Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of drilling fluid, in particular to biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The shale gas resource exploration and development in China has been fully laid out, shale unstable collapse is one of the key factors which puzzle the large-scale drilling of the shale gas horizontal well in China at present, the synthetic base drilling fluid is widely used for drilling the shale gas horizontal well abroad due to strong inhibition, however, the base fluid used for preparing the synthetic base drilling fluid at present is mainly chemical products such as mineral oil, linear α olefin and the like, has the defects of poor biodegradability, low environmental acceptability and the like, and is limited in application in some environment sensitive areas.

The chinese patent application No. 201210579597.0 discloses a synthetic base drilling fluid, and the adopted base fluid is linear paraffin. Chinese patent application No. 201110292911.2 discloses a synthetic base drilling fluid, the base fluid used is a mixture of limonene, dipentene, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, alkyl glycoside, alcohol ether carboxylate, white oil and dimethyl silicone oil. The Chinese patent document with the application number of 201210251278.7 discloses a coal-to-liquid constant-rheology synthetic base drilling fluid, and the base fluid is coal-to-liquid. Although the synthetic base drilling fluid disclosed above meets the drilling requirements of different complex wells in terms of performance, the analysis from the aspect of environmental acceptability shows that the used base fluids are all alkane compounds, the biodegradation difficulty is high, and drill cuttings produced after subsequent use are listed as national hazardous waste records (hazardous waste records number is HW-08) because of containing hydrocarbon/water mixtures. In summary, conventional synthetic-based drilling fluids are environmentally less acceptable.

With the increasingly strict national environmental protection requirements, environment-friendly synthetic base drilling fluids are developed, and non-mineral oil is adopted as the base fluid of the drilling fluids, so that the drilling fluids become the main direction for research and application of the drilling fluids. Therefore, the development of a drilling fluid system with high lubricating and inhibiting properties, environmental protection and biodegradability has become a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

a4) and sequentially adding the composite filtrate reducer, the composite plugging agent and calcium oxide into the third mixture, and stirring for 20-30 min to obtain the biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid.

In the present invention, after the mixing, it is preferable to further include:

The preparation method of the biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid provided by the invention has simple process steps and easy operation, and by adopting the specific steps, various treating agents can be fully mixed and dissolved in the biomass alcohol ether-based fluid to form stable emulsion.

In summary, the biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid provided by the invention integrates various advantages of the traditional mineral oil drilling fluid and the existing synthetic base cobalt well fluid, and simultaneously has the following advantages: the plugging property is good; high viscosity cutting and strong rock carrying capacity; the lower limit of the density is low; low biological toxicity and good environmental safety; and the preparation process is simple.

The invention provides a biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid which is prepared from the following raw materials: 85-100 parts by weight of biomass alcohol ether base liquid; 0 to 15 parts by weight of a potassium acetate aqueous solution; 3-5 parts of organic soil; 3-5 parts of a main emulsifier; 2-4 parts of auxiliary emulsifier; 3-5 parts of composite filtrate reducer; 3-5 parts of composite plugging agent; 1 to 3 parts by weight of calcium oxide; the biomass alcohol ether base fluid comprises one or more of dodecyl butyl ether, tetradecyl butyl ether, hexadecyl butyl ether and octadecyl butyl ether. Compared with the prior art, the biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid provided by the invention adopts specific content components, and the components have good interaction, so that the product has excellent lubricating and inhibiting performances, and simultaneously has the advantages of environmental protection and biodegradability. The experimental result shows that the biomass alcohol ether-based drilling fluid provided by the invention has the density of 0.9g/cm at the temperature of 120-180 DEG C3~2.3g/cm3Within the range, the apparent viscosity is less than 80mPa · s, the medium-pressure filtration loss is less than 3mL, and the high-temperature high-pressure filtration loss is less than 6 mL; and EC50>106mg/L, good environmental safety, BOD5/CODCrReaches 0.58 percent, and has good biodegradability.

In addition, the preparation method provided by the invention is simple, the used raw materials are green and environment-friendly, the conditions are mild, and the method can be used for drilling complex wells such as shale gas horizontal wells, strong water-sensitive shale stratums and the like and in environment-sensitive areas.

To further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided for illustration. The raw materials used in the following examples of the present invention are all commercially available products; wherein, the volume fraction composition of the biomass alcohol ether base fluid is shown in the table 1; the used organic soil is HFGEL-120 for the drilling fluid, which is purchased from Zhejiang Fenghong New materials GmbH; the main emulsifier, the auxiliary emulsifier and the composite plugging agent are all provided by the research institute of drilling engineering technology of central petrochemical central petroleum engineering Limited company; the compound filtrate reducer is purchased from the research institute of drilling engineering technology of the petroleum and natural gas group of China.
