A plate cutting device is characterized by comprising a bracket, wherein an upper belt pulley is arranged at the upper end of the bracket, a lower belt pulley is arranged at the lower end of the bracket, and a cutting annular cutting saw blade is connected between the upper belt pulley and the lower belt pulley;

Detailed Description

The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams only illustrating the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a plate cutting device comprises a bracket 1, wherein an upper belt wheel 2 is installed at the upper end of the bracket 1, a lower belt wheel is arranged at the lower end of the bracket 1, and a cutting annular cutting saw blade is connected between the upper belt wheel 2 and the lower belt wheel; the front end of the bracket 1 is provided with a cutting bedplate 3, and a cutting saw blade penetrates through the cutting bedplate 3; the two belt wheels rotate to drive the cutting saw blade to do cutting movement on the cutting bedplate 3.

A stabilizing mechanism 4 for stabilizing a saw blade at a cutting station is arranged on the bracket 1; the stabilizing mechanism 4 comprises a mounting rod 41, the upper end of the mounting rod 41 is fixedly connected with the support 1, a clamping block 42 is mounted at the lower end of a fixing rod 43, a notch for the saw blade to pass through is formed in the clamping block 42, rollers 44 are respectively mounted on the clamping blocks 42 at two sides of the notch, and the cutting saw blade passes through the space between the two rollers 44.

The installation mechanism between the roller 44 and the clamping seat is as follows: the clamping device comprises a fixing rod 43, wherein the fixing rod 43 is fixedly arranged in a fixing hole formed in a clamping block 42, a roller 44 is arranged at the front end of the fixing rod 43, a fastening bolt is screwed into the clamping block 42, and the front end of the fastening bolt is screwed into the fixing rod 43.

The clamping block 42 is provided with an adjusting boss which is in threaded connection with an adjusting rod, and the front end of the adjusting rod is connected with a stop block 45 for preventing the saw blade from deviating.

The mounting structure between the upper belt wheel 2 and the bracket 1 is as follows: the upper end of the support 1 forms a mounting seat 51, a vertical adjusting groove is formed in the mounting seat 51, one end of a wheel shaft 52 of the upper belt wheel 2 is inserted into the adjusting groove, an adjusting screw 53 is screwed on the upper end of the mounting seat 51, the adjusting screw 53 is selected from the upper end of the mounting seat 51 into the adjusting groove and is screwed with the wheel shaft 52 of the upper belt wheel 2, and the adjusting screw 53 rotates to drive the upper belt wheel 2 to move up and down in the adjusting groove of the mounting seat 51.

A rear baffle plate 54 is arranged at the rear side of the mounting seat 51, and a bolt penetrates through the rear baffle plate 54 to be in threaded connection with the axle 52 of the upper belt wheel 2.

The adjusting screw 53 is sleeved with a compression spring 55 and a retaining sleeve, and the compression spring 55 is positioned between the retaining sleeve and the screw head of the adjusting screw 53.

During operation, the plate is placed and moved on the cutting bedplate 3, and the cutting saw blade realizes the cutting of the plate. The stabilizing mechanism 4 ensures the stable cutting of the saw blade, and the upper belt wheel 2 can be adjusted to move up and down on the mounting seat 51.
