop, and ejecting the other part of the clean water into the second container under the action of pressure and uniformly mixing the clean water with the cleaning agent;

step 3, closing a switch between the first container and the second container, closing a valve on a water supply pipeline after the flat mop is wetted, moving the flat mop up and down to squeeze water for the flat mop, and taking out the flat mop;

step 4, when the flat mop needs to be cleaned, inserting the flat mop into the communication opening, opening a switch between the first container and the second container, and enabling water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container to flow out through the water outlet and act on the flat mop;

step 5, closing a switch between the first container and the second container, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container by using the water supply pipeline, and allowing all the clean water to flow out from a water outlet so as to wash the flat mop;

and 6, repeating the step 4 and the step 5 for a plurality of times to finish the cleaning work of the flat mop.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning tools, in particular to a flushing mechanism, a water squeezing device, a cleaning tool for a flat mop and a using method of the cleaning tool.

Background

The mop is a common cleaning tool and is widely applied in daily life, and the common mop at present is generally divided into a flat mop and a rotary mop, wherein the rotary mop is generally matched with a cleaning barrel for use, and the cleaning barrel can clean and spin-dry the rotary mop under the action of centrifugal force so as to avoid hand washing; compared with the rotary mop, the flat mop has the advantages that the cleaning area of the flat mop is larger, the stress is more uniform in the using process, the cleaning effect is better, and particularly, the flat mop can be used for cleaning the positions under a sofa, under a bed and the like, so that the flat mop is more applied in daily life.

Due to the structure, the flat mop is not convenient to clean through rotation, so that the cleaning and dewatering of the flat mop are troublesome, the traditional means is usually manual cleaning, along with the development of the technology, some cleaning devices suitable for the flat mop are disclosed in the prior art, such as a mop barrel and the like, for example, an extrusion flat mop cleaning tool disclosed by Chinese patent CN107456180A comprises a barrel body used for containing water and a water squeezing mechanism (or called a water squeezing mechanism) arranged at an opening at the upper end of the barrel body, wherein the water squeezing mechanism is provided with a water squeezing opening which is communicated with the barrel body; when the washing and dewatering device is used, a user inserts the flat mop into the barrel body through the opening to wet or wash the flat mop, and the flat mop is pressed on the opening squeezing mechanism and lifted up and down simultaneously to wash and dewater the flat mop; however, in the actual use process of the cleaning device, the flat mop is inconvenient to be washed by clean water; to solve the above problem, some cleaning devices with a flushing mechanism are disclosed in the prior art, such as a flat mop cleaning device disclosed in chinese patent CN 110251014a, in which a flushing assembly is provided near the stroking opening, the flushing assembly is provided with a clear water input port and a plurality of water outlets facing the stroking opening, during the use, clear water can be input from the clear water input port and sprayed into the stroking opening through the water outlets, so as to flush the flat mop placed in the stroking opening with clear water, however, in the cleaning device with a flushing mechanism disclosed in the prior art, the flushing mechanism can only flush the flat mop with clear water, and is usually used for wetting or flushing the flat mop, and is inconvenient for adding a cleaning agent (or a disinfectant) on the flat mop, especially for adding a cleaning agent into clear water and for wetting and flushing the flat mop with a prepared water with the cleaning agent, in fact, in the prior art, the cleaning agent can only be directly added into the barrel body of the cleaning device, which not only is inconvenient to use, but also greatly increases the use cost because the barrel body is generally large in volume and needs to consume more cleaning agent.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, provides a flushing mechanism which is simple and compact in structure, complete in function and more convenient to use, can provide continuous clear water with certain flushing pressure for stroking an oral flat mop so as to wet or flush the flat mop, and is beneficial to a user to conveniently add and mix detergent so as to directly apply the detergent to the flat mop.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the invention provides a flushing mechanism, which aims to solve the problem that the existing flushing mechanism can only provide clean water and is inconvenient to add and mix detergent, and comprises a first container and a second container communicated with the first container, wherein the first container is provided with a water supply port and a plurality of water outlets, the second container is provided with an opening for adding detergent and/or water, the second container is used for storing water, and the stored water can be discharged into the first container under the action of self gravity. The flushing mechanism can be arranged at a stroking port of a barrel body in a cleaning tool, and the water outlets respectively correspond to the stroking port, so that the flushing mechanism has at least two using methods, wherein the first using method is as follows: the water supply port is used for being connected with a water supply pipeline, when the mop is used, clean water with certain pressure conveyed in the water supply pipeline enters the first container, and after being uniformly distributed in the first container, the clean water is respectively sprayed out from the water outlets and can be directly sprayed on the flat mop placed in the smoothing port, so that the flat mop can be wetted or washed by the clean water; the second use method is as follows: the user can conveniently add the cleaning agent into the second container through the opening, the water in the second container can come from the water supply opening and can also be added from the opening, so that the cleaning agent and the water can be fully contacted and uniformly mixed in the second container, the water mixed with the cleaning agent can be discharged into the first container under the action of self gravity and directly sprayed on the flat mop placed in the opening through the water outlet, the cleaning agent can be conveniently and simply applied to the flat mop, the cleaning of the flat mop is more facilitated, compared with the existing flushing mechanism, the flushing mechanism has the advantages of simpler and more compact structure, complete functions and more convenient use, can provide continuous clear water with certain flushing pressure for the flat mop in the opening so as to wet or flush the flat mop, and is beneficial to the convenient addition and preparation of the cleaning agent for the user, for direct application of the cleaning solution to the flat mop.

In order to allow the water stored in the second container to be discharged into the first container by its own weight, further, the second container is disposed at a height equal to or higher than that of the first container. So that a certain height difference is formed between the second container and the first container, so that the water stored in the second container can automatically enter the first container under the action of the pressure difference and is discharged out of the water outlet of the first container so as to directly act on the flat mop.

In a second aspect of the present invention, the problem that the clean water automatically enters the second container through the first container and is automatically and uniformly mixed with the detergent is solved, and further, the sum of the flow areas of the water outlets is smaller than the flow area of the water supply port. By adopting the design, on one hand, the water outlet pressure of the water outlet can be effectively improved, so that the water outlet pressure is higher than the water inlet pressure of the water supply port, and the flat mop is more favorable for washing, on the other hand, as the sum of the flow areas of the water outlets is smaller than the flow area of the water supply port, the clear water entering the first container from the water supply port can be sprayed out through the water outlet under the action of pressure and directly acts on the flat mop, the other part of clear water can automatically enter the second container under the action of pressure, the clear water entering the second container can be stored in the second container, and as the part of clear water also has certain pressure, the clear water can fully contact with the cleaning agent added in the second container under the action of pressure and can be automatically and uniformly mixed without manual mixing, and after the water supply port stops supplying water, the water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container can reversely flow into the first container under the action of pressure difference, and the cleaning agent is sprayed out from the water outlet, so that the cleaning agent can be directly sprayed on the flat mop placed in the stroking opening (or the communication opening), the cleaning agent can be conveniently applied to the flat mop, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, the flat mop only needs to be lifted and pressed up and down, and a user can clean the flat mop more conveniently.

In order to solve the problem of effectively adjusting the operation mode of the flushing mechanism in the third aspect of the present invention, a switch for controlling on/off is further provided in a communication path between the first tank and the second tank. When the flushing mechanism is actually used, the on/off of the first container and the second container can be conveniently controlled through the switch, so that the working mode of the flushing mechanism can be effectively adjusted, for example, when the switch is in a closed state, the first container is not communicated with the second container, and at the moment, clear water can enter the first container through the water supply port and is sprayed out through the water outlet, so that the purposes of wetting the flat mop and washing the flat mop are achieved; when the switch is in an open state, the first container is communicated with the second container, part of clear water can enter the first container through the water supply port and is sprayed out through the water outlet, and the other part of clear water can enter the first container through the water supply port and enters the second container through the first container and is fully mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container, so that the flat mop can be cleaned for multiple times by using the water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container, and the flat mop can be used for multiple times.

Preferably, the first container is disposed inside the second container, or the first container is disposed outside the second container. That is, the first container and the second container have various positional relationships therebetween, and may be disposed inside the second container or outside the second container, depending on actual needs.

In order to facilitate connection of the water supply pipeline, the water supply port is further provided with a joint for connecting the water supply pipeline. So that the detachable connection of the water supply port and the water supply pipeline is realized by using the joint, and the use is more convenient for a user.

Preferably, the water outlet is a square hole, a round hole and/or a strip hole. Is convenient for processing and forming.

step 4, when the flat mop needs to be cleaned by using a cleaning agent, inserting the flat mop into the communication opening, opening a switch between the first container and the second container, and enabling water mixed with the cleaning agent in the second container to flow out through the water outlet and act on the flat mop;

step 5, closing a switch between the first container and the second container, opening a valve on a water supply pipeline, injecting clean water into the first container by using the water supply pipeline, and completely spraying out the clean water from a water outlet so as to wash the flat mop;

and 6, repeating the step 4 and the step 5 for a plurality of times to finish the cleaning work of the flat mop. The whole cleaning process is very convenient and labor-saving, and the cleaning effect is superior to that of the existing cleaning tool.

Compared with the prior art, the flushing mechanism, the water squeezing device, the cleaning tool for the flat mop and the method for cleaning the flat mop provided by the invention have the advantages of simple and compact structure, complete functions and more convenient use, can provide continuous clean water with certain flushing pressure for the flat mop in a stroking mouth so as to be convenient for wetting or flushing the flat mop, is favorable for a user to conveniently add and allocate the cleaning agent so as to directly apply the cleaning agent to the flushing flat plate, is favorable for saving the clean water and the cleaning agent, and has outstanding substantive characteristics and remarkable progress compared with the prior art.
