Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the back lead-out module 2 of the present invention is inserted into the VPX chassis, and because the present invention adopts the same shape as the daughter board of the chassis as the housing of the back lead-out module 2, the insertion of the back lead-out module 2 and the VPX chassis is equivalent to the insertion of the daughter board and the VPX chassis, and meanwhile, the backplane connector 22 of the back lead-out module 2 of the present invention is electrically connected with the backplane of the VPX chassis, and the signal is led out to the testing instrument through the VPX connector 11 to complete various performance tests.

The test joint debugging of different functions is correspondingly completed according to different functions of the single-ended, differential, microwave or power supply VPX connector 11 of the plug-in module 1 before being embedded.

After the test is finished, the test device is only required to be pulled out of the VPX case, and the VPX case does not need to be disassembled in the whole test process. The invention has the functions of high-speed data acquisition, real-time signal processing and wide and large-capacity storage, and has the characteristics of interference resistance and vibration resistance.
