an environment-friendly high-efficiency waste plastic processing device and a processing method thereof are disclosed, the method comprises the following steps:

s1: firstly, waste plastics are put into an inner cavity of a pre-crushing box 13 for primary crushing, then the waste plastics after primary crushing enter an inner cavity of a crushing box 11, a pressing plate 34 and crushing teeth 36 are driven by an electro-hydraulic push rod 33 to reciprocate up and down for secondary crushing, and then the waste plastics are crushed for three times by a crushing device 14, so that the waste plastics are fully crushed, particles of the waste plastics become very small, preferably powder, and the waste plastics are convenient to clean and melt, and then the waste plastics are conveyed into a cleaning box 3 for cleaning through a second horizontal screw conveyor 16 at the bottom;

s2: the plastic particles entering the inner cavity of the cleaning box 3 are firstly screened by the screen 22, the plastic spiral particles which do not reach the standard in crushing are left in the inner cavity of the frame body 21, the plastic spiral particles are taken out through the discharge port 24 and poured into the pre-crushing box 13 for re-crushing, the frame body 21 and the screen 22 are driven by the up-and-down reciprocating driving piece 23 to vibrate up and down, the plastic particles can be prevented from being accumulated on the top of the screen 22, the screened plastic particles are cleaned under the stirring of the steel pipe 4 and the stirring rod 25, and then the plastic particles enter the heating chamber 2 through the first horizontal;

s3: the plastic particles entering the inner cavity of the heating chamber 2 are heated and melted, and then are formed by the screw extruder to be recycled, hot air generated by heating enters the inner cavity of the heat preservation and insulation box 7 to heat water flowing in the inner cavity of the spiral heat exchange tube 41, and the inner cavity of the cleaning box 3 is introduced after the water is heated to serve as a cleaning water source, so that the cleaning effect is improved.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
