3. The wiring test tool according to claim 2, wherein a blind groove is formed in a corresponding position of the surface of the mounting plate (102) opposite to the clamping plate (103), and the spring (106) is arranged in the blind groove.

4. The wiring test tool according to claim 2, wherein the number of the springs (106) is 2, and the springs are bilaterally symmetrical relative to the middle position of the mounting plate (102) and the clamping plate (103).

9. The wiring test tool according to claim 8, wherein the baffle plate (104) comprises a panel and side plates arranged on two sides of the panel, and the side plates are connected with the side surfaces of the mounting plate (102) through first fasteners (105).

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

A wiring test tool 100 for connecting power transmission with a terminal board 200 includes: a clamping assembly which is matched with the air conditioner middle frame 300 to position the power supply communication assembly and keeps the power supply communication assembly to be closely contacted with the terminal board 200, and a power supply communication assembly fixedly connected with the clamping assembly, wherein the power supply communication assembly is used for communicating a power supply with the terminal board 200.

The clamping assembly includes: the clamping device comprises a mounting plate 102 and a clamping plate 103, wherein one end of the clamping plate 103 is connected with one end of the mounting plate 102 through a fifth fastener 113, and a spring 106 is arranged between the other end of the clamping plate 103 and the other end of the mounting plate 102.

The mounting plate 102 is provided with a blind groove at a position corresponding to a surface of the clamping plate 103, the springs 106 are disposed in the blind groove, and the number of the springs 106 is preferably 2, and the springs are bilaterally symmetrical with respect to a middle position between the mounting plate 102 and the clamping plate 103.

The power supply communication assembly includes: the fixing plate 101 and the contact pin 108 are fixedly connected through a third fastener 109, and the power line 111 is connected with the contact pin 108 through a fourth fastener 110.

As shown in fig. 6-7, the fixing plate 101 has a recess in which the contact pin 108 is disposed.

The number of the contact pins 108 corresponds to the number of the power lines 111, and the plurality of contact pins 108 do not contact each other, thereby preventing short-circuiting after energization.

As shown in fig. 10-11, the contact pin 108 is L-shaped with one side fixedly connected to the fixing plate and the other side tapered with a free end of the taper shaped in a semicircular shape for connection with the terminal board screw 201.

One ends of the power lines 111 are gathered together by a wire clamp 112.

The fixing plate 101 of the power supply communication assembly is connected with the mounting plate 102 of the clamping assembly through a second fastener 107, and optionally, the fixing plate 101 and the contact pin 108 of the power supply communication assembly are connected with the mounting plate 102 of the clamping assembly through the second fastener 107.

The wiring test tool 100 further comprises a baffle plate 104, the baffle plate 104 is fixedly connected with a mounting plate 102 in the clamping assembly through a first fastener 105, and the power supply communication assembly is located in an accommodating space formed by the mounting plate 102 and the baffle plate 104.

The power line 111 and the fourth fastener 110 are hidden inside the baffle 104, so that the power line 111 is prevented from being separated from the contact pin 108 in the repeated use process of the wiring test tool 100.

As shown in fig. 9, the baffle plate 104 includes a panel and side plates disposed at both sides of the panel, the side plates are connected to the side surfaces of the mounting plate 102 by first fastening members 105, a groove is formed on the surface of the panel opposite to the contact pins 108 for receiving a fourth fastening member 110, and the width of the panel is not less than that of the fixing plate 10.

The first fastener 105, the second fastener 107, the third fastener 109, the fourth fastener 110, and the fifth fastener 113 are all screws.

As shown in fig. 4-5, the wiring test fixture 100 is installed between the positioning member 301 of the air conditioner middle frame 300 and the terminal board 200, the clamping plate 103 is firstly pressed down to align the contact pin 108 with the terminal board screw 201, the clamping plate 103 and the spring 106 are loosened to naturally jack up, the contact pin 108 is stably contacted with the terminal board screw 201, and the power cord 111 is electrified; after the entropy detection test is completed, the clamping plate 103 is pressed down, and the wiring test tool 100 is taken out for recycling.

After the power line 111 and the contact pin 108 of the wiring test tool 100 are installed, the dismounting is not needed, the damage of the power line is avoided, the contact pin 108 is large in contact surface with the terminal board screw 201, the contact is stable, the connection reliability is guaranteed, the terminal board screw 201 does not need to be screwed down and loosened repeatedly, and the hidden danger of the screw sliding of the terminal board is eliminated.
