1. A pants-type disposable diaper having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, and having a stomach-side portion disposed on the stomach side of a wearer and a back-side portion disposed on the back side in a worn state, characterized in that:

a disposal tape for maintaining a disposal form of the disposable diaper is provided on an outer surface of the disposable diaper,

in the disposal tape, a fixing portion, an extension portion, and a fastening portion fixed to an outer surface of the disposable diaper are arranged in this order in the longitudinal direction of the disposal tape, and the disposal tape is in a three-folded state in which the fixing portion, the extension portion, and the fastening portion are laminated in this order,

the fastening portion and the extension portion of the disposal tape in the three-folded state are detachably joined to each other, and the extension portion and the fixing portion are also detachably joined to each other,

the tensile strength at which the fastening portion starts to elongate is higher than the tensile strength at which the elongation portion starts to elongate,

the peel strength between the extension and the anchoring portion is lower than the tensile strength at which the extension begins to elongate,

the peel strength between the fastening portion and the elongated portion is lower than the tensile strength at which the elongated portion starts to elongate,

the tensile strength at which the elongation starts to be 6.5N or less,

the peel strength between the rigid connection portion and the extension portion is 4.0N or less.

2. A pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that:

an elastic member extending in the width direction is disposed on the disposable diaper,

the disposal tape is provided on the outer surface of the disposable diaper at a position not intersecting with the elastic member.

3. A pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that:

the disposal tape is provided in a high rigidity region located on the inner side of the low rigidity region located in the peripheral region of the disposable diaper.

4. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:

the extension has an extensibility of 150mm or more in length without breaking.

5. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:

the elongation is such that the ratio of the length L2 after elongation to the length L1 before elongation, that is, the value of L2/L1, is 4 or more.

6. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that:

the extension part has an adhesive part on the surface opposite to the fixing part,

the adhesive force of the adhesive portion decreases as the extension portion is extended.

7. The pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 6, characterized in that:

the bonding portions are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the extension portion.

8. A pants-type disposable diaper according to claim 7, characterized in that:

in the extension portion, a portion where the adhesive portion is not provided is more easily extended than a portion where the adhesive portion is provided.

9. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that:

the extension is constructed of a material having a permanent set of at least 50%.

10. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that:

the tensile strength at which the elongation portion starts to elongate is 1.0N or more and 5.0N or less.

11. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that:

the elongation section has an elongation of 200mm to 300mm in length without breaking.

12. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that:

the extension has an extensibility such that the ratio of the length L2 after extension to the length L1 before extension, that is, the value of L2/L1, is 5 or more and 8 or less.

the peel strength between the extension portion and the fixing portion is 40% or more and 95% or less of the tensile strength at which the extension portion starts to extend.

in a pre-stretched state, a ratio of an area occupied by the stretch portion adhesive portion on a second surface of the stretch portion sheet facing the fixed portion is 10% or more and 70% or less.

17. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 16, characterized in that:

the peel strength between the fastening portion and the elongated portion is 40% or more and 80% or less of the tensile strength at which the elongated portion starts to be elongated.

18. A pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 1 to 17, characterized in that:

the peel strength between the fixed connection portion and the extension portion is 0.3N or more and 3.0N or less.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper having a disposal tape.

Background

For the purpose of easily and hygienically disposing a pants-type disposable diaper, a technique is known in which a disposal tape is arranged in a three-folded state on a back side portion of the diaper. However, the length of the disposal tape simply made by three-folding the tape is only 3 times or about 3 times, even if the disposal tape is unfolded, and therefore the length of the disposal tape may be insufficient depending on the place where the disposal tape is fixed. In order to solve such a problem, patent document 1 proposes to use a disposal tape, at least a portion of which is extensible in the longitudinal direction, as a disposal tape to be disposed on the back side portion of a pants-type disposable diaper.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a pants-type disposable diaper having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings, and having a stomach-side portion disposed on the stomach-side of a wearer and a back-side portion disposed on the back-side in a worn state.

A disposal tape for maintaining a disposal form of the disposable diaper is provided on an outer surface of the disposable diaper.

In the disposal tape, a fixing portion, an extension portion, and a fastening portion fixed to an outer surface of the disposable diaper are arranged in this order in the longitudinal direction of the disposal tape, and the disposal tape is in a three-folded state in which the fixing portion, the extension portion, and the fastening portion are laminated in this order.

The fastening portion and the extension portion of the disposal tape in the three-folded state are detachably joined to each other, and the extension portion and the fixing portion are also detachably joined to each other.

The tensile strength at which the fixed joint portion starts to elongate is higher than the tensile strength at which the extended portion starts to elongate.

The peel strength between the extension and the anchoring portion is lower than the tensile strength at which the extension begins to elongate.

The peel strength between the fastening portion and the elongated portion is lower than the tensile strength at which the elongated portion starts to elongate.

The tensile strength at which the elongation starts to be 6.5N or less.

The peel strength between the rigid connection portion and the extension portion is 4.0N or less.

Detailed Description

According to the technique described in patent document 1, when the used rolled diaper is discarded, the length of the disposal tape increases due to the elongation thereof, and therefore the rolled diaper can be easily maintained by the disposal tape. In this case, in order to reliably maintain the rolled-up state of the diaper, it is required to stretch the disposal tape as much as possible. However, if the waste tape is excessively elongated, the elongation portion exceeding the ultimate elongation at break may be broken.

The present invention relates to an improvement of a diaper having a disposal tape, and more particularly, to a pants-type disposable diaper in which the extensibility of the disposal tape is improved.

The present invention will be described below based on preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a pants-type disposable diaper according to the present invention. A pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, simply referred to as "diaper 1") shown in the figure is a type of wearing article used while being worn on the lower abdomen of a wearer, and has a waist opening 1W and a pair of leg openings 1L, 1L for this purpose. The diaper 1 is roughly divided into a stomach-side portion a positioned on the stomach side of the wearer, a back-side portion B positioned on the back side of the wearer, and a crotch portion C positioned in the crotch portion in a worn state.

The diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction X and a width direction Y orthogonal thereto. The longitudinal direction X coincides with the direction in which the diaper 1 is put on and taken off. The diaper 1 has a front sheet (not shown) on the side facing the skin of the wearer in the worn state, and a back sheet (not shown) on the side away from the skin of the wearer. An absorbent body 2 is disposed between the front sheet and the back sheet. The front sheet, the back sheet, and the absorbent body 2 are arranged at least over the entire crotch portion C, and extend from the crotch portion C along the longitudinal direction X to at least a part of the front side portion a and the back side portion B.

As the front sheet, the back sheet, and the absorbent body 2, the same materials as those used in the art so far can be used without particular limitation. In addition to these components, the diaper 1 may have other components that have been used in the art. For example, the diaper 1 may have leakage preventing cuffs (not shown) extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 2 on both side portions of the absorbent body 2.

A disposal tape 10 is provided on the back side portion B of the diaper 1. The disposal tape 10 is a tape for maintaining the disposal form of the diaper 1. The disposal tape 10 is located at a substantially central portion in the width direction Y of the back portion B of the diaper 1. The lengthwise direction of the disposal tape 10 is aligned with the lengthwise direction X of the diaper 1.

Fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional structure of the waste tape 10. The waste tape 10 is mainly composed of 3 portions. Specifically, the disposal tape 10 is composed of a fixed portion 12, an extended portion 15, and a fastening portion 18. These 3 portions are sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction X1 (see fig. 2) of the waste tape 10. These 3 portions are in a three-fold state in which they are sequentially stacked. No other member is interposed between the fixed portion 12 and the extended portion 15, and both are directly connected. Similarly, no other member is interposed between the extension portion 15 and the fastening portion 18, and both are directly connected to each other.

The fixing portion 12 of the disposal tape 10 has a fixing portion sheet 13. The fixing portion sheet 13 has a first surface 13a and a second surface 13 b. The fixing portion 12 has a fixing portion adhesive portion 14. The fixing portion adhesive portion 14 is provided on the second surface 13b of the fixing portion sheet 13. The fixing portion 12 is fixed to the outer surface of the back side portion B of the diaper 1 by a fixing portion adhesive portion 14. Thus, the disposal tape 10 is fixed to the outer surface of the back portion B of the diaper 1 so as not to be attachable and detachable.

The extension portion 15 of the disposal tape 10 is a portion which can be easily extended by a weak tensile force when a tensile force is applied to the disposal tape 10, thereby increasing the length of the disposal tape 10. The extension 15 includes an extension sheet 16. The extension sheet 16 may or may not have the same length and/or the same width as the fixing sheet 13 described above. The extension sheet 16 has a first face 16a and a second face 16 b. The extension 15 has an extension adhesive portion 17. The extension adhesive portion 17 is provided on the second surface 16b of the extension sheet 16. The extension adhesive portion 17 is configured to join the extension 15 of the disposal tape 10 in the three-folded state to the fixing portion 12 in a peelable manner. Therefore, the extension adhesive portion 17 is preferably made of an adhesive with low adhesiveness.

In the fixing portion sheet 13 of the fixing portion 12 described above, one end in the longitudinal direction X1 is folded back toward the extended portion 15 to form a folded-back portion 13'. The folded back portion 13' is joined to one end of the extension sheet 16 of the extension 15 on the second surface 16b side. Thereby, the fixing portion 12 and the extension portion 15 are directly connected.

The fastening portion 18 of the disposal tape 10 is a portion that can be fixed to any position on the outer surface of the diaper 1 and is used to fasten the leading end region of the disposal tape 10 to the outer surface of the diaper 1 when the disposal form of the diaper 1 is maintained by the disposal tape 10. The fastening portion 18 includes a fastening portion sheet 19. The fastening portion sheet 19 may or may not have the same length and/or the same width as the previously described fastening portion sheet 13 and/or the extension portion sheet 16. The fastening section sheet 19 has a first surface 19a and a second surface 19 b. The fastening portion 18 has a fastening portion adhesive portion 20. The fastening portion adhesive portion 20 is provided on the second surface 19b of the fastening portion sheet 19. The fastening portion adhesive portion 20 can join the fastening portion 18 of the disposal tape 10 in the three-folded state and the extension portion 15 in a separable manner, and can reliably fasten the fastening portion 18 to an arbitrary position on the outer surface of the diaper 1. From this viewpoint, the degree of adhesiveness of the adhesive section for fastening section 20 is preferably determined.

In the extension sheet 16 of the extension 15 described above, one end in the longitudinal direction X1 is folded back toward the fastening portion 18 to form a folded-back portion 18'. The folded-back portion 18' is joined to one end of the fastening portion sheet 19 of the fastening portion 18 on the second surface 19b side. Thereby, the extension portion 15 and the fastening portion 18 are directly connected. Further, a tab piece 21 is joined to the second surface 19b side at the other end of the sheet 19 for fastening portion of the fastening portion 18.

The disposal tape 10 composed of the above 3 portions is three-folded in a zigzag shape. The disposal tape 10 is attached to the back side portion B of the diaper 1 so that the free end of the disposal tape 10 in the three-folded state, that is, the attachment portion of the tab piece 21 of the fastening portion 18, faces in the direction of the waist opening 1W of the diaper 1.

In the disposal tape 10, when the disposal tape 10 is stretched in the longitudinal direction X1, the tensile strength at which the fastening portion 18 starts to elongate is higher than the tensile strength at which the extension portion 15 starts to elongate. Thus, when the tab 21 of the waste tape 10 is grasped with fingers and the waste tape 10 is stretched, the extension portion 15 is extended earlier than the fastening portion 18. In particular, when the tensile strength at which the extension portion 15 starts to elongate is 6.5N or less, the extension portion 15 is likely to elongate in preference to the fastening portion 18. From this viewpoint, the tensile strength at which the elongation portion 15 starts to elongate is preferably 5.0N or less. In addition, the tensile strength is preferably 1.0N or more from the viewpoint of preventing unintentional stretching when stretching is not required. The tensile strength is a value determined independently of the width of the waste tape 10. The tensile strength at which each part starts to elongate is the first maximum point strength measured by attaching each part in the longitudinal direction of each part to a jig of a tensile testing machine, setting the distance between the jigs to 10mm, and stretching at a speed of 300 mm/min. (when the first maximum point is not clearly identified or is not observed, the maximum load at the time of elongation between 10% and 50% is defined as the first maximum point strength.)

From the same viewpoint as described above, in the disposal tape 10, when the disposal tape 10 is stretched in the longitudinal direction X1, the tensile strength at which the fixed portion 12 starts to be stretched is higher than the tensile strength at which the extended portion 15 starts to be stretched. Since the fastening portion 12 is fixed to the outer surface of the diaper 1 by the fastening portion adhesive portion 14 so as not to be peelable, the tensile strength at which the fastening portion 12 starts to elongate is naturally higher than the tensile strength at which the extension portion 15 starts to elongate.

The tensile strength of the extension 15 is preferably such that, as described above, the extension 15 has extensibility of a length of 150mm or more that is elongated without breaking with respect to the length of elongation when the extension 15 is pulled, so that the disposal form of the diaper 1 can be reliably maintained by the elongated disposal tape 10. From this viewpoint, the extension portion 15 preferably has extensibility of 200mm or more in length without breaking. From the same viewpoint, the length of elongation without breaking is preferably 300mm or less. The length to be elongated without breaking is a length at breaking when both ends in the longitudinal direction of the elongated portion 15 are attached to the jigs of a tensile testing machine and stretched at a speed of 300mm/min, and the elongated length is a length including the length before elongation (measured with the fixed portion and the fixed portion interposed between the jigs).

The extension 15 has extensibility in which the ratio of the length L2 after extension to the length L1 before extension, that is, the value of L2/L1 is 4 or more, and the extension 15 is sufficiently extended even when the length of the extension 15 is short, and therefore, the length of the waste tape 10 can be made compact, which is preferable from this viewpoint. From this viewpoint, the value of L2/L1 is more preferably 5 or more, and still more preferably 6 or more. In addition, from the viewpoint of not excessively extending, it is preferably 8 or less. L2 means the same length as that described above, which is elongated without breaking.

In order to impart the tensile strength and elongation to the extension 15, an appropriate material may be selected as the extension sheet 16 constituting the extension 15. Specifically, as a structural material of the extension sheet 16, for example, an extensible film can be used. Examples of such a film include multilayer films such as a monolayer film and a coextruded film. As a material constituting the extensible film, for example, polyolefin such as linear low density polyethylene is preferable. In addition, a material selected from at least one of polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and polyvinyl alcohol is also preferable. Furthermore, it is also advantageous to use a material having a permanent set of at least 50%, more preferably at least 70%.

In order to linearly expand the disposal tape 10 in the three-folded state and smoothly extend the extension portion 15, the peel strength between the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12 in the state before extension and the peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15 in the state before extension are important factors in addition to the easy extension of the extension portion 15. From this viewpoint, the peel strength between the extended portion 15 and the fixed portion 12 is preferably lower than the tensile strength at which the extended portion 15 starts to be extended. Thus, when the disposal tape 10 is stretched in the longitudinal direction X1, the separation between the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12 occurs before the extension portion 15 starts to extend, and the disposal tape 10 is easily brought into an unfolded state. From this viewpoint, the peel strength between the extended portion 15 and the fixed portion 12 is preferably 95% or less, more preferably 90% or less, and even more preferably 85% or less of the tensile strength at which the extended portion 15 starts to be extended. In addition, the peel strength is preferably 40% or more from the viewpoint that peeling does not occur unintentionally when stretching is not necessary.

The value of the peel strength between the extended portion 15 and the fixed portion 12 is preferably 5.5N or less, more preferably 5.0N or less, and still more preferably 4.5N or less, on condition that the tensile strength at which the extended portion 15 starts to be extended is lower than the tensile strength at which the extended portion 15 starts to be extended. The lower limit of the peel strength is preferably 0.3N or more, more preferably 0.5N or more, and still more preferably 1.0N or more, from the viewpoint of maintaining the three-folded state of the waste tape 10. The peel strength between the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12 is a value determined independently of the width of the disposal tape 10.

From the above viewpoint, as the extension adhesive portion 17 for releasably joining the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12, for example, a rubber adhesive and an acrylic adhesive are generally used, and a rubber adhesive is preferably used. Examples of the rubber-based adhesive include synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene block copolymers and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymers, and mixtures of these synthetic rubbers and resins. Further, heat sealing, a hot-melt adhesive, a melt-blown or fibrous adhesive, an adhesive including a binder, or the like is preferably used.

The adhesive strength of the extension adhesive portion 17 provided in the extension 15 is preferably reduced as the extension 15 is extended. This effectively prevents hands or sundries from unintentionally adhering to the stretch adhesive sections 17 of the stretch sections 15 in the stretched state, and facilitates disposal of the diaper 1. From this viewpoint, the ratio of the adhesive force P2 of the adhesive part 17 for an extension in the 4-fold extended state of the extension 15 to the adhesive force P1 of the extension 15 in the non-extended state, that is, the value of P2/P1 is preferably 1.0 or less, more preferably 0.8 or less, and still more preferably 0.5 or less. From the same viewpoint, it is preferably 0 or more. The adhesive strength of the extension adhesive portion 17 is a value determined independently of the width of the waste tape 10.

The adhesion of the extension adhesive portion 17 is measured by the following method. The disposal tape 10 in a non-stretched state is fixed to an acrylic plate so that the disposal tape 10 is linearly stretched and the stretched adhesive portion 17 faces vertically upward. In this state, a polyethylene film was superposed on the stretch adhesive part 17, and the film was pressure-bonded 1 time in a reciprocating manner by a roller having a width of 25mm, a diameter of 90mm and a mass of 1200 g. Subsequently, the film was stretched in a direction of 90 degrees with respect to the adhesive portion 17 for elongation, and the film was peeled off. The maximum force until peeling is defined as the adhesion force of the adhesive part 17 for elongation. The peel speed was set to 300mm/min, and the measurement was performed using a tensile tester. The same measurement is also performed for the elongated waste tape 10.

In order to reduce the adhesive strength of the adhesive portion 17 for extension as the extension 15 is extended, for example, the adhesive portion 17 for extension is preferably provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction X1 of the extension 15. This reduces the area of the extension adhesive portion 17, thereby more effectively preventing the unintended sticking of hands or sundries and facilitating disposal of the diaper 1. From this viewpoint, in the pre-stretched state, the ratio of the area occupied by the stretch adhesive sections 17 on the second surface 16b, which is the surface of the stretch sheet 16 facing the fixed section, is preferably 70% or less, more preferably 60% or less, and even more preferably 50% or less. The ratio of the area occupied by the extension adhesive portion 17 is preferably 10% or more, more preferably 20% or more, and further preferably 30% or more. In particular, the ratio of the area occupied by the extension adhesive portion 17 is preferably 10% or more and 70% or less, more preferably 20% or more and 60% or less, and further preferably 30% or more and 50% or less. At this time, the area of the second surface 16b does not include a portion to which the folded portion 13' of the fixing section sheet 13 is joined.

In the extension 15, when the extension adhesive portion 17 is provided at intervals on the second surface 16b of the extension sheet 16, the extension 15 is extended because of the presence of the extension adhesive portion 17, and thus a portion where the extension adhesive portion 17 is not provided is more easily extended than a portion where the extension adhesive portion 17 is provided. Accordingly, in the extended state of the extension 15, the area of the extension adhesive part 17 can be further reduced, thereby further effectively preventing the unintended sticking of hands or sundries and further facilitating the disposal of the diaper 1.

In addition to the extension adhesive parts 17 being provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction X1 of the extension 15, the adhesive strength of the extension adhesive parts 17 can be reduced as the extension 15 is extended by the following method. For example, the deformation amount of the extension adhesive portion 17 with respect to the deformation amount of the extension sheet 16 when the extension 15 is extended may be reduced. As a result, when the extension 15 is extended, the extension adhesive portion 17 cannot undergo deformation before the extension sheet 16 and is easily partially broken. By partially breaking the extension adhesive portion 17, a portion where the extension adhesive portion 17 is not present is formed on the second surface 16b of the extension sheet 16, and the area of the extension adhesive portion 17 can be reduced in the extended state of the extension 15, and the adhesive force of the extension adhesive portion 17 can be reduced as the extension 15 is extended.

Further, by disposing microcapsules in which an adhesive force reducing agent is encapsulated between the sheet 16 for an extension portion, the adhesive portion 17 for an extension portion, or between the sheet 16 for an extension portion and the adhesive portion 17 for an extension portion, and releasing the adhesive force reducing agent from the microcapsules by deformation pressure or the like of the sheet 16 for an extension portion, the adhesive force of the adhesive portion 17 for an extension portion can be reduced as the extension portion 15 is extended. As the adhesion reducing agent, a hydrocarbon or a mixture including a hydrocarbon and a surfactant can be used. As the microcapsules, those containing synthetic polymers such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxymethylcellulose, and gelatin, those containing synthetic resins such as melamine/formaldehyde resins, and isocyanate resins, and the like can be used.

Further, the peel strength between the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12 is measured by the following method. First, the fixing portion 12 of the three-folded disposal tape 10 is fixed to the acrylic plate. Next, the fixing portion 18 is peeled off from the extension portion 15, and the auxiliary paper is attached to the fixing portion adhesive portion 20 of the fixing portion 18. The width of the auxiliary paper is the same as the width of the sheet 19 for the fixing portion. The acrylic plate to which the waste tape 10 is fixed to a jig of a tensile tester, and the auxiliary paper is attached to the jig on the opposite side. The jig is moved at a speed of 300mm/min in the direction of unwinding (180 DEG direction) of the waste tape 10, and the extension portion 15 and the fixing portion 12 are peeled off. The maximum value of the force observed at this time is defined as the peel strength between the extended portion 15 and the fixed portion 12.

The peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the elongated portion 15 is preferably lower than the tensile strength at which the elongated portion 15 starts to be elongated. Thus, when the disposal tape 10 is stretched in the longitudinal direction X1, the separation between the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15 occurs before the extension portion 15 starts to extend, and the disposal tape 10 is easily brought into an unfolded state. From this viewpoint, the peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the elongated portion 15 is preferably 80% or less, more preferably 70% or less, and preferably 60% or less of the tensile strength at which the elongated portion 15 starts to elongate. In addition, from the viewpoint of preventing unintentional separation, it is preferably 40% or more. The peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15 is a value determined independently of the width of the disposal tape 10.

The value of the peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the elongated portion 15 is preferably 4.0N or less, more preferably 3.0N or less, and further preferably 2.0N or less, on condition that the tensile strength at which the elongation starts to be elongated is lower than the tensile strength at which the elongation 15 starts. By setting the upper limit value of the peel strength to this value, the disposal tape 10 can be easily unfolded and a sufficient fastening force can be applied to the fastening portion 18. The lower limit of the peel strength is preferably 0.3N or more, more preferably 0.5N or more, and still more preferably 1.0N or more, from the viewpoint of maintaining the three-folded state of the waste tape 10.

From the above viewpoint, as the adhesive portion 20 for a fastening portion for releasably joining the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15, for example, a rubber adhesive and an acryl adhesive are generally used, and a rubber adhesive is preferably used. Examples of the rubber adhesive include synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene block copolymers and hydrogenated styrene-butadiene block copolymers, and mixtures of these synthetic rubbers and resins.

The peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15 is measured by the following method. First, the fixing portion 12 of the three-folded disposal tape 10 is fixed to the acrylic plate. Next, the tab piece 21 of the fixing portion 18 is attached to the jig. Even when the tab is difficult to grasp, the auxiliary paper or the like can be attached to the tab 21 and attached to the jig. In this case, the width of the auxiliary paper is the same as the width of the sheet 19 for the fixing portion. The acrylic plate to which the waste tape 10 is fixed to a jig of a tensile tester, and a tab 21 (auxiliary paper) is attached to the opposite jig. The jig is moved at a speed of 300mm/min in the developing direction (180 DEG direction) of the waste tape 10, and the fixed portion 18 and the extended portion 15 are peeled off. The maximum value of the force observed at this time is defined as the peel strength between the fastening portion 18 and the extension portion 15. As the auxiliary paper, a film, paper, or the like having strength and no elongation is used.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, 1 or more elastic members extending in the width direction Y can be arranged. For example, an elastic member extending in the width direction Y may be disposed in an extended state in the vicinity of the waist opening 1W or in a waist portion, which is a portion between the waist opening 1W and the leg openings 1L. By disposing the elastic member, the diaper 1 can be further fitted to the body of the wearer, the wearing feeling of the diaper 1 can be improved, and leakage of excrement can be effectively prevented. However, since the elastic member is disposed, there are cases where irregularities due to the elastic member are formed on the outer surface of the diaper 1 at the location where the elastic member is disposed. When the disposal tape 10 is fixed to the portion where the irregularities are formed, a gap may be formed between the fixing portion 12 and the outer surface of the diaper 1, and the disposal tape 10 may be unintentionally peeled off. In order to prevent such a problem, it is advantageous that the disposal tape 10 is provided on the outer surface of the diaper 1 at a position not intersecting with the elastic member in a plan view.

In the present embodiment, the diaper 1 can be formed with a waist gather 3 and a leg gather 4 in the peripheral edge region of the diaper 1. Here, the peripheral region refers to a region on the waist end side of the absorbent body 2. These wrinkles are often formed in a low-rigidity region from the viewpoint of improving the stretchability. Here, the low stiffness region refers to a region having a lower stiffness than a region having a higher stiffness obtained by overlapping the absorbent body 2 described below. When the disposal tape 10 is provided in such a low rigidity region, the rigidity of the low rigidity region is low, and therefore, it may be difficult to unfold the disposal tape 10 when disposing the diaper 1. In order to prevent such a problem, the disposal tape 10 is preferably provided in a high rigidity region inside a low rigidity region. The high stiffness region is a region of the diaper 1 that overlaps with the absorbent body 2 when viewed in the thickness direction. For example, in the diaper 1 shown in fig. 1, the disposal tape 10 is preferably provided below the lower end of the waist gather 3, in other words, below the upper end of the absorbent body 2 and overlapping the absorbent body 2.

Fig. 3 shows how the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment is discarded. As shown in the drawing, when the diaper 1 is discarded, the diaper 1 is rolled up from the crotch portion C toward the waist opening 1W so that the abdomen-side portion a of the diaper 1 faces inward, thereby forming a rolled-up state. In the finished state of the rolled-up form, the disposal tape 10 provided on the back side portion B is exposed. In this state, the tab 21 of the disposal tape 10 is gripped and stretched by fingers, and the disposal tape 10 is released from the three-folded state and linearly unfolded, and the extension portion 15 is extended. As described above, the extension portion 15 is easily extended and extended long. Next, as shown in fig. 4, the rolled-up diaper is wound with the disposal tape 10 extending long, and the fastening portion 20 of the fastening portion 18 located at the leading end region of the disposal tape 10 is fastened to the outer surface of the diaper 1, thereby maintaining the rolled-up diaper, i.e., the disposal configuration.

The present invention has been described above based on preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the above embodiment, the disposal tape 10 is provided on the back portion B of the diaper 1, but the portion where the disposal tape 10 is provided is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, the abdomen portion a or the crotch portion C. In the above embodiment, the disposal tape 10 is provided at the substantially central portion in the width direction Y of the diaper 1, but the portion where the disposal tape 10 is provided is not limited thereto, and may be provided in, for example, any one of the right and left side portions of the diaper 1. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the disposal tape 10 is disposed so that the longitudinal direction X1 thereof coincides with the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1, but the direction of the disposal tape 10 is not limited to this, and for example, the disposal tape 10 may be disposed so that the longitudinal direction X1 thereof coincides with the width direction Y of the diaper 1.

The pants-type wearing article of the present invention is not limited to the pants-type disposable diaper of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and may have another embodiment as long as it is a pants-type disposable diaper worn on the lower abdomen of a wearer.

The present invention also discloses the following pants-type disposable diaper with respect to the above-described embodiments.
