3. A reefer production system for a reefer container as recited in claim 2 wherein said transport line further comprises a first traverse chain and a second traverse chain;

the first traverse chain is arranged at the output end of the box inlet line and the input ends of the foaming lines and is used for transferring the refrigerated containers on the box inlet line to the foaming lines respectively;

the second transverse moving chain is arranged at the input end of the box outlet line and the output ends of the foaming lines and used for respectively transferring the refrigerated containers on the foaming lines to the box outlet line.

4. A reefer container production system of claim 2, wherein the transportation section comprises a first transportation device, a second transportation device and a wheel platform;

the rotating platform is arranged at an inlet of the secondary foaming room and used for bearing and rotating the front frame foaming clamp; the first conveying device is used for conveying the front frame foaming clamp at the clamp withdrawal station to the input end of the rotary platform;

and the second conveying device is used for conveying the front frame foaming clamp at the output end of the rotary platform to the clamp mounting station.

the pulley group is arranged on the bottom surface of the frame;

the two side supporting plate assemblies are respectively arranged on two side surfaces of the rack and are used for respectively supporting two side walls of the refrigerated container;

the top supporting plate component is arranged on the top surface of the frame and used for supporting the top surface of the refrigerated container.

Background

A reefer container (refer container) is a container which can be divided into an external container and an internal container and the temperature of which can be adjusted between-60 ℃ and +30 ℃.

In the prior freezing container, a front frame clamp of the freezing container needs to move each clamping mechanism of the front frame foaming clamp into a box respectively at a secondary foaming station, and then a foaming process is carried out after assembling and clamping, wherein the time consumed by single foaming at a foaming mounting station is the clamp mounting time plus the foaming time. At the moment, the next refrigerated container to be foamed for the second time can only wait at the subsequent position, and the next refrigerated container can be moved to the secondary foaming station to repeat the operation after the secondary foaming of the previous refrigerated container is finished, so that the occupied time is long, and the production efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a system and a method for producing a frozen container by secondary foaming, and aims to solve the problem of low production efficiency of the existing frozen container.
