5. The magnetic material collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protective cover (11) is cylindrical and the magnet mounting case (7) is cylindrical externally and is shaped to fit the inner wall of the protective cover (11).

6. The magnetic material collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gun-shaped handle (1) is cast by cast aluminum process and is then polished, ground, oiled, electrophoresed.

7. A magnetic material collector as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the magnetic block (8) is a ferrite tile of diameter 85X 12.

The invention relates to a household magnetic material collector.

Background

With the progress of science and technology, firearm accessories derived from the market of Europe and America are more and more, and a bullet shell polishing machine used therewith is also a derived firearm accessory. When the bullet is polished by using the bullet shell polishing machine, the bullet shell needs to be polished by using fine metal polishing materials such as stainless steel needles and metal particles. If the cleaning is carried out by a broom or other objects, the impurities such as the ash layer and the like are easy to be mixed into the fine metal polishing material, and the recycling value is reduced. Therefore, it is a difficult problem how to conveniently recover fine metal particles and maintain the cleanliness of the fine metal particles by consumers at their homes.

the magnetic material collector also comprises a protective cover and a protective cover front cover; the rear end of the protective cover is assembled on the connecting ring-shaped disc, and the front cover of the protective cover is arranged at the front end of the protective cover; the protective cover, the protective cover front cover and the connecting ring-shaped disc form a space for preventing the magnet mounting case and the magnetic block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that:

(1) the invention adopts the magnetic disc rapid clutch structure, and can rapidly collect and take the fine metal polishing materials, thereby effectively solving the inconvenience caused by manually collecting the fine metal polishing materials one by one;

(2) according to the invention, dust, impurities and the like on the ground can not be mixed with the magnetic material when the magnetic material is collected, so that the cleanliness of the magnetic material is maintained, the problem of impurity mixing caused by collection of stainless steel needles and the like by using a broom is solved, and the recovery and utilization rate of fine metal polishing materials is improved;

It is easily understood that various embodiments of the present invention can be conceived by those skilled in the art according to the technical solution of the present invention without changing the essential spirit of the present invention. The handle assembly is an installation mechanism of the magnetic disk clutch assembly and is an installation handle of the whole machine.

The gun-shaped handle 1 is designed in a shape similar to a gun handle, a user can directly hold the gun-shaped handle in the hand, the shape of the hand is fitted, the user can feel that the user holds the gun when holding the gun-shaped handle, and good interactive use experience is formed.

The gun-shaped handle 1 is provided with an inner cavity for installing the sliding sleeve 2 and providing a stroke space for the sliding rod 6 to move back and forth. The rear end of the sliding sleeve 2 is arranged in the inner cavity of the gun-shaped handle 1 and can be fixed by an inner hexagonal cylindrical head set screw 4; the connecting annular disc 3 is centrally apertured and is threadably mounted on the forward end of the sliding sleeve 2.

The sliding rod 6 is fitted in the inner hole of the sliding sleeve 2 and can slide reciprocally along the length direction of the sliding sleeve 2. The trigger 5 is fixed at the rear end of the sliding rod 6 through an inner hexagonal socket head cap screw and is matched with the inner cavity of the gun-shaped handle 1. The front end of the sliding rod 6 extends out of the sliding sleeve 2 and passes through the central opening of the connecting ring-shaped disc 3. A magnet mounting shell 7 is mounted at the front end of the sliding rod 6, and a magnetic block 8 is placed in the magnet mounting shell 7. A spring 9 is arranged between the connecting ring-shaped disc 3 and the magnet mounting shell 7, and the spring 9 is sleeved on the sliding rod 6.

The magnetic material collector of the present invention further comprises a protective cover 11 and a protective cover front cover 10. The protective cover 11 is cylindrical, the rear end of the protective cover 11 is fixed on the connecting ring-shaped disc 3 through threads, and the protective cover front cover 10 is installed at the front end of the protective cover 11 through threads. The protective cover 11, the protective cover front cover 10, and the coupling ring-shaped disk 3 form a space in which the magnet mounting case 7 and the magnet block 8 are disposed. The magnet mounting case 7 is cylindrical outside, and matches with the inner wall of the protective cover 11 with the external shape. The front and back lengths of the protective cover 11 are matched with the compression spring 9, when the trigger 5 is not pulled by external force, the compression spring 9 is in an extension state, and the magnet mounting shell 7 and the magnet block 8 are abutted against the protective cover front cover 10 under the action of the spring 9; when an external force is used to trigger the trigger, the sliding rod 6 is driven to slide to the rear end in the sliding sleeve 2, the sliding rod 6 drives the magnet installation shell 7 and the magnetic block 8 to slide to the rear end in the protective cover 11, the compression spring 9 is in a compression state, and the magnet installation shell 7 and the magnetic block 8 are separated from the protective cover front cover 10.

The disk clutch assembly is mounted to slide freely inside the sliding sleeve 2 via a sliding rod 6. When a user holds the gun-shaped handle 1 by hand and pulls the trigger 5, the spring 9 contracts, the magnetic disk clutch component is far away from the protective cover front cover 10 in the sliding sleeve 2 of the handle component through the sliding rod 6, and the magnetic force on the front end surface of the protective cover front cover 10 disappears at the moment; when the trigger 5 is loosened, the spring 9 rebounds, the disk clutch assembly automatically resets and is attached to the protective cover front cover 10, at the moment, magnetic force can penetrate through the protective cover front cover 10, and actions such as collection of stainless steel needle grinding materials can be carried out.

As an implementation mode, the gun-shaped handle 1 is formed by casting through an aluminum casting process and then is manufactured through processes of polishing, grinding, oiling, electrophoresis and the like, so that the grip has more weight and texture, and a user has a gun holding feeling.

As an implementation mode, the magnetic block 8 adopts a ferrite magnetic shoe with the diameter of 85X12, the magnetic attraction area is increased, and about 350g of more stainless steel needle grinding materials can be collected at one time. The protective cover front cover 10, the protective cover 11 and the connecting ring disc 3 form a cylindrical closed space, and stainless steel abrasive materials cannot enter the protective cover 11 when the magnetic disc clutch assembly slides in the protective cover.

The invention is applied to the collection of the stainless steel needle grinding materials by the principle of disk clutching, and can not carry dust in the collection, thereby saving time and effectively improving the collection efficiency. Under the condition of increasing the area and the magnetic force of the magnetic block, about 350g of metal abrasive can be collected at one time.
