The waterproof zipper mainly comprises two chain belts with chain teeth, an upper stop and a pull head, in the existing waterproof zipper, the main body part is not connected with the zipper teeth, so that the zipper is easy to be blocked when the slider moves to the connecting part of the main body part and the zipper teeth, which makes the waterproof zipper difficult to be zipped and needs a large force, affects the convenience of the zipper, when the waterproof zipper is used repeatedly for a period of time, the main body part is abraded due to repeated friction of the zipper for a long time, the waterproof sealing performance is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and simultaneously, a patch is arranged at the upper stop to connect two chain belts, and then the upper stop is formed, but the strength of the upper stop is insufficient, the chain belt at the upper stop is easy to crack, in addition, when the existing zipper is produced, the zipper teeth and the upper stop are formed by punching and injection molding on the zipper belt with fixed length, and the production of zippers with any length cannot be realized.

step 2: sizing, namely removing chain teeth 11 which need to be left out on the two chain belts 10 according to the required size on the two chain belts 10, and exposing through holes 14 for forming the chain teeth 11 to form a chain tooth area and an upper stop tooth lacking area;

and step 3: a patch 15, wherein the patch 15 is attached to one side of the upper tooth stopping lacking area 12, so that two ends of the patch 15 respectively extend towards the two chain belts 10 and cover the through holes 14 corresponding to the upper tooth stopping lacking area 12;

and 4, step 4: cutting a preformed hole 13 for forming an accommodating part 22 in an upper tooth-missing region 12, close to a chain tooth region, of the patch 15, wherein the accommodating part 22 corresponds to a guide column of the slider, and a through hole 14 is preformed in the preformed hole 13 close to the upper tooth-missing region 12 of the chain tooth region;

The sheet part 21, the main body part 20 and the insertion leg part 23 are integrally formed, the sheet part 21 is partially inserted into the through hole 14, and the sheet part 21 is higher than the surface of the fastener tape 10.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a waterproof zipper includes two fastener tapes 10 having fastener elements 11, each fastener element 11 includes a fastener element main body 111, a neck portion 113 and a head portion 114, the upper surface of the fastener element main body 111 has an undercut 112, the extending direction of the undercut 112 is the same as the length direction of the fastener tape 10, the two fastener tapes 10 have a fastener element region and an upper stop undercut region 12 formed after the fastener elements 11 are removed, the upper stop undercut region 12 exposes a through hole 14 for forming the fastener element 11, a patch 15 is attached to one side of the upper stop undercut region 12, both ends of the patch 15 extend to the two fastener tapes 10 respectively and cover the through hole 14 corresponding to the upper stop undercut region 12, the patch 15 is provided with a preformed hole 13 near the upper stop undercut region 12 of the fastener element region, the upper stop region 12 is injection-molded with an upper stop, the upper stop has a sheet-shaped portion 21 and a main body portion 20, the sheet-shaped portion 21 is formed on the other side opposite to the patch 15, the main body part 20 is partially embedded into the through hole 14, the main body part 20 has an accommodating part 22 formed at the preformed hole 13, one end of the accommodating part 22 close to the fastener element region is provided with a passage part 24 communicated with the accommodating part 22, two sides of the passage part 24 are formed with two insertion leg parts 23, the two insertion leg parts 23 are respectively located on the corresponding fastener tapes 10, each of the two insertion leg parts 23 is provided with an extension part 231 filled into the slot 112 of at least one fastener element 11, and one end of the extension part 231 far away from the accommodating part 22 extends out of the slot 112 and protrudes to the outside of the slot 112.
