Detailed Description

The invention provides a garbage disposer, which realizes simultaneous rotation of a blade set and a grinding screw through a high-speed rotary rod, a low-speed rotary rod and a planetary reduction gearbox, improves the grinding efficiency of kitchen garbage, reduces the granularity of treated residues, and prevents a sewer from being blocked. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the garbage disposer provided by the present invention includes a housing 10, a crushing cutter 20, a driving mechanism 30, and a driving motor 40.

The housing 10 includes an upper housing 11, a middle housing 12 and a lower housing 13, the upper housing 11 is cylindrical, a first baffle 110 is disposed on a bottom surface of the upper housing 11, a plurality of first ribs 111 are disposed on an outer edge of a bottom end of the upper housing 11, and a first grinding strip 112 is disposed on an inner side wall of the upper housing 11.

The middle shell 12 is cylindrical, the top end of the middle shell protrudes outwards to form a second baffle 120, and a second protruding rib 121 matched with the first protruding rib 111 is arranged on the inner side wall of the second baffle 120. The grinding screw 22 is provided with a through hole along the axial direction, and is fitted on the blade fixing shaft 211 through the through hole. The side surface of the grinding screw 22 is provided with a spiral grinding convex strip for grinding the garbage.

The driving mechanism 30 includes a high-speed rotating shaft 31 and a low-speed rotating sleeve 32 disposed on the high-speed rotating shaft 31, wherein the bottom end of the high-speed rotating shaft 31 is communicated with the driving motor 40, and the top end thereof is communicated with the bottom end of the blade fixing shaft 211 to drive the blade 212 to rotate at a high speed. A positioning disc 41 is arranged between the driving motor 40 and the planetary reduction gearbox and used for rapidly installing the driving mechanism 30 and the driving motor 40.
