Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a hydrophobic dyed fabric prepared by utilizing normal-pressure low-temperature plasma and a preparation method thereof.

Background

At present, in order to overcome the defects of poor hydrophobic property, easy pollution, poor self-cleaning property, poor water washing resistance and the like of cotton fabrics, organic fluorine water repellent finishing, fat water repellent finishing, acrylic acid finishing water repellent finishing and other treatment methods are mainly adopted. However, the fluorine-containing water repellent finishing has great influence on the environment, is expensive, has potential carcinogenic substances, and is limited by the environmental protection bureau, so that people hope to stop the process. Water repellent finishing of fats was the first means used to treat fabrics, but the hydrophobic effect decreases after finishing. Although the acrylic acid water repellent finishing has good film forming property, the acrylic acid water repellent finishing is easy to melt at high temperature.

The preparation method of the prior hydrophobic fabric mainly comprises the following steps: sol-gel method, hydrothermal method, chemical vapor deposition method, self-assembly method, polymer modification technology, electrospinning technology and the like. The sol-gel method has the following disadvantages: 1. the used raw materials are expensive, and some raw materials are organic matters and are harmful to health; 2. the overall sol-gel process usually takes a long time, often several days or weeks; 3. the gel has a large number of micropores, and a lot of gas and organic matters can be escaped in the drying process and shrink. The chemical vapor deposition method is a conventional technique for preparing a thin film, and the principle thereof is to decompose some components in a gaseous precursor by utilizing gaseous precursor reactants through chemical reactions between atoms and molecules, so as to form the thin film on a substrate. Chemical vapor deposition includes atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition, plasma-assisted chemical deposition, laser-assisted chemical deposition, deposition of metal organic compounds, etc., but the solid products produced by this method can only be in the form of powders.

Therefore, a new method for preparing a hydrophobic fabric is needed.

Preferably, in step (1), the plasma is air plasma, and the air plasma is used for saving energy and reducing cost compared with other gases.

Preferably, in the step (1), the voltage is 300-.

Preferably, in the step (3), the emulsion is 80g/L-160g/L of fluorine-free waterproof agent.

Preferably, in the step (3), the dyed fabric is soaked and rolled twice in the emulsion, and the soaking time is 15min each time.

Preferably, in the step (3), the drying temperature is 50-90 ℃ and the time is 3-5min, the baking temperature is 140-.

Preferably, the fabric is a cotton fabric, a polyester fabric or a silk fabric and other natural fibers and chemical fiber fabrics.

The invention also provides a hydrophobic dyed fabric prepared by the method.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention utilizes the principle of plasma equipment cold plasma primary atmospheric pressure glow laser discharge and the advantages of low pollution, low energy consumption, low water consumption, easy control and simple operation of the plasma, and sprays air on the surface of the cotton fabric by using the plasma equipment to rearrange and combine the free radicals on the surface of the cotton fabric. The plasma technology can enable oxygen-containing free radicals in plasma to be well blended into the surface of the fabric to improve the surface performance of the fabric, then the fabric is dyed by ink, the dyed fabric is immersed into emulsion for two-time immersion and two-time rolling, and finally the hydrophobic fabric can be prepared by drying and baking. The film structure that the surface of the cotton fabric polymerized by the plasma and the emulsion is wrapped by a layer can be observed through an electron microscope, so that the hydrophobic property of the fabric is improved, and the air permeability of the treated fabric is high.

2. The invention combines the plasma technology with the fluoride-free waterproofing agent, saves emulsion, water and time, reduces cost and can realize continuous mechanical production.

3. The method can enable the fabric to reach a hydrophobic state under a lower concentration of the fluorine-free waterproof agent, reduces the use of emulsion, saves the cost of experiments, utilizes the plasma technology to clean and have no pollution, does not need to expose the cotton fabric in the air for a period of time, can directly dry and bake the cotton fabric, has simple and convenient operation process and has sustainable development value. The hydrophobic dyed fabric prepared by the method has small fastness fluctuation of washing resistance after test, good air permeability, hydrophobic contact angle measurement and good effect.
