Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel ultrasonic tooth cleaning device which can be used for mounting a toothbrush head and a tooth cleaning head, utilizes a mature piezoelectric ceramic double-wafer structure as an ultrasonic transducer, keeps the vibration frequency between 10 kilohertz and 100 kilohertz, ensures good tooth cleaning effect and can greatly reduce the production cost.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the novel ultrasonic tooth cleaning device of the present invention comprises a tool head and an ultrasonic transducer fixedly connected with the tool head, wherein the ultrasonic transducer comprises a middle plate, the middle plate is provided with at least one piezoelectric ceramic plate, the tool head is connected with a detachable toothbrush head or tooth cleaning head, and the vibration frequency range of the ultrasonic transducer is between 10 khz and 100 khz.

Preferably, the tail end of the tool head is provided with an installation slot, and the tool head is clamped with the middle plate through the installation slot.

Preferably, the head end of the tool head is provided with a protruding table, and the toothbrush head is provided with a concave pit clamped with the protruding table.

The invention can be used for installing a toothbrush head and a tooth cleaning head at the same time, and utilizes a mature piezoelectric ceramic double-wafer structure as an ultrasonic transducer to keep the vibration frequency between 10 KHz and 100 KHz, thereby ensuring good tooth cleaning effect and greatly reducing the production cost.

Detailed Description

The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the novel ultrasonic tooth cleaning device of the present invention comprises a tool head 1 and an ultrasonic transducer 2 fixedly connected to the tool head 1, wherein the ultrasonic transducer 2 comprises a middle plate 3, the middle plate 3 is provided with at least one piezoelectric ceramic plate 4, the tool head 1 is connected to a detachable toothbrush head 5 or tooth cleaning head 6, and the vibration frequency of the ultrasonic transducer 2 ranges from 10 khz to 100 khz.

The ultrasonic transducer 2 mainly comprises an intermediate plate 3 and piezoelectric ceramic pieces 4, the two piezoelectric ceramic pieces 4 are respectively bonded on the upper surface and the lower surface of the intermediate plate 3, the intermediate plate 3 plays a role in stabilizing and reinforcing the piezoelectric ceramic pieces 4 in a bonding mode so as to enhance the working reliability of the piezoelectric ceramic pieces 4 and prevent the piezoelectric ceramic pieces 4 from being broken easily, and the ultrasonic transducer 2 and the tool head 1 are fixedly connected into the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device in a bonding or welding mode. The piezoelectric ceramic plate 4 has electrostrictive properties, and when an alternating power electric signal is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic plate 4, the piezoelectric ceramic plate 4 correspondingly extends or shortens in the length direction. The ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is bonded with two piezoelectric ceramic plates 4 with opposite polarities, when power electric signals are applied to the two piezoelectric ceramic plates 4, the two piezoelectric ceramic plates 4 are asynchronously stretched or shortened and deformed in the length direction, so that vibration of the tool head 1 is caused, when the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is connected and fixed with the toothbrush head 5, the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device transmits ultrasonic energy to bristles of the toothbrush head 5, and a cavitation effect is generated on the bristle tips to achieve the purpose of cleaning germs and unclean objects at periodontal; when the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is fixedly connected with the tooth cleaning head 6, the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device transmits ultrasonic energy to the tip of the tooth cleaning head 6, when the tip of the tooth cleaning head 6 is contacted with teeth, the weight impurities such as tartar can be cleaned by the friction between the tip of the tooth cleaning head 6 and the teeth, in addition, the material of the tooth cleaning head 6 is a metal material, such as stainless steel, titanium alloy and the like, and a more violent cavitation effect is generated on the tip of the tooth cleaning head 6 relative to bristles so as to remove stubborn impurities. The ultrasonic wave generally refers to the sound wave with the vibration frequency exceeding 20 kilohertz, and in the actual tooth cleaning test, the vibration frequency between 10 kilohertz and 30 kilohertz is large when the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is provided with the tooth cleaning head 6, so that the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device can be used for cleaning intractable tartar and has a good cleaning effect on the heavy tartar; when the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is provided with the brush head 5, it has a good cleaning effect on periodontal germs and impurities at a vibration frequency of 60 kHz to 100 kHz. In the actual tooth cleaning test, it was also found that the lengths, widths, and thicknesses of the intermediate plate 3 and the piezoelectric ceramic plate 4 have a large influence on the frequency and tooth cleaning effect of the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device, and the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device for different purposes can be manufactured by adjusting and using the intermediate plate 3 and the piezoelectric ceramic plate 4 having different lengths, widths, and thicknesses in combination. The invention can be used for installing the toothbrush head 5 and the tooth cleaning head 6, and uses a mature piezoelectric ceramic double-wafer structure as the ultrasonic transducer 2, so that the vibration frequency is kept between 10 KHz and 100 KHz, good tooth cleaning effect is ensured, and the production cost can be greatly reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the end of the tool head 1 of the present embodiment is provided with an installation slot 7, and the tool head 1 is clamped with the middle plate 3 through the installation slot 7. Specifically, the tool head 1 is connected to the middle plate 3 in a clamping manner through the mounting groove 7, and then the connection stability of the connection part between the tool head 1 and the middle plate 3 is enhanced through welding or glue bonding, so that the overall structural strength is improved, and the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device is formed.

As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the head end of the tool head 1 of this embodiment is provided with a protruding step 8, and the toothbrush head 5 is provided with a concave pit 9 which is engaged with the protruding step 8. Specifically, the tool head 1 comprises a protruding platform 8, the toothbrush head 5 comprises a concave pit 9, and when the tool head 1 is assembled, the protruding platform 8 and the concave pit 9 of the toothbrush head 5 are tightly matched and clamped to realize the connection and fixation of the ultrasonic tooth cleaning device and the toothbrush head 5.

As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the tool head 1 of the present embodiment is provided with an external thread 10 on the outside thereof, and the dental head 6 is provided with an internal thread 11 screwed with the external thread 10. Specifically, the tool head 1 comprises an external thread 10, the dental scaler head 6 comprises an internal thread 11, and when the tool head 1 is assembled, the external thread 10 is in threaded fit with the internal thread 11 of the dental scaler head 6 to realize the connection and fixation of the ultrasonic dental scaler device and the dental scaler head 6.

As shown in fig. 1, the intermediate plate 3 of the present embodiment is made of a metal material of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, or steel.
