Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of marine cooler processing, in particular to an outboard cooler external thermal phenolic resin protective coating and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Outboard coolers are currently widely used on ships such as tugboats, barges, fishermen, transport boats, dredge boats, tender boats, ferries, cargo ships, tanker ships, reefers, icebreakers and the like in inland rivers and seas. Compared with other cooling systems, such as plate heat exchangers or conventional shell-and-tube coolers, the box cooler has the advantages that no extra-ship secondary cooling water pipeline is adopted, so that parts needing maintenance, such as cooling water pumps, filters, valve parts, pipelines and the like, are not needed, and compared with other schemes, the box cooler is not easy to corrode and attach to marine organisms and saves energy. In a conventional cooling water system, a secondary pump of about 15 kilowatts consumes about 3 liters of oil per hour, and an average operation of 5000 hours per year results in a saving of 15000 liters of oil. Box coolers are best suited for working in areas with ice, narrow mud or dirt. In fact, the box cooler is not serviced and therefore operates at a lower cost than any other cooling system.

However, the existing outboard cooler still has the defects that the outer surface of the titanium tube group of the existing outboard cooler is not coated, so that the titanium tube group and the carbon steel hull form a galvanic cell to form galvanic corrosion on the carbon steel hull. Shipyards may be additionally equipped with sacrificial anodes, but only offer partial protection or consume too quickly, and stray currents may also cause pitting of the tube bundle; or the impressed cathodic current protection is complex in equipment and construction and needs to be supervised by people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that the ship body is easy to corrode because the outer surface of a titanium tube group of the conventional outboard cooler is not subjected to coating treatment, and provides an outboard hot phenolic resin protective coating of the outboard cooler and a preparation method thereof.

(2) thermally spraying a thermosetting phenolic resin material on the surface of a pipe group of the outboard cooler, and stacking to form an anticorrosive layer;

(3) and sealing the anticorrosive layer.

As a further description of the above technical solution:
