s06, the upper shell is respectively rotatably arranged on the lower cover, the upper shell can be rotatably buckled on the lower cover, and the upper shell and the lower cover can be locked together, so that the power supply box is assembled, and the LED transparent hard film screen is prepared.

In this embodiment, the thickness of the first lamp panel and the second lamp panel is 0.6-1.0mm, which is convenient for bending, and the shape is flexible and changeable, so as to be used for different application scenarios, and thus, the screen module 10 has the characteristics of light weight, thinness and softness, and can be made into various shapes such as circle, cylinder, sector, S-shape and triangle.

In this embodiment, the material of transparent drain pan is transparent PC, is convenient for improve the luminousness.

It should be noted that, in the LED transparent hard mask screen provided in this embodiment, the first lamp panel and the second lamp panel are manufactured by using a PI or PET film to perform copper sputtering, board washing, drawing, then forming a circuit board, then starting SMT to stick to a lamp and drive an integrated lamp bead, and finally covering the lamp and the PI circuit board on the surface of the lamp with a 0.2-1.0Mm transparent epoxy resin soft glue having good heat conductivity and high temperature resistance.

It should be noted that, the LED transparent hard mask provided in this embodiment is a micro LED.
