1. A method for extracting iodine by using zinc hypoxide as a raw material is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) adding water into secondary zinc oxide powder, mixing, and granulating by a granulating device;

(2) feeding the secondary zinc oxide particles into a roasting kiln for roasting for 2-3h, wherein the kiln temperature is 300-;

(3) cooling the secondary oxidizing particles, and leaching with alkali liquor to obtain a leaching solution, wherein the liquid-solid volume-mass ratio is 3-5: 1; the leaching temperature is 50-70 ℃; leaching for 1-3 h, and filtering;

(4) adding sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid into the leaching solution, wherein the pH value is 2-4;

(5) continuously dropwise adding hydrogen peroxide into the leachate at the temperature of 45-65 ℃, continuously blowing air into the liquid, and maintaining for 0.5-1h, wherein the pressure of the blown air is controlled at 30-40 kpa;

(6) introducing the escaped iodine vapor into a cooling collection tank to desublimate and crystallize iodine.

The method for extracting iodine from zinc hypoxide as a raw material as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step (1), the zinc hypoxide powder is mixed with water uniformly by using a mixing device, and the mass percentage of the zinc oxide powder to the added water is 100: (8-10), adding water at one time.

3. The method for extracting iodine from zinc hypoxide as raw material according to claim 1, wherein in step (1), the granulating device is a disk-type granulating device, and the particle size of the zinc hypoxide powder is 8-15 mm.

Background

The secondary zinc oxide is a primary product which is rich in volatile metal and mainly contains zinc oxide and is obtained by carrying out pyrogenic enrichment treatment on a low-grade and high-impurity zinc-containing material. Because the impurities are high, particularly K, Na, Cl and other elements are contained, and I element is contained, the recovery technology of main valuable element zinc is different from the conventional zinc smelting technology taking zinc concentrate as a raw material, and the procedures of removing K, Na and Cl by alkaline leaching and recovering alkaline leaching solution and separating valuable elements or other substances need to be added. In the alkaline leaching process, K, Na, Cl, I and the like enter the alkaline leaching solution, the iodine content in the alkaline leaching solution reaches more than 1g/l, the recovery value is high, the waste is unfortunately caused, and the waste of resources and the pollution to the environment are also caused. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a method capable of simultaneously recovering iodine during the production of a primary raw material such as secondary zinc oxide.

A method for extracting iodine by taking zinc hypoxide as a raw material comprises the following steps:

(1) adding water into secondary zinc oxide powder, mixing, and granulating by a granulating device;

(2) feeding the secondary zinc oxide particles into a roasting kiln for roasting for 2-3h, wherein the kiln temperature is 300-;

(3) cooling the secondary oxidizing particles, and leaching with alkali liquor to obtain a leaching solution, wherein the liquid-solid volume-mass ratio is 3-5: 1; the leaching temperature is 50-70 ℃; leaching for 1-3 h, and filtering;

Preferably, in the step (1), water is added into the zinc hypoxide powder by using a mixing device and the mixture is uniformly mixed, wherein the mass percentage of the zinc hypoxide powder to the added water is 100: (8-10), adding water at one time.

Preferably, in the step (1), the granulating device is a disc-type granulating device, and the granularity of the granules of the secondary zinc oxide powder is 8-15 mm.

Preferably, in the step (3), the alkali solution is 30-40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.

Preferably, in step (6), the temperature in the cooling collection tank is 0-15 ℃.

The method for extracting iodine by using the zinc hypoxide as the raw material has low cost and good effect, and is suitable for large-scale production.
