The control panel of the washing machine in the prior art is provided with a knob assembly for selecting a washing mode, washing time or dewatering time, the knob assembly on the washing machine comprises a knob and a dial switch fixed on the control panel of the washing machine, the knob is clamped with the dial switch on the control panel, specifically, an elastic buckle is arranged on the inner side wall of the knob, a reference part matched with the elastic buckle is arranged on the dial switch, after the elastic buckle is clamped in the reference part, the knob and the dial switch can be connected, the dial switch can rotate along with the rotation of the knob, and in order to prevent the elastic buckle from moving relative to the reference part, the reference part is arranged to be a non-ring-mounted structure. Simultaneously, at the connection of the two, because reference portion and elasticity buckle can't be observed through the naked eye after the knob covers on dial switch, cause the two to need certain time to look for in the installation just can cooperate the installation to the position, direct influence installation effectiveness.

Therefore, it is desirable to provide a knob assembly, which can solve the problem of low installation efficiency caused by long time required for installation of the existing knob assembly in the installation process.

The invention aims to provide a knob assembly and a household appliance, which can enable a knob and a dial switch to have reference during installation, enable installation technicians to clearly know the approximate position of a protrusion and achieve the purpose of quick installation.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The embodiment provides a knob assembly which can be installed quickly and saves installation time.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the knob assembly includes a knob 1 and a dial switch 2, wherein a plurality of elastic fasteners 111 are disposed on an inner side wall of the knob 1, a plurality of slots 21 matched with the elastic fasteners 111 are disposed on an outer side wall of the dial switch 2, more than one reference portion 123 is disposed on the outer side wall of the knob 1, and each reference portion 123 is disposed opposite to one elastic fastener 111. The dial switch 2 is arranged on the PCB 5. When installation elasticity buckle 111 and draw-in groove 21, only need will aim at with draw-in groove 21 with reference portion 123 before the installation, directly push down knob 1 and can accomplish knob assembly's installation task, compare with prior art, no longer need the user to aim at elasticity buckle and draw-in groove 21 again after observing the concrete position of elasticity buckle with knob 1 upset. It should be noted that a plurality of elastic buckles 111 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the inner side wall of the knob 1, and a plurality of slots 21 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the outer side wall of the dial switch 2 (refer to fig. 5). The number of the elastic buckles 111 is three in the present embodiment, correspondingly, the number of the clamping grooves 21 is also three, and the number of the reference parts 123 is preferably three in the present embodiment, that is, each reference part 123 faces to one elastic buckle, and the reference parts 123 are also circumferentially arranged on the outer side wall of the knob 1. The reference portion 123 may be a groove or a protrusion, as long as it can be aligned with the elastic buckle 111 to achieve the purpose of quickly mounting the knob assembly.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the knob 1 includes a working portion 11 and a water pan 12 connected to the working portion 11, and the water pan 12 is disposed at one end of the working portion 11 close to the bottom of the dial switch 2. Because the knob 1 is arranged on the inclined side wall of the household appliance, when the household appliance is a cleaning appliance, water can often flow into the knob component to affect the work of the knob component, and the water receiving disc 12 arranged in the embodiment can block the water flowing into the bottom of the knob 1 along the working part 11 so as to prevent the water from flowing onto the PCB 5.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the water receiving tray 12 includes a first water retaining wall 121 and a second water retaining wall 122, and the first water retaining wall 121 is connected to the second water retaining wall 122 and the working portion 11 respectively. The included angle between the second water retaining wall 122 and the first water retaining wall 121 is greater than or equal to 90 °. That is, the free end of the second water retaining wall 122 extends towards the direction far away from the working part 11, and this arrangement can greatly increase the water receiving area of the water receiving tray 12, and improve the water resistance of the knob 1. It should be noted that, the water pan 12 and the working portion 11 are integrally formed, and this arrangement can ensure that the joint between the water pan 12 and the working portion 11 does not leak water, and does not require a waterproof structure to be added at the joint. And the reference portion 123 is disposed on an outer sidewall of the second water blocking wall 122.

As shown in fig. 2, the knob assembly further includes a water retaining ring 3, wherein the water retaining ring 3 is disposed on the housing 4 of the household appliance, and a free end of the water retaining ring 3 extends into a water retaining groove formed by the water pan 12 of the knob 1 and is suspended, i.e., the free end of the water retaining ring 3 does not contact with an inner side wall of the water retaining groove. The water retaining ring 3 and the water collector 12 are matched to block water flowing in from the mounting hole 41 so as to prevent the water from flowing out of the water collector 12 or splashing out of the water collector 12.

The embodiment also provides a household appliance, and particularly as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the household appliance includes the knob assembly. The household appliance can be a washing machine or a water heater for kitchen (namely a kitchen appliance). The household appliance further comprises a shell 4, a mounting hole 41 capable of penetrating through the knob 1 is formed in the shell 4, the water retaining ring 3 extends towards the inner side of the shell 4 through the mounting hole 41, the knob 1 is perpendicular to the shell 4, and the part, provided with the knob 1, of the shell 4 is obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane.

Since the part of the housing 4 where the knob 1 is disposed is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, the knob 1 may be closely attached to a part of the sidewall of the mounting hole 41 under the influence of gravity, so that a gap at another position is large, and water may more easily flow into the mounting hole 41, and in order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 5, the housing 4 further includes a plurality of stabilizing protrusions 411 for preventing the knob 1 from shaking; the plurality of stabilizing protrusions 411 are uniformly distributed on the inner side wall of the mounting hole 41 or the water retaining ring 3 in the circumferential direction.

A plurality of steady protrusions 411 circumference equipartitions set up on the inside wall of mounting hole 41 or water retaining ring 3, can make knob 1 supported by steady protrusion 411 along circumference to make knob 1 keep in circumference even with the clearance of mounting hole 41, compare with prior art, should stabilize protrusion 411 can not cause the too big outside water that makes in the clearance gets into mounting hole 41 easily, also can not influence the rotation of knob 1 because of the clearance undersize. It should be noted that the shape of the stabilizing projection 411 is not particularly limited in the present embodiment, but it should not affect the rotation of the knob 1.

As shown in fig. 5, the household appliance further includes a display screen 7 and a fixed rear shell 6 connected to the housing 4, wherein the display screen 7 is adhered or clamped to an end of the knob 1 that does not extend into the housing 4, specifically, the display screen is adhered and fixed by a double-sided adhesive tape or clamped and fixed by a connecting buckle. The display screen 7 mainly displays brightness and is used for reminding a user that the household appliance is in a power-on state. Fixed backshell 6 passes through the screw 8 to be fixed on shell 4, and fixed backshell 6 and shell 4 form the chamber that holds that can place the knob subassembly, and PCB board 5 passes through the screw 8 to be fixed on fixed backshell 6, and this kind of structure can be fixed the knob subassembly on the inside wall of shell 4.

The household appliance provided by the embodiment comprises the knob component, and the knob component can be quickly assembled, so that the household appliance can also be quickly assembled.
