Background

The double-drum washing machine or washing and drying integrated machine comprises an upper drum and a lower drum, wherein the upper drum and the lower drum are respectively provided with an independent water inlet pipeline and respective drain valves, and a drain pump is shared during draining. For the double drum laundry treating apparatus, a long space exists in a water discharge path between the water discharge valve to the impeller chamber, and a large amount of air exists in the space when the water discharge valve is closed and water is not discharged. When the drainage program is operated, the drainage valve is opened, the washing water in the roller flows to the drainage pump along the inner drainage pipe through the drainage valve, a large amount of air is still not discharged in the pump cavity and the impeller cavity, the drainage pump acts for drainage, the impeller idles under the condition that the air exists, the process that the water is discharged from the drainage pump motor to the drainage pipe needs a long time, the water in the drainage pipe is not full in the earlier stage of water outlet, the drainage efficiency is low, and the larger noise is generated.

In order to reduce noise of the draining process and improve draining efficiency, a new type of double drum laundry treating device needs to be provided.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a double-roller clothes processing device.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a double-drum clothes treatment device comprises a first drum, a second drum and a water discharge pump, wherein the first drum and the second drum are respectively provided with a first water discharge path and a second water discharge path which can be controlled to be switched on and switched off, the first water discharge path and the second water discharge path are connected with a water discharge pipe of the clothes treatment device through the same water discharge pump, the water discharge pump is provided with an air guide device, and when the first drum or the second drum discharges water, the first water discharge path or the second water discharge path and the water discharge pump form a communicating device for guiding out air and discharging the water.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the drain pump has a water pump-in chamber and a water pump-out chamber, an inlet of the water pump-in chamber is connected with the drum drain port, and an outlet is connected with the water pump-out chamber;

and the air guide device is arranged between the water pumping chamber and is communicated with the first drainage path or the second drainage path through the control of the drainage valve.

As an embodiment of the invention, the drainage pump comprises a pump body, a filter arranged in an inner cavity of the pump body as a water inlet cavity, an impeller arranged in a water outlet cavity of the water pump, and a motor driving the impeller to rotate, and drainage is discharged through a roller drainage port, the water inlet cavity of the water pump, the water outlet cavity of the water pump and a drainage pipe.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the double-drum laundry treating apparatus employs an upper drain system, and the first drum or the second drum disposed above is positioned higher than the drain pipe, and the second drum or the first drum disposed below is positioned not higher than the drain pipe.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the air guide device is an air guide tube, one end of the air guide tube is connected to the top of the water pumping-in chamber of the pump body, and the other end of the air guide tube extends to the outside of the clothes treatment device and is higher than the water inlet level of the first drum or the second drum arranged above the clothes treatment device, or the other end of the air guide tube is communicated with the root of a drain pipe arranged at the water outlet of the water pumping-out chamber.

As an implementation mode of the invention, the top of the water pumping cavity of the pump body is provided with an air outlet comprising an air outlet column and a sinking groove, the air outlet column is connected with one end of the air guide pipe, the sinking groove pumps water into the cavity from the top surface of the pump body, and the air outlet column is positioned in the center of the bottom wall of the sinking groove and is not higher than the depth of the sinking groove body.

As an implementation mode of the invention, the diameter of the air outlet column is gradually reduced from bottom to top, the end part of the air outlet column is provided with a limiting ring, the inner peripheral wall of the sunken groove is provided with a limiting bulge, and one end of the air guide pipe, which is connected with the air outlet column, is provided with a groove matched with the limiting bulge.

As an embodiment of the invention, the peripheral wall of one end of the air duct is provided with a plurality of elastic bulges along the axial direction, and one end of the air duct is in interference fit with the upper part of the sunken groove.

As an implementation mode of the invention, a suspension structure and a through hole are arranged on the frame higher than the water inlet level of the first roller or the second roller above the frame, and the other end of the air duct extends out of the through hole after being connected with the suspension structure;

preferably, a pipe groove for placing the air guide pipe is formed in the frame in a manner of extending downwards from the suspension structure, and an elastic layer is arranged in the pipe groove and is in interference fit with the air guide pipe.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the air duct is integrally formed with the root of the drain pipe.

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the double-drum clothes treatment device, the air in the first drainage path and the air in the second drainage path are led out quickly and timely through the air guide device according to the unique drainage path, so that the drainage rate is improved, the idle running time of the impeller at the initial drainage stage is shortened, the noise of the drainage pump is reduced, and the recognition degree of a user on the double-drum partitioned washing and protecting concept is improved.
