1. A shelf with a hanging function, comprising:

at least one partition board as bearing structure;

the two side fasteners are respectively positioned on two sides of the partition board, and each side fastener is in concave-convex nested fit with the partition board, wherein one end of each side fastener is provided with a first connecting part, and the other end of each side fastener is provided with a second connecting part;

the locking parts are respectively positioned on two sides of the partition board and used for locking the connection between the side fasteners and the partition board;

two ends of the clothes hanging rod are respectively connected with the second connecting parts on the two side fasteners.

2. The shelf with a hanging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a locking member is provided between the second connecting portion and the clothes rail, wherein one end of the locking member is connected with the second connecting portion by a fastening member, and the other end of the locking member is connected with the clothes rail in a nested manner.

A shelf having a hanging function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the locking member comprises a bottom plate having side plates formed to extend in the same direction along respective side edges of the bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a first coupling hole; and a second connecting hole is formed in the side plate.

4. A shelf with hanging function as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that each side edge defines a "surround" for nesting in the ends of a clothes rail, wherein the ends of the clothes rail are nested in the "surround" or the "surround space" is nested in the ends of the clothes rail.

5. The shelf with hanging function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the structure of the clothes rail is a multi-sectional structure or a one-sectional structure.

6. A shelf having a hanging function as defined in claim 1, wherein each locking member includes a resilient tab disposed at a position where the partition is nested with the side fastening member, and a fastening member for locking the partition with the side fastening member.

7. A shelf with hanging function as defined by claim 6, wherein at least one elastic part is provided on the elastic insert, wherein the elastic part is obliquely arranged.

8. A shelf with a hanging function as defined in claim 7, wherein a positioning part is provided between the elastic part and the convex plate, wherein the positioning part has a concave-convex matching structure.

9. A shelf with a hanging function as defined in claim 8, wherein the positioning portion comprises a positioning hole formed on the protruding plate and a positioning block connected to the elastic insertion piece.

10. A cloakroom, comprising: a plurality of buckling frames installed on the wall body, and a plurality of upright posts arranged along the length direction of the buckling frames, wherein, a decorative plate is arranged between two adjacent upright posts, and the shelf with the hanging function as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 is detachably connected on the upright posts.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of home decoration, and relates to a shelf, a shelf with a hanging function and a clothes and hat room.

Background

The shelf is often applied to a coat and hat room, a living room, a study, a storeroom clothes display rack, a storage shelf and the like, and not only has the function of containing, but also plays a role in decoration. The existing shelf has the following problems:

1. the structure is complex, and the disassembly and the assembly are not easy.

2. The function is single, and the expansibility is not good.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a shelf which is simple in structure, diversified in function and provided with a hanging function.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme;

a shelf with hanging function comprising:

at least one partition board as bearing structure;

the two side fasteners are respectively positioned on two sides of the partition board, and each side fastener is in concave-convex nested fit with the partition board, wherein one end of each side fastener is provided with a first connecting part, and the other end of each side fastener is provided with a second connecting part;

the locking parts are respectively positioned on two sides of the partition board and used for locking the connection between the side fasteners and the partition board;

two ends of the clothes hanging rod are respectively connected with the second connecting parts on the two side fasteners.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, a locking member is arranged between the second connecting portion and the clothes rail, wherein one end of the locking member is connected with the second connecting portion through a fastening member, and the other end of the locking member is connected with the clothes rail in a nested manner.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, the locking member includes a bottom plate, and side plates are formed by extending along each side edge of the bottom plate to the same direction, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a first connecting hole; and a second connecting hole is formed in the side plate.

In the above-mentioned shelf with hanging function, a "surrounding structure" surrounded by each side edge is used as a nesting position of the end part of the clothes hanging rod, wherein the end part of the clothes hanging rod is nested in the "surrounding structure", or the "surrounding space" is nested in the end part of the clothes hanging rod.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, the first connecting part comprises a plurality of fastening legs, and the fastening legs are arranged in a single row from top to bottom, wherein each fastening leg and the side fastener are integrally arranged; the second connecting portion is a connecting plate, wherein the connecting plate and the side fastener are arranged in an integrated structure.

In the shelf with the hanging function, when the number of the partition boards exceeds one, a middle fastener is further arranged between every two adjacent partition boards, wherein the two sides of the middle fastener are respectively in concave-convex nested fit with the two adjacent partition boards.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, the structure of the clothes rail is a multi-section structure or a one-section structure.

In the shelf with the hanging function, one side of each side fastener extends along the horizontal direction to form a convex plate, and two sides of each partition plate are respectively provided with a strip groove which is matched with the convex plate in a nesting mode.

In the above shelf with hanging function, one end of the strip groove on the partition board is arranged in a closed structure, and the other end is arranged in an open structure.

In the shelf with the hanging function, each locking member comprises an elastic inserting sheet arranged at the nesting position of the partition board and the side fastener and a fastening member used for locking the partition board and the side fastener.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, at least one elastic part is arranged on the elastic inserting sheet.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, the elastic part is obliquely arranged.

In the above shelf with a hanging function, a positioning portion is disposed between the elastic portion and the convex plate, wherein the positioning portion has a concave-convex matching structure.

The present invention also provides a cloakroom, comprising: the buckling frame is arranged on the wall body, a plurality of stand columns are arranged along the length direction of the buckling frame, a decorative plate is arranged between every two adjacent stand columns, and the shelf is detachably connected to the stand columns.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the shelf with the hanging function is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, the shelf can be detachably fixed through the connecting parts on the side fastening pieces, corresponding adjustment can be performed according to the height of a user, the flexibility of the shelf is improved, in addition, clothes can be hung through the clothes hanging rod, the phenomenon that the clothes are wrinkled when being worn for the first time is avoided, and the attractiveness of the clothes is shown.

(2) The decorative plate and the shelf are integrally arranged on the wall body, the decorative plate not only can be used as the decorative plate of the wall body, but also can be used as the sealing plate of the shelf, clothes placed on the shelf are prevented from being contacted with the wall body, the structure of the whole clothes and hat room is simpler, in addition, the decorative plate is detachably connected with the fastener support, and the shelf is detachably connected with the upright post, so that the convenience and the rapidness in installation are realized.

Detailed Description

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a shelf with a hanging function, including: at least one partition 100 as a load-bearing structure; two side fasteners 200 respectively located at two sides of the partition board 100, and each side fastener 200 is in concave-convex nesting fit with the partition board 100, wherein one end of each side fastener 200 is provided with a first connecting part 210, and the other end of each side fastener 200 is provided with a second connecting part 220; a plurality of locker 300 respectively positioned at both sides of the partition 100 for locking the connection between the side fastening member 200 and the partition 100; two ends of the clothes rail 400 are connected to the second connecting parts 220 of the two side fasteners 200, respectively.

The shelf with the hanging function provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, the shelf can be detachably fixed through the connecting parts on the side fasteners 200, corresponding adjustment can be carried out according to the height of a user, the flexibility of the shelf is improved, in addition, clothes can be hung through the clothes hanging rod 400, the phenomenon that the clothes are wrinkled when being worn for the first time is avoided, and the attractiveness of the clothes is shown.

In this embodiment, the shelf is applied to a cloakroom, a living room, a study room, a desk top of a writing desk, a desk table of a dressing room, a bar counter, a wall table of a simple dining room, a shop clothes display rack, a storage shelf, and the like.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a locking member 500 is disposed between the second connecting portion 220 and the clothes rail 400, wherein one end of the locking member 500 is connected to the second connecting portion 220 by a fastening member, and the other end of the locking member 500 is connected to the clothes rail 400 in a nested manner. Thereby improving the bearing capacity of the clothes rail 400.

Further preferably, the locking member 500 includes a bottom plate 510 extended in the same direction along each side of the bottom plate 510 to form a side plate 520, wherein the bottom plate 510 is provided with a first connection hole 511 as a fixing position when the locking member 500 is connected to the second connection part 220; the side plate 520 is provided with a second coupling hole 521 as a fixing position when the locking member 500 is coupled to the clothes rail 400.

In this embodiment, a "surrounding structure" surrounded by the side edges is used as a nesting position of the ends of the clothes rail 400, wherein the ends of the clothes rail 400 are nested in the "surrounding structure" or the "surrounding space" is nested in the ends of the clothes rail 400. The locking member 500 and the clothes rail 400 can be nested and connected in the above two modes, and the locking member 500 and the clothes rail 400 can be fixed by screwing the fastening member through the second connecting hole 521 on the side plate 520 after being nested.

In order to further improve the contact surface between the upper and lower sides of the locking member 500 nested with the clothes rail 400, and further improve the bearing capacity of the locking member 500 on the clothes rail 400 by increasing the contact surface between the upper and lower sides of the locking member 500 nested with the clothes rail 400 by arranging the upper and lower sides of the clothes rail 400 in an arc structure, because the U-shaped hooks of the clothes hanger are effectively attached to the surface of the clothes hanger when the clothes are hung.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the first connecting portion 210 includes a plurality of fastening legs 211, and the plurality of fastening legs 211 are arranged in a single row from top to bottom, wherein each fastening leg 211 and the side fastener 200 are integrally arranged; the second connecting portion 220 is a connecting plate, wherein the connecting plate and the side fastener 200 are integrally formed.

In this embodiment, when using the shelf, directly through detaining foot 211 with the shelf lock joint on the stand 900 between the coat and hat, convenient operation according to the hookup location between detaining foot 211 and the stand 900, changes the terrain clearance of shelf, when the shelf is as the show shelf of shoes, can realize vertical direction or horizontal direction's multiseriate, or the multirow is placed, enlarges the show area.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, when the number of the partition boards 100 exceeds one, a middle fastener 600 is further disposed between two adjacent partition boards 100, wherein two sides of the middle fastener 600 are respectively in concave-convex nesting fit with two adjacent partition boards 100.

In this embodiment, the clothes rail 400 has a multi-stage structure or a single-stage structure. When the clothes rail 400 is provided in a multi-stage structure, one locking member 500 is installed at each of both sides of the second connecting portion 220 of the middle clip 600, wherein the locking member 500 of the middle clip 600 is installed in the same manner as the locking member 500 of the side clip 200; when the clothes rail 400 is installed in a one-step structure, a through-slot 610 is formed in the second connecting portion 220 of the middle fastener 600 to serve as a through-penetrating passage for the clothes rail 400.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, since the side fastener 200 is in a concave-convex nesting fit with the separator 100, two ways can be generally adopted, one is to provide a convex part on one side of the side fastener 200, and correspondingly, a concave part in a nesting fit with the convex part is provided on the separator 100; secondly, a concave part is arranged on one side of the side fastener 200, correspondingly, a convex part which is nested and matched with the concave part is arranged on the partition board 100, and the side fastener 200 and the partition board 100 can be nested and connected in the above two modes.

It is further preferable that a convex plate 230 (convex portion) is formed on one side of each side fastening member 200 to extend in the horizontal direction, and a bar groove 110 (concave portion) to be fitted with the convex plate 230 is formed on each of both sides of the partition 100. In this embodiment, the protruding plate 230 on the side fastener 200 and the groove 110 on the separator 100 can be arranged interchangeably, that is, the groove 110 is arranged on the side fastener 200, and the protruding plate 230 is arranged on the separator 100.

It is further preferred that the strip groove 110 on the partition 100 is disposed in a closed configuration at one end and in an open configuration at the other end.

In the embodiment, when one end of the bar groove 110 is closed, the other end is open, which facilitates the detachment and installation between the side fastener 200 and the partition board 100, and provides a precise connection position for fastening the side fastener 200 and the partition board 100 by the locking member 300.

It is further preferable that the partition board 100 can be inserted into the side fastening members 200 of both sides from front to back when the side fastening members 200 are connected to the partition board 100, and at this time, the open ends of the strip grooves 110 of the partition board 100 and the connecting portions of the side fastening members 200 are located on the same side, which is advantageous in that, when viewed from the front side of the shelf, the splicing traces between the side fastening members 200 and the partition board 100 cannot be seen, or the partition board 100 can be inserted into the side fastening members 200 of both sides from back to front.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a plurality of locking members 300 are symmetrically and uniformly distributed on both sides of the partition 100, and further, each locking member 300 includes an elastic tab 310 disposed at a position where the partition 100 is nested with the side fastening member 200, and a fastening member for locking the partition 100 with the side fastening member 200. Further, the elastic insertion piece 310 is integrally disposed in a U-shaped structure and is connected to the protruding plate 230 in a nesting manner.

In this embodiment, the elastic insertion piece 310 is provided, so as to expand the connection between the side fastening 200 and the partition board 100, thereby preventing the side fastening 200 and the partition board 100 from slipping.

Further preferably, at least one elastic portion 311 is disposed on the elastic insertion piece 310, wherein the elastic portion 311 includes one elastic piece, two elastic pieces, or four elastic pieces.

When the elastic portion 311 includes a spring, the spring is located on the upper portion or the lower portion of the elastic insertion piece 310, and the spring and the elastic insertion piece 310 are integrally disposed.

When the elastic part 311 comprises two elastic pieces, the two elastic pieces are both positioned on the upper part of the elastic insertion piece 310 and are arranged in parallel in a front-back parallel manner or in parallel in a front-back staggered manner; or the two elastic sheets are both positioned at the lower part of the elastic inserting sheet 310 and are arranged in parallel in a front-back parallel mode or in parallel in a front-back staggered mode; or the two elastic sheets are vertically arranged in parallel or are arranged in a staggered manner from top to bottom, wherein the two elastic sheets and the elastic insertion sheet 310 are arranged in an integrated structure.

When the elastic portion 311 includes four elastic pieces, the elastic pieces may be disposed on the upper portion of the elastic insertion piece 310, or disposed on the lower portion of the elastic insertion piece 310, or symmetrically disposed on the upper and lower sides of the elastic insertion piece 310, or disposed on the upper and lower sides of the elastic insertion piece 310 in a staggered manner, wherein the four elastic pieces and the elastic insertion piece 310 are disposed in an integrated structure.

Further preferably, the elastic portion 311 is disposed obliquely. In the present embodiment, the oblique extending direction of the elastic portion 311 coincides with the moving direction of the separator 100 when the side fastening member 200 is inserted. The reason why the elastic portion 311 is disposed obliquely is that, when the side fastening member 200 is connected to the partition board 100, the elastic portion 311 is just in a compressed state, so that the expansion force between the partition board 100 and the side fastening member 200 is increased, thereby improving the connection reliability between the partition board 100 and the side fastening member 200; in addition, the oblique extending direction of the elastic portion 311 is consistent with the moving direction of the partition board 100 when being inserted into the side fastener 200, so that the partition board 100 and the elastic portion 311 are prevented from abutting and interfering with each other when the two sides of the partition board 100 are inserted into the side fastener 200.

Further, the end of the elastic portion 311 is disposed in a wave-like structure, so that the elastic portion 311 forms a shape similar to a "butterfly wing (wing of butterfly)".

Further, a positioning portion is disposed between the elastic portion 311 and the convex plate 230, wherein the positioning portion has a concave-convex matching structure. Through location portion, realize the location of elasticity inserted sheet 310 on flange 230 and be connected, avoid elasticity inserted sheet 310 to take place to remove on flange 230, improve the reliability of being connected between side fastener 200 and the baffle 100.

Further, the positioning portion includes a positioning hole 231 formed on the protruding plate 230, and a positioning block 312 connected to the elastic insertion piece 310. In this embodiment, the positioning holes 231 on the protruding plate 230 and the positioning blocks 312 on the elastic insertion piece 310 can be arranged interchangeably, that is, the positioning blocks 312 are arranged on the protruding plate 230, and the positioning holes 231 are arranged on the elastic insertion piece 310.

Further preferably, the upper end surfaces of the side fastening members 200 and the middle fastening member 600 are higher than the upper end surface of the separator 100. Two independent spaces are formed between two adjacent partitions 100, and when the shelf is used as a clothes storage space, clothes can be placed in different categories.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention also provides a cloakroom, comprising: the buckling frame 800 is arranged on the wall body 700, the upright posts 900 are arranged along the length direction of the buckling frame 800, the decorative plate 1000 is arranged between every two adjacent upright posts 900, and the shelf is detachably connected to the upright posts 900.

According to the coat and hat room provided by the invention, the decorative plate 1000 on the wall body 700 and the shelf are integrated, wherein the decorative plate 1000 not only can be used as the decorative plate 1000 of the wall body 700, but also can be used as the sealing plate of the shelf, so that clothes placed on the shelf are prevented from being contacted with the wall body 700, the structure of the whole coat and hat room is simpler, in addition, the decorative plate 1000 is detachably connected with the fastener bracket, and the shelf is detachably connected with the upright post 900, so that the convenience and quickness in installation are realized.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, two strip-shaped grooves 910 are provided along the length direction of the upright post 900, wherein a plurality of clamping blocks 920 are provided along the length direction of the strip-shaped grooves 910. When the shelf is connected with the upright post 900, the buckling feet 211 are directly buckled on the buckling blocks 920 of the upright post 900, the installation is convenient, and the distance between two adjacent buckling blocks 920 is matched with the distance between two adjacent buckling feet 211.

Further preferably, the fastening frame 800 includes a plurality of first hanging plates 810 installed on the wall 700, and the first hanging plates 810 extend obliquely outward along the side walls of the first hanging plates 810 to form first supporting plates 811, wherein a first sliding groove 812 is formed between the first hanging plates 810 and the first supporting plates 811, and the first hanging plates 810 and the decorative plate 1000 are slidably fastened.

In this embodiment, the first hanging plate 810 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 813, which are used as connection positions between the first hanging plate 810 and the wall 700, and are used for adjusting the flatness between two adjacent first hanging plates 810, so that the decorative plates 1000 hung on the first hanging plates 810 are parallel to each other.

Further preferably, the decorative panel 1000 includes a door panel 1100, and a second hanging plate 1200 connected to the door panel 1100, and the second hanging plate 1200 extends obliquely outward along a side wall of the second hanging plate 1200 to form a second support plate 1210, wherein a second sliding slot 1220 is formed between the second hanging plate 1200 and the second support plate 1210. When the buckle frame 800 is connected with the decorative plate 1000, the second support plate 1210 is inserted into the first sliding groove 812, and the first support plate 811 is inserted into the second sliding groove 1220, so that the installation is convenient and reliable.

Further preferably, the buckle frame 800 further includes a supporting plate 820, wherein one side of the supporting plate 820 is connected to the wall 700 through a spacer, and the other end of the supporting plate 820 is provided with a step 821 as a supporting portion of the upright 900. Through the thickness that changes the cushion, the horizontal distance between adjustment stand 900 and the wall body 700 improves the vertical roughness on decorative board 1000 surfaces, and then improves the roughness of shelf installation.

It is further preferable that the buckle holder 800 further includes a top plate 830, wherein the top plate 830 is inserted on top of the decorative plates 1000, so that two adjacent decorative plates 1000 can be tightly leaned against each other without the occurrence of a rack scattering phenomenon.
