1. An intelligent dental plaque observer is characterized by comprising a light shield, a bottom shell, an ultraviolet lamp, an optical filter and a camera;

the top end of the light shield is provided with a hole, the bottom end of the light shield is provided with an opening, and a side wall made of light-tight material is arranged between the top end and the bottom end;

the top end of the bottom shell is convexly provided with a frustum-shaped fixing frame;

the frustum-shaped fixing frame is hollow;

the size of the opening at the bottom end of the frustum-shaped fixing frame is consistent with that of the hole at the top end of the light shield;

the top end of the light shield is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the bottom shell, and an opening at the bottom end of the frustum-shaped fixing frame is correspondingly communicated with a hole at the top end of the light shield;

at least 2 ultraviolet lamps are fixed at different positions of the side wall of the frustum-shaped fixing frame;

the ultraviolet lamp emits light to the bottom end of the light shield;

the top end of the frustum-shaped fixing frame is provided with a lens hole, and an optical filter is fixed at the lens hole;

the optical filter is used for extracting dental plaque characteristic fluorescence in the light emitted from the light shield and emitting the dental plaque characteristic fluorescence to the camera;

the camera is used for imaging according to the light emitted by the optical filter.

when an external force for enabling the light shield and the bottom shell to move oppositely is applied between the light shield and the bottom shell, the spring is compressed, so that the convex block at the top end of the light shield extends to the touch switch, and the touch switch is touched;

after the host switch is triggered, if the touch switch is touched, the ultraviolet lamp is powered on and lightened, otherwise, the ultraviolet lamp is powered off.

after the host switch is triggered, the infrared transmitter transmits infrared rays, if the infrared receiver does not receive the infrared rays transmitted by the infrared transmitter, the ultraviolet lamp is powered on and lightened, otherwise, the ultraviolet lamp is powered off.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to an intelligent dental plaque observer.

Background

In a common way of observing dental plaque, a reagent is applied to the tooth surface, and then the condition of the dental plaque on the tooth is determined according to the color developed on the tooth surface. This method takes a relatively long time to complete a plaque observation, and after the completion of the observation, it requires a coating of an agent that cleans the tooth surface, and the coating of the agent may remain on the tooth surface for several days, which may affect the appearance.

Some dental plaque observers also appear in the market, but only can observe rough conditions of 2 to 3 local teeth at a time, and the observers need to stretch into the oral cavity, so that oral infection is easily caused, and the observation of the oral teeth needs to be assisted by a mirror or a second person, so that the operation is complicated, and the real conditions of dental plaque are not easily observed. Some dental plaque observers are easy to cause stabbing injury and short-time dim eyesight to eyes of users by lamplight when in use.

A dental plaque detecting device is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a light source 2, a narrow band filter 3, a homogenizing illumination device 4, an imaging system 5, a light path beam splitter (i.e. a beam splitter) 6, an imaging device 7, a high pass filter 8, an area array detector 9, a control system 10, and a liquid crystal digital display device 11, wherein a continuous light source 2 provides illuminating light with continuous spectrum and containing ultraviolet band, such as a xenon lamp, a deuterium lamp, a tungsten lamp and the like, a narrow-band filter 3, a homogenizing illumination device 4, a beam splitter 6 and an imaging system 5 are sequentially arranged in the projection light direction of a light source 2, excitation ultraviolet light in a wavelength band of 360-410nm is extracted after light emitted by the continuous light source 2 passes through the ultraviolet narrow-band filter 3, the light beam is shaped by the homogenizing illumination device 4, and vertically irradiates on the measured tooth sample 1 after passing through a beam splitter 6 and an imaging system 5, wherein the arrangement direction of the beam splitter and the optical axis direction of incident light form an angle of 45 degrees. The excited fluorescence is reflected by the beam splitter 6 towards the planar array detector 9 after passing through the imaging system 5 and the beam splitter 6, the imaging device 7, the high-pass filter 8 and the planar array detector 9 are sequentially installed in the reflection direction of the beam splitter 6, and the object image of the receiving surfaces of the tooth sample 1 to be detected and the planar array detector 9 is conjugated. After passing through the imaging device 7 and the high-pass filter 8, the fluorescence is received by the area array detector 9, so that the excited fluorescence is imaged on the receiving surface of the area array detector 9 through the imaging system 5 and the imaging device 7. The area array detector 9 is a digital receiver such as a CCD or a CMOS, or an enhanced CCD or CMOS receiver for weak signal detection. And a beam splitter 6 is arranged between the tooth sample 1 to be detected and the area array detector 9 so as to realize transmission of incident ultraviolet excitation light and reflection of excited visible light wave bands. A high-pass filter 8 is arranged in front of the area array detector to extract the dental plaque characteristic fluorescence between 600nm and 800 nm. The area array detector 9 is connected with a control system 10, the control system 10 is connected with a liquid crystal digital display device 11, and the liquid crystal digital display device 11 is a digital display device independent of a personal computer. The image data obtained by the area array detector 9 is controlled by a control system 10, and the detection result is displayed in the form of an image by a liquid crystal digital display device 11.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an intelligent dental plaque observer, which can greatly reduce the use of chemical reagents, prevent the residues of the examination matters in the oral cavity, efficiently and conveniently observe the dental plaque condition and effectively reduce the infection of the examination to the oral cavity.

In order to solve the technical problem, the intelligent dental plaque observer provided by the invention comprises a light shield 21, a bottom shell 22, an ultraviolet lamp 23, an optical filter 24 and a camera 25;

the top end of the light shield 21 is provided with a hole, the bottom end of the light shield is provided with an opening, and a side wall made of light-tight material is arranged between the top end and the bottom end;

a frustum-shaped fixing frame 220 is convexly formed at the top end of the bottom shell 22;

the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220 is hollow;

the size of the bottom opening of the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220 is consistent with the size of the hole at the top end of the light shield 21;

the top end of the light shield 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the bottom shell 22, and an opening at the bottom end of the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220 is correspondingly communicated with a hole at the top end of the light shield 21;

at least 2 ultraviolet lamps 23 are fixed at different positions on the side wall of the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220;

the ultraviolet lamp emits light to the bottom end of the light shield 21;

the top end of the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220 is provided with a lens hole, and an optical filter 24 is fixed at the lens hole;

the optical filter 24 is used for extracting dental plaque characteristic fluorescence in the light emitted from the light shield 21 and emitting the dental plaque characteristic fluorescence to the camera 25;

the wavelength of the dental plaque characteristic fluorescence is between 600nm and 800 nm;

the camera 25 is used for imaging according to the light emitted from the optical filter 24.

Preferably, the intelligent dental plaque viewer further comprises an upper housing 26;

the upper shell 26 is fastened above the bottom shell 22, so that the ultraviolet lamp 23, the optical filter 24 and the camera 25 are accommodated in a cavity formed by the upper shell 26 and the bottom shell 22.

Preferably, the ultraviolet lamp 23 emits light with a wavelength of 360nm to 430 nm.

Preferably, the ultraviolet lamp 23 emits light with a wavelength of 400nm to 410 nm.

Preferably, at least 4 ultraviolet lamps 23 are uniformly fixed on the sidewall of the frustum-shaped fixing frame 220.

Preferably, the bottom opening of the light shield 21 is in the shape of an ellipse which is narrow from top to bottom and wide from left to right, the upper side wall and the upper right side wall jointly form an upper side wall, the middle part of the upper side wall is concave towards the top end arc, the lower side wall and the lower right side wall jointly form a lower side wall, and the middle part of the lower side wall is concave towards the top end arc.

Preferably, the intelligent dental plaque observer further comprises a host switch 27 and a WIFI communication module 28;

the WIFI communication module 28 is disposed in a cavity formed by the upper shell 26 and the bottom shell 22;

after the host switch 27 is triggered, the camera 25 is started to start shooting, the WIFI communication module 29 is started to perform WIFI communication with an external terminal, and an image shot by the camera 25 is sent to the external terminal.

Preferably, the external terminal is a mobile phone;

a dental plaque client application program is arranged on the mobile phone;

after the dental plaque client application program is operated, the dental plaque observation window displayed on the mobile phone display screen can display the image shot by the camera 25.

Preferably, the intelligent dental plaque observer further comprises a main machine switch 27;

the top end of the light shield 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the bottom shell 22 through a spring 31;

a touch switch 32 is fixed on the fixing frame 220 of the bottom shell 22;

a convex block corresponding to the touch switch 32 is arranged at the top end of the light shield 21;

when no external force for moving the light shield 21 and the bottom shell 22 in opposite directions is applied between the light shield 21 and the bottom shell 22, the elastic force of the spring 31 enables the bump at the top end of the light shield 21 to be spaced from the touch switch 32 by a set distance, and the touch switch 32 is not touched;

when an external force for moving the light shield 21 and the bottom shell 22 towards each other is applied between the light shield 21 and the bottom shell 22, the spring 31 is compressed, so that a bump at the top end of the light shield 21 is led to the touch switch 32, and the touch switch 32 is touched;

after the host switch 27 is triggered, if the touch switch 32 is touched, the purple light lamp 23 is powered on, otherwise, the purple light lamp 23 is powered off.

Preferably, the intelligent dental plaque observer further comprises a main machine switch 27;

the position of the connection between the left upper side wall and the bottom end of the left lower side wall of the light shield 21 and the position of the connection between the right upper side wall and the bottom end of the right lower side wall are provided with an infrared emitter 33 at one position and an infrared receiver 34 at the other position;

the infrared receiver 34 is in the path of the infrared emitted by the infrared emitter 33;

after the host switch 27 is triggered, the infrared emitter 33 emits infrared rays, if the infrared receiver 34 does not receive the infrared rays emitted by the infrared emitter 33, the purple light lamp 23 is powered on, otherwise, the purple light lamp 23 is powered off.

According to the intelligent dental plaque observer, the purple light emitted by the purple light lamp 23 irradiates the surface of teeth, so that the dental plaque generates fluorescence which can be observed by naked eyes, and then the wavelength of harmful light is filtered by the light filtering sheet 24, and the effect of showing the fluorescence of the dental plaque is amplified, so that people can observe the dental plaque condition of the teeth by naked eyes through an image shot by the camera 25, and the dental plaque can be shown into the effect which can be observed by naked eyes without coating a reagent on the teeth and is harmless to the eyes, the use of chemical reagents can be greatly reduced, and the ecological environment is protected; the intelligent dental plaque observer is used for detecting dental plaque, so that no detection substance residue exists in the oral cavity, a large amount of water is not needed for cleaning the oral cavity, and water resources are saved; use this visualizer can quick check dental plaque situation to this visualizer can used repeatedly, can high-efficient convenient observation dental plaque situation, practices thrift user's check-out time greatly, has improved user experience, has reduced the inspection cost. This intelligence dental plaque visualizer adopts the oral cavity to place the camera rather than the contact observation in the oral cavity and take a picture, and the camera need not to contact the inside or tooth surface in oral cavity, and the effectual infection of avoiding or having reduced the inspection to the oral cavity.
