(3) dripping the glue solution and the content obtained in the step (2) into a condensing medium through a concentric shaft multi-layer dripper of a pill dropping machine to form spherical pills;

(4) putting the spherical capsule obtained in the step (3) into a calcium chloride solution for soaking for 10-30min, and then taking out the capsule from the solution; and repeating the steps two to three times;

(5) shaping the spherical capsule obtained in the step (4) for 5-10h to obtain a brittle capsule;

(6) wiping the surface oil content of the brittle capsules obtained in the step (5) by using a roller and putting the rollers into non-woven fabrics;

(7) and (4) airing the brittle capsules obtained in the step (6) for 12-48h under the conditions that the temperature is 10-30 ℃ and the humidity is 20% -60%, and then properly screening to obtain the tobacco plant brittle capsules.
