1. A preparation method of iodine cleanser is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:

mixing vitamin C, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose, vitamin B2, and perfume, and making into granule;

dissolving the raw material particles with warm water and filtering;

adding lemon juice to obtain iodine tincture main agent;

adding water softener, clothing brightening agent, essence and cationic assistant into the iodine cleanser main agent, and heating at 60-90 deg.C for 1-3 hr to obtain the iodine cleanser.

2. The preparation method of the iodine tincture detergent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material particles comprise the following components in parts by mass:

60-100 parts of vitamin C

3-7 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose

Polyglycerol fatty acid ester 3-7 parts

1-5 parts of sucralose

Vitamin B23-7 parts

1-3 parts of perfume.

3. The method of preparing an iodine tincture cleanser according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the raw material particles comprise the following components in parts by weight: (40-60): 1000: (15-25).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical cleaning agents, in particular to an iodine cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Medical workers often need to use iodine during their work. If the iodine tincture is carelessly touched on the clothes or the shoes, stains and marks which are difficult to clean can be formed on the clothes or the shoes due to the dyeing effect of the iodine tincture, and the clothes or the shoes can be corroded, so that the appearance and the service life are influenced. Therefore, a convenient and effective iodine tincture cleanser is needed to clean the inadvertently contaminated iodine tincture quickly and in an environment-friendly manner. The existing iodine tincture cleaning mode wastes time and labor, has poor cleaning effect, and is difficult to completely remove stains and marks of iodine tincture.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, an aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing an iodine tincture detergent, comprising the steps of:

mixing vitamin C, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose, vitamin B2, and perfume, and making into granule;

dissolving the raw material particles with warm water and filtering;

adding lemon juice to obtain iodine tincture main agent;

adding water softener, clothing brightening agent, essence and cationic assistant into the iodine cleanser main agent, and heating at 60-90 deg.C for 1-3 hr to obtain the iodine cleanser.

In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the raw material particles comprise the following components in parts by mass:

60-100 parts of vitamin C

3-7 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose

Polyglycerol fatty acid ester 3-7 parts

1-5 parts of sucralose

Vitamin B23-7 parts

1-3 parts of perfume.

In at least one embodiment of the invention, the raw material particles, the warm boiled water and the lemon juice are as follows in parts by weight: (40-60): 1000: (15-25).

In at least one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the parts by mass of each part are:

80-120 parts of iodine cleanser main agent

1-2 parts of water softener

1-2 parts of clothes brightening agent

1-3 parts of essence

1-4 parts of a cationic assistant.

In at least one embodiment of the invention, the warm water is at a temperature of 70-90 ℃.

Another aspect of the present invention provides an iodine tincture cleanser, which is prepared by the above method.

The iodine cleaner can effectively remove iodine stains and marks on the surfaces of clothes and shoes. The iodine cleanser provided by the invention is nontoxic in raw materials, green and environment-friendly, and does not cause harm to human skin contacting the iodine cleanser.

mixing vitamin C, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, sucrose, vitamin B2, and perfume, and making into granule;

dissolving the raw material particles with warm water and filtering;

adding lemon juice to obtain iodine tincture main agent;

adding water softener, clothing brightening agent, essence and cationic assistant into the iodine cleanser main agent, and heating at 60-90 deg.C for 1-3 hr to obtain the iodine cleanser.

Vitamin C that can be used in the present invention is a water-soluble vitamin. It is a polyhydroxy compound, in which two adjacent enol-type hydroxyl groups at the 2 nd and 3 rd positions in the molecule are easily dissociated to release H +, so that it has an acid property, also called ascorbic acid. Vitamin C also has strong reducing properties.

The hydroxypropyl cellulose used in the present invention is a non-ionic water-soluble cellulose ether obtained by the reaction of cellulose and propylene oxide, has no odor and odor, is white or light yellow powder, is soluble in water and various organic solvents, and can be used as a film forming agent, a tackifier, a dispersant, etc.

The polyglycerin fatty acid ester usable in the present invention is an ester formed from polyglycerin and a fatty acid, and is a polyhydroxy ester nonionic surfactant. Preferably, the fatty acid polyglycerin has an HLB value of 10 to 20.

Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin, is useful in the present invention. Is a B-group vitamin derived from isoalloxazine. The vitamin B2 molecule consists of isoalloxazinyl and ribitol groups, is yellow needle-like crystal, bitter in taste, slightly water-soluble and very soluble in alkaline solution. The aqueous solution is yellow green fluorescent and unstable to light. Vitamin B2 is an important component of certain redox enzyme prosthetic groups in organisms, and can participate in hydrogen transfer in the oxidation process.

Fragrances useful in the present invention include, but are not limited to, chemical flavors and natural fragrances. Specifically, including but not limited to, those selected from the group consisting of alcohol perfumes, ether perfumes, aldehyde perfumes, ketone perfumes, acid perfumes, ester perfumes, phenol perfumes, terpene perfumes, heterocyclic perfumes, essential oils. More specifically, it may be selected from the group consisting of coumarin, phenethyl alcohol and linalool, citral, ionone, terpineol, rose essential oil, jasmine extract, vanilla tincture, albolene, tolu resin, narcissus essential oil, and lemon spice.

In at least one embodiment of the present invention, the raw material particles comprise the following components in parts by mass:

60-100 parts of vitamin C

3-7 parts of hydroxypropyl cellulose

Polyglycerol fatty acid ester 3-7 parts

1-5 parts of sucralose

Vitamin B23-7 parts

1-3 parts of perfume.

Through the selection of various raw materials and the mass parts thereof, the inventor unexpectedly discovers that the obtained cleaning agent can quickly and effectively remove iodine stains. Can basically realize no stain residue.

In at least one embodiment of the invention, the raw material particles, the warm boiled water and the lemon juice are in parts by weight as follows: (40-60): 1000: (15-25). Through the selection of the mass ratio of the three components, the preparation process of the iodine cleanser main agent can be faster, and the final effect of the iodine cleanser is better.

In at least one embodiment of the invention, the warm water is at a temperature of 70-90 ℃. The raw material particles can be quickly dissolved by using warm boiled water, the operation time is saved, and the occurrence of insoluble substances can be reduced.

Lemon juice that may be used in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, juice obtained from fresh lemons after squeezing. Can be obtained by purchase.

In at least one embodiment of the present invention, wherein the parts by mass of each part are:

80-120 parts of iodine cleanser main agent

1-2 parts of water softener

1-2 parts of clothes brightening agent

1-3 parts of essence

1-4 parts of a cationic assistant.

The inventor unexpectedly discovers that the stability of the final iodine tincture cleaning agent is good and the final iodine tincture cleaning agent has a better iodine tincture cleaning effect through selection of raw materials and mass ratio of each part.

Water softeners that may be used in the present invention include, but are not limited to, sodium silicate, disodium edetate, for softening water.

The garment lightening agents useful in the present invention, including but not limited to various types of commercially available garment lightening agents, are used to enhance fabric shine and soft hand, thereby further enhancing iodine cleaning performance.

Fragrances useful in the present invention include, but are not limited to, floral, non-floral, fruity, liquor, tobacco and food fragrances. More specifically, including but not limited to, the respective commercially available flavors.

The cationic adjuvant useful in the present invention includes, but is not limited to, cationic surfactants, preferably, cationic surfactants including, but not limited to, amine salt type, quaternary ammonium salt type, heterocyclic type and xanthate type. More specifically, the method includes but is not limited to one or more of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride which are mixed in any proportion.

In < second aspect > of the present invention there is provided an iodine cleaning agent made according to the method of the first aspect. And will not be described in detail herein.
