An intelligent sealing strip compounding machine is characterized by comprising a bottom wheel (1) and a top wheel (2) which are erected on a base (11) through a support, wherein a profile supporting groove is formed in the tread of the bottom wheel (1), a profile pressing groove is formed in the tread of the top wheel (2), and the top wheel (2) and the bottom wheel (1) are closely arranged up and down to enable the profile supporting groove and the profile pressing groove to jointly form a profile embedded groove (10);

a sealing strip transmission disc (5) used for winding and storing the sealing strips (4) is further rotatably arranged on the base (11) through a support; the sealing strip transmission disc (5) is positioned above the bottom wheel (1);

the base (11) is also provided with a sealing strip guide wheel (7) through a bracket in a rotating way; the sealing strip guide wheel (7) is positioned in front of the bottom wheel (1) and is higher than the bottom wheel (1);

the base (11) is also provided with a motor for driving the bottom wheel (1) and the top wheel (2) to rotate, and the linear velocity direction and the size of the upper end point of the bottom wheel (1) are respectively the same as those of the lower end point of the top wheel (2).

The intelligent sealing strip compounding machine of claim 1, wherein the bottom wheels (1) and the top wheels (2) which are adjacent to each other form a pressing wheel group, and the pressing wheel groups are provided with a plurality of groups and are arranged on the same horizontal straight line.

The intelligent sealing strip compound machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein at least one front end guide bottom wheel (3) is further arranged in front of the group of pressure wheel groups positioned at the forefront, and the section bar supporting groove is further formed on the upper surface of the front end guide bottom wheel (3).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of installation of door and window sealing strips, in particular to an intelligent sealing strip compound machine.

Background

At present, the industrial doors and windows and the commercial doors and windows of many door and window factories are manually installed in the aspect of installing sealing strips, generally, the sealing strips are pressed in by using manual rollers, and the labor and the time are wasted. And in order to improve the efficiency of installing the sealing strip, the sealing strip is further installed by adopting a pulling mode, the clamping groove of the sealing strip is clamped to the cavity end of the section bar, the other end of the sealing strip is pulled by force, and the sealing strip is clamped by the clamping groove of the sealing strip and the cavity end of the sealing strip installed on the section bar so that the sealing strip is compounded on the section bar. The pulling method has the following disadvantages: the sealing strip has elasticity, if it installs with the section bar with same length under the extension state, will vacate the region that does not fill up the sealing strip when the sealing strip shortens after a period of time, leads to door and window leakproofness not good. If the telescopic allowance is reserved in the extension state, the reserved amount cannot be determined frequently, because the shortened length of the sealing strip is related to a series of factors such as the pulling speed during installation, the size error of the sealing strip and the section, burrs generated by cutting the section of the end of the section and the like. If the reservation is more, the material is wasted, so that the cost is increased, and if the reservation is less, the problem of untight sealing can occur.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an intelligent sealing strip compound machine to solve the problems that the compound sealing strip is labor-consuming and time-consuming, the quality does not reach the standard, the cost is wasted and the like which always troubles the production and processing of doors and windows in the industry.

an intelligent sealing strip compounding machine comprises a bottom wheel and a top wheel which are erected on a base through a support frame, wherein a profile supporting groove is formed in the tread of the bottom wheel, a profile pressing groove is formed in the tread of the top wheel, and the top wheel and the bottom wheel are arranged in close proximity up and down to enable the profile supporting groove and the profile pressing groove to form a profile embedded groove together;

a sealing strip transmission disc for winding and storing sealing strips is also rotatably arranged on the base through a bracket; the sealing strip transmission disc is positioned above the bottom wheel;

the base is also provided with a sealing strip guide wheel through a bracket in a rotating way; the sealing strip guide wheel is positioned in front of the bottom wheel and is higher than the bottom wheel;

the base is also provided with a motor for driving the bottom wheel and the top wheel to rotate, and the linear velocity direction and the size of the upper end point of the bottom wheel are respectively the same as those of the lower end point of the top wheel.

Horizontal section rails are arranged in front of and behind the bottom wheels; the upper surface of the section bar track is embedded with a guide wheel.

The upper horizontal tangent plane of the guide wheel and the lower surface of the section bar embedding groove are positioned on the same horizontal plane.

The bottom wheels and the top wheels which are adjacent to each other form a pressing wheel set, and the pressing wheel sets are provided with a plurality of groups and are arranged on the same horizontal straight line.

At least one front end guide bottom wheel is arranged in front of the group of pressure wheel groups positioned at the forefront, and a section bar supporting groove is also formed in the upper surface of the front end guide bottom wheel.

Optionally, the pinch roller sets are provided with three sets.

The sealing strip transmission disc is provided with a plurality of sealing strip transmission discs.

Optionally, two sealing strip transmission discs are provided.

The motor is only provided with one, and the motor drives the top wheel and the bottom wheel to rotate through a plurality of groups of gear sets respectively.

The invention has the advantage that the composite sealing strip can be suitable for any profile composite sealing strip only by changing the structure of the profile embedded groove formed by the top wheel and the bottom wheel. Detailed Description

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the intelligent sealing strip compound machine of the invention comprises a bottom wheel 1 and a top wheel 2 which are erected on a base 11 through a bracket, wherein a profile supporting groove is formed on the tread of the bottom wheel 1, a profile pressing groove is formed on the tread of the top wheel 2, and the top wheel 2 and the bottom wheel 1 are closely arranged up and down to enable the profile supporting groove and the profile pressing groove to jointly form a profile embedded groove 10;

a sealing strip transmission disc 5 for winding and storing the sealing strips 4 is also rotatably arranged on the base 11 through a bracket; the sealing strip transmission disc 5 is positioned above the bottom wheel 1;

the base 11 is also provided with a sealing strip guide wheel 7 through a bracket in a rotating way; the sealing strip guide wheel 7 is positioned in front of the bottom wheel 1 and is higher than the bottom wheel 1;

the base 11 is also provided with a motor for driving the bottom wheel 1 and the top wheel 2 to rotate, and the linear velocity direction and the size of the upper end point of the bottom wheel 1 are respectively the same as the linear velocity direction and the size of the lower end point of the top wheel 2.

The number of the sealing strip transmission discs 5 is 2.

The motor is only provided with one, and the motor drives the top wheel 2 and the bottom wheel 1 to rotate through a plurality of groups of gear sets respectively.

The top wheel 2 has the same diameter as the bottom wheel 1.

For one embodiment, two parallel sealing strips 4 are embedded in the profile 8, so that 2 discs of sealing strips 4 are prepared and respectively arranged on two strip conveying discs 5. The main machine is characterized in that an electric cabinet controls a 380v three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the rotating shafts of the bottom wheel 1 and the bottom wheel 1 to rotate, and the shafts of the sealing strip transmission disc 5 and the sealing strip 4 wire guide wheel are driven shafts. The profile 8 to be compounded with the sealing strip 4 is placed on the profile rail 9 and the front end is placed on the guide bottom wheel 3 and aligned with the profile embedding groove 10. The sealing strip 4 is pulled out from the sealing strip transmission disc 5 and is arranged behind a guide wheel of the sealing strip 4, the end of the sealing strip is pressed on a cavity of the section bar 8 to be compounded, a knob of an electric cabinet is turned to an automatic mode, a main shaft forward rotation button is pressed, shafts of the top wheel 2 and the bottom wheel 1 start to rotate, the sealing strip 4 and the section bar 8 are clamped simultaneously to move backwards and forwards, the sealing strip 4 and the section bar 8 are conveyed to the other end of the equipment after being compounded, and the sealing strip and the section bar are manually or transmitted to next processing equipment through a section. But the removal direction of multiunit pinch roller group and front end direction return pulley 3 spacing sealing strip 4 also can guarantee that the direction of section bar 8 transmission is correct to section bar embedded groove 10 of section bar 8 design.

The equipment can be provided with 2 operation modes, one mode is automatic compounding, the other mode is manual compounding, the manual compounding is that a knob pointer on an electric cabinet is rotated to a manual direction, then a main shaft is clicked to rotate forwards, a button is pressed, the main shaft works, the button is released, and the main shaft stops.

The device is suitable for any profile 8 composite sealing strip 4, and only the structure of the roller profile embedded groove 10 needs to be changed. The device solves the problems of labor and time waste, raw material waste, poor composite quality and the like of the composite sealing strip 4 for doors and windows.
