Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of coaxial connectors, in particular to a radio frequency coaxial connector.

Background

The new generation of 5G mobile communication systems uses new frequency bands and millimeter wave frequency bands, which requires the development of miniaturization of rf coaxial connectors applied to the new 5G systems.

As shown in fig. 1, the conventional miniaturized high-frequency connector is connected by using the engagement of the internal thread of the screw sleeve on the plug and the external thread on the socket shell, and the conventional connection mode has the advantage of reliable connection.

Although the conventional connector connected in a thread engagement manner as shown in fig. 1 is reliable in connection, a special torque wrench needs to be used for dismounting each time connection and separation are carried out, and the operation is complicated, time-consuming and labor-consuming. When such connectors are connected to each other as shown in fig. 2, the housing of the male may follow the threaded sleeve to rotate due to friction between the parts or misalignment of the parts when the threaded sleeve of the male is rotated. Although the following rotation angle is not very large, the diameter of the coaxial cable connected with the miniaturized connector is small, an inner core of the coaxial cable welded with the inner conductor of the connector is generally only formed by weaving extremely fine copper wires, and the total diameter of the inner core is smaller than 0.5 mm. When the male main body rotates along with the relative female main body of the threaded sleeve, friction exists between the male inner conductor of the inner core of the coaxial cable and the female inner conductor, the male inner conductor is prevented from rotating relatively, and then the male inner conductor and the inner core of the cable can be twisted, so that the inner core is extremely easy to break and damage, and the shielding layer braided by the fine copper wire of the outer layer of the cable can be also damaged by twisting. No matter the cable inner core or the outer weaving layer damages the back will directly cause the product electrical property to worsen, and the loss increases, and the shielding is revealed, will cause signal interruption when serious, and the product directly loses efficacy.

Furthermore, first grooves are symmetrically formed in the inner wall of the outer conductor of the female joint along the axial direction; and bosses wedged with the first grooves are symmetrically arranged on the outer wall of the outer conductor of the male connector along the axial direction.

Further, the circular reed is a circular reed protruding along a radial arc.

Further, the first groove extends inwardly from the port of the outer conductor of the female connector to the bottom.

Further, the second groove is formed in the position, close to the port, of the outer conductor of the female connector.

Furthermore, a first marking line is axially arranged on the outer wall of the outer conductor of the female joint; and a second marking line is arranged on the outer conductor of the male connector along the axial direction.

The invention also provides an assembly method of the radio frequency coaxial connector, which comprises the following steps: before assembly, the circular spring plate is clamped into the third groove; when the opposite insertion assembly is carried out, a first marking line on the female connector is aligned with a second marking line on the male connector, a boss on the male connector is aligned with a first groove on the female connector, the male connector is pushed until the circular reed is wedged with the second groove, the male connector and the female connector are screwed through a nut on the male connector, and the opposite insertion assembly is completed.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the invention, the first groove is formed in the inner wall of the outer conductor of the female connector, the boss which is wedged with the first groove is arranged on the outer wall of the outer conductor of the male connector, and when the male connector and the female connector are assembled in an opposite insertion manner, the male connector and the female connector are prevented from rotating relatively through the wedged boss and the first groove, so that the reliability of the opposite insertion meshing process is improved. The first groove and the boss are symmetrically arranged, so that the fixing reliability can be improved. According to the invention, the circular reed is clamped on the outer wall of the outer conductor of the male connector, and the elastic force of the circular reed can ensure that the opposite insertion position can still be kept from being separated outwards under the condition that the male connector is not pushed and pressed by external force during opposite insertion. The sectional type composite connection mode can ensure that the product can be kept stable without relative rotation under various operating environments, can not cause the bad phenomena of cable damage and the like, and greatly prolongs the service life of the product.
