the outer ring of the bearing 21 is nested in the slideway 35, the bearing 21 is located at one end of the slideway 35 which is inclined downwards initially, the spray head 22 is inserted into the steam inlet 331 below, the spray head 22 and the bearing 21 are connected through the spring 23, when certain pulling force is formed, the spray head 22 moves towards one side of the bearing 21, separation of the spray head 22 and one steam inlet 331 is realized, and when the spray head 22 moves to the other air inlet 311, the spray head 22 is driven to be inserted into the other steam inlet 331 through resilience force of the spring 23, and the spray head 22 is fixed through the fixing mechanism.
