1. A preparation method of a cable coating material is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) mixing nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene resin, carbon black, kaolin, a plasticizer, a vulcanizing agent, a coupling agent and an anti-aging agent to obtain a mixed material M;

(2) mixing the mixed material M to obtain a mixed material N;

(3) and adding the mixed material N into a double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the cable coating material.

The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the coupling agent is 1 to 2 parts by weight and the amount of the anti-aging agent is 2 to 3 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber and the ethylene propylene diene rubber, the amount of the high density polyethylene is 10 to 30 parts by weight, the amount of the polypropylene resin is 5 to 15 parts by weight, the amount of the carbon black is 1 to 4 parts by weight, the amount of the kaolin is 2 to 7 parts by weight, the amount of the plasticizer is 2 to 4 parts by weight, the amount of the vulcanizing agent is 1 to 2 parts by weight, and the amount of the coupling agent is 1 to 2 parts by weight.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the plasticizer is one or more of dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate, and dioctyl phthalate.

4. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the vulcanizing agent is dicumyl peroxide or triallyl cyanurate.

5. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is one or more of a silane coupling agent KH550, a silane coupling agent KH570 and a silane coupling agent KH 792.

6. The production method according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is antioxidant 4010 or antioxidant CPPD.

7. The production method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the conditions for mixing include: mixing is carried out at 80-100 ℃ under the conditions of 800-.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cable manufacturing, in particular to a cable coating material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The cable sheath is the outermost layer of the cable and serves as the most important barrier for protecting the safety of the internal structure in the cable, and the cable is protected from mechanical damage during and after installation; cable jackets are not intended to replace the reinforcing armour inside the cable, but they may provide a relatively high level of but limited protection, and in addition, cable jackets also provide moisture, chemical, uv and ozone protection. At present, the traditional cable coating material has low mechanical strength, low tensile strength and low elongation at break.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cable coating material and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems of low mechanical strength, low tensile strength and low elongation at break of the traditional cable coating material.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for preparing a cable covering material, the method comprising:

(1) mixing nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene resin, carbon black, kaolin, a plasticizer, a vulcanizing agent, a coupling agent and an anti-aging agent to obtain a mixed material M;

(2) mixing the mixed material M to obtain a mixed material N;

(3) and adding the mixed material N into a double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the cable coating material.

The invention also provides a cable coating material, which is prepared by the preparation method.

Through the technical scheme, the invention provides a cable coating material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene resin, carbon black, kaolin, a plasticizer, a vulcanizing agent, a coupling agent and an anti-aging agent to obtain a mixed material M; mixing the mixed material M to obtain a mixed material N; adding the mixed material N into a double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain a cable coating material; according to the cable coating material and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention, through the synergistic effect of different raw materials, the prepared cable coating material has excellent mechanical strength, so that the tensile strength and the elongation at break are higher.

The invention provides a preparation method of a cable coating material, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene resin, carbon black, kaolin, a plasticizer, a vulcanizing agent, a coupling agent and an anti-aging agent to obtain a mixed material M;

(2) mixing the mixed material M to obtain a mixed material N;

(3) and adding the mixed material N into a double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the cable coating material.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cable covering material, the amount of the high density polyethylene is 10 to 30 parts by weight, the amount of the polypropylene resin is 5 to 15 parts by weight, the amount of the carbon black is 1 to 4 parts by weight, the amount of the kaolin is 2 to 7 parts by weight, the amount of the plasticizer is 2 to 4 parts by weight, the amount of the vulcanizing agent is 1 to 2 parts by weight, the amount of the coupling agent is 1 to 2 parts by weight, and the amount of the anti-aging agent is 2 to 3 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the nitrile rubber and the ethylene propylene diene rubber.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cable covering material, the plasticizer is one or more of dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in order to further increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cable coating material, the vulcanizing agent is dicumyl peroxide or triallyl cyanurate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cable covering material, the coupling agent is one or more of a silane coupling agent KH550, a silane coupling agent KH570 and a silane coupling agent KH 792.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the antioxidant is antioxidant 4010 or antioxidant CPPD, in order to further improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cable covering material.
