A method for controlling cleaning of a sample analyzer, the method comprising the steps of:

acquiring current operation information of a current operation step and historical operation information of a target device required to be used by the current operation step;

according to the historical operation information of the target device and the current operation information of the current operation step, obtaining a cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device from a preset cleaning parameter table, and removing preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the cross contamination relation;

and when the cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is not removed, cleaning the target device according to the preset cleaning operation information, or cleaning the target device according to the historical operation information and the preset operation information of the target device.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the preset cleaning operation information in the preset cleaning parameter table comprises a preset cleaning agent and a preset cleaning frequency, wherein the preset cleaning agent comprises one or more of an acidic cleaning agent, an alkaline cleaning agent, other cleaning agents or clean water; the step of cleaning the target device according to the preset cleaning operation information further comprises:

selecting the acidic cleaning agent to perform cleaning operation on the target device for a first preset cleaning frequency; and/or

Selecting the alkaline cleaning agent to perform cleaning operation on the target device for a second preset cleaning time; and/or

Selecting other cleaning agents to carry out cleaning operation of a third preset cleaning frequency on the target device;

and selecting the clear water to carry out cleaning operation of a fourth preset cleaning frequency on the target device.

The method according to claim 2, wherein when the preset cleaning agent is plural, the preset cleaning operation information further includes a priority order of the plural preset cleaning agents; the step of cleaning the target device according to the preset cleaning operation information comprises the following steps:

acquiring the priority sequence of one or more preset cleaning agents corresponding to the cross contamination relationship removal from the preset cleaning parameter table;

and selecting the preset cleaning agent with the highest priority to clean the target device according to the priority sequence of the preset cleaning agents.

The method according to claim 2, wherein the preset cleaning operation information further includes a cleaning parameter whether or not to forcibly use a preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information; the method further comprises the steps of:

judging whether a preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information is available;

judging whether the cross contamination relationship is removed or not to forcibly use a preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information according to the cleaning parameters in the preset cleaning operation information;

and if the preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information is unavailable and the cross contamination relationship is removed to force the preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information to be used, suspending the cleaning operation of the target device and sending alarm prompt information.

The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:

and if the preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information is unavailable and the cross-contamination relationship is eliminated without forcibly using the preset cleaning agent specified by the preset cleaning operation information, cleaning the target device according to a preset substitute cleaning operation.

The method of claim 5, further comprising the steps of:

and when the actual cleaning agent adopted by the target device is inconsistent with the preset cleaning agent appointed in the preset cleaning operation information, marking warning information in the preset cleaning parameter table.

The method according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:

obtaining one or more preset cleaning agents used by the target device and the cleaned times of the various preset cleaning agents according to the historical operation information of the target device;

judging whether the number of times of cleaning of the target device by using a preset cleaning agent specified in the preset cleaning operation information is less than the preset cleaning number of times specified in the preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the target device;

if the number of times of cleaning of the target device by using a preset cleaning agent specified in the preset cleaning operation information is less than the preset cleaning number of times specified in the preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the target device, determining that the cross contamination between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is not removed;

and if the cleaned times of the target device cleaned by using the preset cleaning agent appointed in the preset cleaning operation information are more than or equal to the preset cleaning times appointed in the preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the target device, judging that the cross contamination between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is removed.

The method of claim 7, wherein when the cross-contamination relationship between the historical operating step and the current operating step of the target device is not released, the step of cleaning the target device according to the historical operating information and the preset operating information of the target device further comprises:

and acquiring target cleaning operation information required for removing the cross contamination relation according to the historical operation information of the target device and preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the cross contamination relation in the preset cleaning parameter table, and cleaning the target device according to the target cleaning operation information.

The method of claim 8, wherein obtaining target cleaning operation information required to release the cross-contamination relationship, and cleaning the target device according to the target cleaning operation information further comprises:

acquiring the target cleaning times required by the target device according to the cleaning times of the target device cleaned by using the preset cleaning agent specified in the preset cleaning operation information and the preset cleaning times specified in the preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the target device;

and cleaning the target device for the target cleaning times by using the preset cleaning agent appointed in the preset cleaning parameters.

The method of claim 9, wherein when the undeleted cross-contamination relationship between the historical operating step and the current operating step of the target device is multiple, the method further comprises the steps of:

respectively acquiring target cleaning operation information required for removing various cross contamination relations according to the preset cleaning parameter table and the historical operation information of the target device;

judging whether the target cleaning operation of the target device can be merged and simplified or not according to the target cleaning operation information required by various cross-contamination relations;

if the target cleaning operation required by various cross contamination relationships can be merged and simplified, acquiring target cleaning operation information with the highest cleaning requirement in a plurality of target cleaning operation information, and cleaning the target device according to the target cleaning operation information with the highest cleaning requirement;

the cleaning requirement comprises a target cleaning agent required for removing the cross-contamination relationship, target cleaning times and priority sequencing of various target cleaning agents corresponding to various cross-contamination relationships.

The method of claim 10, further comprising:

and if the target cleaning operations required by various cross-contamination relationships cannot be merged and simplified, cleaning the target device in sequence according to the target cleaning operation information respectively.

The method according to any one of claims 1-11, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:

and when the cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is removed, controlling the target device to execute the current operation step.

acquiring test information of a current test item, wherein the current test item comprises one or more operation steps;

judging the number of target devices required by the current test item according to the test information of the current test item;

if the number of target devices required by the current test item is smaller than the number of available target devices on the sample analyzer, cleaning a preset first number of target devices according to the preset cleaning parameter table, and then executing the test item;

wherein the preset first number is greater than or equal to the number of target devices required for the current test item, and the preset first number is less than the number of target devices available on the sample analyzer.

The method according to any one of claims 1-15, characterized in that the method further comprises the steps of:

acquiring the preset cleaning parameter table, and displaying the preset cleaning parameter table on an interactive interface;

acquiring parameter updating information of the preset cleaning parameter table through the interactive display interface;

acquiring an updated cleaning parameter table according to the parameter updating information of the preset cleaning parameter table, and displaying the updated cleaning parameter table on the interactive display interface;

and after receiving an operation starting instruction, acquiring a cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device and preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the cross contamination relation from the updated cleaning parameter table.

The method of any one of claims 1-16, wherein the pre-set cleaning parameter table further comprises a contamination source and a contamination object;

the source of contamination comprises the type and/or composition of a reagent, one or more of a sample or a reaction product;

the contaminating object includes one or more of a type and/or a composition of a reagent, a sample.

A sample analyzer is characterized by comprising a control device, a display device, a sample storage device for storing a sample, a reagent storage device for storing a reagent, a dispensing device for sucking and discharging the sample or the reagent, a sample incubation detection device for incubating and detecting the sample and a cleaning device for cleaning; the control device comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is stored with a computer program, and the display device is used for displaying a preset cleaning parameter table;

the processor is used for acquiring current operation information of a current operation step and historical operation information of a target device required to be used by the current operation step;

according to the historical operation information of the target device and the current operation information of the current operation step, obtaining a cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device from a preset cleaning parameter table, and removing preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the cross contamination relation;

and when the cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is not removed, cleaning the target device according to the preset cleaning operation information, or cleaning the target device according to the historical operation information and the preset operation information of the target device.

A sample analyzer, comprising:

the first information acquisition module is used for acquiring current operation information of a current operation step and historical operation information of a target device required to be used by the current operation step;

a second information obtaining module, configured to obtain, from the preset cleaning parameter table, a cross contamination relationship between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device and preset cleaning operation information corresponding to the cross contamination relationship, according to the historical operation information of the target device and the current operation information of the current operation step;

and the control module is used for cleaning the target device according to the preset cleaning operation information or cleaning the target device according to the historical operation information of the target device and the preset operation information when the cross contamination relation between the historical operation step and the current operation step of the target device is not removed.

A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by one or more processors, performs in particular the method of any one of claims 1-17.
