Background

The intelligent terminal equipment is required to be used in a large amount in the construction process of the smart power grid, and the basic function of the intelligent terminal equipment is to collect on-site remote signaling and remote measuring information and control on-site switching equipment according to a certain strategy or a manual mode.

According to different application sites, remote signaling signals needing to be acquired also have different voltage grades, such as direct current 24V, 48V or 110V, and the like, and an internal circuit is designed according to different voltage grades, so that reliable acquisition of the remote signaling signals is guaranteed.

Because the intelligent terminal has more and complicated field application wiring, a plurality of power supplies with different voltage grades exist, and meanwhile, an alternating-current telemetering signal line exists, and the condition of mis-wiring caused by negligence of constructors frequently occurs in the field construction process. The remote communication line is connected by mistake, and particularly, a signal connected by mistake with a high voltage level enters a remote communication interface, so that the damage of a corresponding board card is often caused in the test process and the corresponding board card cannot be repaired.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a remote signaling signal acquisition system with a function of protecting and alarming by wrong wiring.

The grounding shared alarm circuit comprises a grounding resistor, a first overvoltage protection transient diode and an alarm branch circuit, wherein the grounding end of the protection circuit is grounded through the grounding resistor, and the first overvoltage protection transient diode and the alarm branch circuit are respectively connected to the grounding resistor in parallel.

The alarm branch comprises one or more of a sound alarm branch and a light alarm branch.

The sound alarm branch comprises a diode and a buzzer, wherein the diode and the buzzer are connected in series.

The light alarm circuit comprises a diode and an indicator light, wherein the diode and the indicator light are connected in series.

The signal processing circuit comprises a first resistor, a second overvoltage protection transient diode, a second resistor and a filter, wherein the first resistor, the second overvoltage protection transient diode and the second resistor are connected in series, the input end of the first resistor is connected to the output end of the protection circuit, the output end of the second resistor is connected with the acquisition port of the power terminal equipment, and the output end of the second resistor is grounded through the filter.

The filtering unit comprises an RC filter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the signal acquisition system is provided with a protection circuit and a signal processing circuit, wherein the protection circuit respectively performs voltage protection on each path of remote signaling signals, when the voltage of an input signal exceeds the rated voltage, the front end circuit and the rear end circuit are protected from physical damage, the signal processing circuit is used for acquiring and isolating the remote signaling signals, so that the remote signaling signals are effectively acquired, meanwhile, when the voltage of a certain path of input signal exceeds the rated voltage, the ground and the front end circuit share the alarm circuit to work for alarming, the system can simultaneously alarm while realizing protection, on one hand, the circuit board and devices of the electric terminal equipment for data acquisition cannot be damaged when the wiring of the remote signaling circuits is wrong, on the other hand, field personnel can be reminded at the first time, the wiring mistake is prevented from being ignored, the equipment is ensured to normally operate, and meanwhile, the time for troubleshooting is greatly shortened.
