Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having an oil and fat absorbing and moisture absorbing and deodorizing function, and more particularly to a cosmetic composition produced from a porous powder, zeolite, and titanium dioxide.

Background

Generally, bacteria produce odors by decomposing secretions of the human body. For example, the odor of axillary odor is caused by sweat secreted from apocrine sweat glands of the skin, which is mixed with fat components secreted from sebaceous glands or sweat secreted from apocrine sweat glands after being secreted onto the skin, which is decomposed by resident bacteria of the skin or axillary hair to generate malodorous odor. The skin resident bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes, and the odor components include bromhidrosis, sweat odor, and hair odor.

These odors give unpleasant feelings to people directly and indirectly, and also bring about many negative effects on the skin, mental health, and social life of people.

In particular, since sebum and sweat of a human body have a bad taste such as rancidity when exposed to air, and have a bad influence on the skin, and also have a feeling of fatigue in terms of mental health, and have many problems in terms of interpersonal relationship in social life, deodorant (deodorant) products for eliminating or masking odors (reducing the intensity of odors by masking) are widely used in developed countries.

Another cause of the odor is odor generated by the odor of smoke, food taste, and the like, which is absorbed from the external environment to the human body and hair, and the odor remains in the human body and hair, thereby causing unpleasant feeling.

Therefore, development of a product having high deodorizing and antibacterial effects, which can be applied to all parts of the human body such as hair, scalp, face, body, etc., is easy to use, does not deteriorate the product, can scientifically maintain the effect, and is harmless to the human body, has been carried out.

There are various microorganisms that obtain nutrition from various skin secretions (sweat and sebum secreted from eccrine glands and apocrine glands), skin cell residues, decomposition products of the skin, and microorganisms themselves. These unpleasant body odors are composed of organic molecules having different structures and different functional groups, such as amines, acids, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, phenols, polycyclic, indoles, aromatic, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and the like. These may also be composed of sulfur-containing functional groups such as thiol, sulfide and/or disulfide groups.

Various attempts have been made to suppress or absorb body odor, and attempts have been made to remove moisture or a humid environment, etc., which are required for the proliferation and growth of microorganisms causing body odor.

In addition, odor is roughly divided into fragrance and odor, and about 200 ten thousand organic compounds exist on the earth, and about 40 ten thousand substances generating odor are assumed among them that 1/50 has odor.

Generally, the types of odors can be roughly classified into three types, namely fatty acids (body odor, sweat, etc.), nitrogen compounds (putrefactive urine, etc.), and sulfur compounds (feces, etc.).

In particular, the main components of the odor include ammonia (toilet or meat smell), methyl mercaptan (pickle smell), hydrogen sulfide (rotten smell of eggs or milk), trimethylamine (fishy smell), and the like.

These odors exist in a state of being mixed with various components, and they irritate the sense of smell of a human, thereby causing a bad state of harming health and spirit.

A deodorizing cosmetic composition for deodorizing by using an antibacterial zeolite has been known in the related art.

However, in the prior art, since the zeolite and the silicon are mixed to produce the cosmetic composition, when moisture is absorbed, the deodorizing effect is reduced, and a blocking phenomenon in which particles are agglomerated occurs.

Technical scheme

The cosmetic composition with the functions of absorbing grease and water and deodorizing comprises 10-50 parts by weight of porous powder; 10-60 parts by weight of zeolite (zeolite); and 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of titanium dioxide (titanium dioxide).

The porous powder may include silica (silica) or PolymethylMethacrylate (PMMA).

For absorbing oil and moisture generated from human body and deodorizing, it can be applied or sprayed to human body including hair, face, hands, feet and body.

The cosmetic composition having the oil and fat, moisture and deodorizing functions may further include one or a combination of two or more selected from the group consisting of inorganic powders, organic powders, inorganic pigments, organic pigments, dyes and natural colorants.

Advantageous effects

According to the present invention, a cosmetic composition is prepared by blending zeolite, titanium dioxide and porous silica, so that various excellent deodorizing effects can be obtained by physical, chemical and biochemical adsorption and deodorizing effects, and the cosmetic composition itself does not cause coagulation or agglomeration, can maintain stability, and can provide convenience to consumers in use.

< description of cosmetic composition having oil and fat and moisture absorbing and deodorizing functions >

The cosmetic composition with the functions of absorbing grease and water and deodorizing comprises 10-50 parts by weight of porous powder; 10-60 parts by weight of zeolite (zeolite); and 0.1 to 6 parts by weight of titanium dioxide (titanium dioxide).

In addition, the cosmetic composition having the functions of absorbing oil and moisture and deodorizing according to the embodiment of the present invention may include silica or Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).

The silica is silicon dioxide as silicon oxide and has a chemical formula of SiO2. Is present in sand, quartz, etc., and is also distributed in the cell walls of diatoms. Of glass or concreteThe main component, mineral occupying most of the earth's crust, is preferably porous silica for absorbing and adsorbing oil and water.

In addition, the porous powder may use Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA) or methyl Methacrylate-acrylonitrile acrylate (acrylonitrile) copolymer.

The porous powder is preferably contained in an amount of 10 to 50 parts by weight.

The zeolite is a zeolite in which part or all of ion-exchangeable ions are replaced with ammonium ions and antibacterial metal ions, and any of natural zeolite and artificial zeolite can be used as the zeolite used in this case.

The zeolite may be, for example, a type a zeolite, a type X zeolite, a type Y zeolite, a type T zeolite, a high silica zeolite, sodalite (sodalite), mordenite (mordenite), analcime (analcime), clinoptilolite (clinoptilolite), chabazite (chabazite), erionite (erionite), or the like, but is not limited thereto, and various types of zeolites that absorb fats and oils, moisture, and deodorize may be used.

Further, the zeolite is preferably contained in an amount of 10 to 60 parts by weight.

Titanium dioxide is colorless or white powder, has odorless and tasteless characteristics, and is a substance that is used as a photocatalyst because of its good characteristics of absorbing light and oxidizing into other substances.

Therefore, the titanium dioxide is preferably contained in an amount of 0.1 to 6 parts by weight because it functions to decompose odor molecules by utilizing the characteristics of the photocatalyst.

(unit: parts by weight)

That is, as shown in table 1, the cosmetic compositions having the oil and fat absorbing and moisture absorbing and deodorizing functions of examples 1 and 2 were prepared by weighing the raw materials by an optical scale and then stirring the weighed materials for 7 minutes by a hand mixer.

< Experimental example 1>

The cosmetic composition having the oil and water absorbing and deodorizing functions according to the embodiments of the present invention includes porous silica in order to suppress the agglomeration (blocking) phenomenon of the solidified particles.

To verify the above, samples shown in table 2 below were prepared to measure the hardness of zeolite, titania and porous silica.

[ Table 2]

Figure BDA0002191488960000061

As shown in Table 2 above, the samples 1 to 5 were prepared by optical weighing, mixed at a low speed for 2 minutes in a hand mixer, and then stored in a 10ml plastic sample bucket with a lid at room temperature.

That is, in order to confirm the degree of the coagulation phenomenon caused by the coagulation phenomenon with the lapse of time, the samples 1 to 5 were placed in a beaker and left at normal temperature, and then the hardness values of the samples 1 to 5 were measured at different periods.

Specifically, hardness measurements of each sample were carried out in 5-time repeated experiments using a SUN RHEO METER (manufacturer: SUN SCIENTIFICO., LTD.) apparatus, and the average values of the measured hardness values are shown in Table 3 below.

[ Table 3]

Figure BDA0002191488960000062

Figure BDA0002191488960000071

(unit: kg)

As shown in Table 3 above, the hardness of the porous silica of sample 3 was measured to be the lowest, and it was found that the degree of the agglomeration phenomenon was the lowest. This is because the higher the hardness, the more the powder is coagulated, the lower the hardness, the less the powder is coagulated, and there is no adhesion phenomenon, and therefore, the degree of the coagulation phenomenon is measured by the hardness, whether the coagulation (blocking) phenomenon is generated by coagulation between substances or solidification of mutual adhesion, or not.

Therefore, the measured value of hardness of sample 5 in which zeolite, titania and porous silica are mixed is relatively low as compared with sample 3 in which zeolite and titania are mixed.

Therefore, the present invention can suppress the agglomeration phenomenon of powder agglomeration due to the low hardness measured value of sample 5 in which porous silica is mixed. That is, the removal effect of the odor component and the oil-and-fat/water absorption effect are reduced by the coagulation of the powder, so that the agglomeration phenomenon caused by the coagulation of the powder is prevented or reduced, the deodorization effect and the oil-and-fat/water absorption effect can be greatly influenced, and the water absorption property of the porous silica can be realized.

< Experimental example 2>

Experiments were conducted on the deodorizing effect of the cosmetic compositions having the oil and fat absorbing and deodorizing functions manufactured according to examples 1 and 2 of the present invention.

The cosmetic compositions manufactured according to examples 1 and 2 were applied or sprayed to the tops and feet of 30 persons and the degrees (%) of the deodorizing effect thereof were measured and are shown in tables 4 and 5, respectively.

[ Table 4]

Figure BDA0002191488960000072

[ Table 5]

Figure BDA0002191488960000082

Figure BDA0002191488960000091

That is, when the cosmetic compositions manufactured according to examples 1 and 2 were applied or sprayed to 30 persons, the deodorizing effect levels thereof were respectively 43% and 45% on average in the human use test felt by the subjects, and thus it was confirmed that the deodorizing effect was exhibited on the feet or the parietal region of the persons.

< Experimental example 3>

Fig. 1 to 4 are schematic diagrams showing the results of the deodorization experiment of the cosmetic composition having the oil and water absorption and deodorization functions according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Fig. 5 to 8 are schematic views showing the results of the deodorization experiment of the cosmetic composition having the functions of absorbing oil and moisture and deodorizing according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

In order to measure the deodorant odor removal effect of examples 1 and 2 of the present invention by other methods, an experiment was performed by a certification authority of a medicine eating hall, and the results are shown in fig. 1 to 8.

That is, the results of the odor removal experiment for the cosmetic composition manufactured according to the above example 1 are shown in fig. 1 to 4, and the results of the odor removal experiment for the cosmetic composition manufactured according to the above example 2 are shown in fig. 5 to 8.

The removal effect of ammonia (toilet or meat smell), methyl mercaptan (pickle smell), hydrogen sulfide (rotten smell of eggs or milk), and trimethylamine (fishy smell), which are main components of four major odors, was tested.

As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the odor removing effect was high for the components of ammonia (fig. 1 and 5), methyl mercaptan (fig. 2 and 6), hydrogen sulfide (fig. 3 and 7), and trimethylamine (fig. 4 and 8).

< Experimental example 4>

Fig. 9 is a diagram illustrating the results of the microorganism detection experiment of the cosmetic composition having the functions of absorbing oil and water and deodorizing according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

Fig. 10 is a diagram illustrating the results of the microorganism detection experiment of the cosmetic composition having the functions of absorbing oil and water and deodorizing according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

In order to determine whether or not the cosmetic compositions produced in examples 1 and 2 of the present invention could remove odor caused by contamination with microorganisms, a microorganism experiment was performed.

As shown in fig. 9 and 10, no microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi were detected in the cosmetic compositions produced in example 1 (fig. 9) and example 2 (fig. 10).

Therefore, the present invention has various excellent deodorizing effects by combining zeolite, titanium dioxide and porous silica to physically, chemically and biochemically adsorb and deodorize, and the cosmetic composition itself does not have coagulation or agglomeration phenomenon, and can maintain stability, thereby providing convenience to consumers in use.

The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be modified, changed or substituted by equivalents without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which shall be covered by the claims.
