Background
In the production process of the PCBA, when glue is coated or sprayed on the PCBA, the glue with low viscosity is easy to generate bubbles in a glue layer, and the coating quality is influenced, so that the bubbles of the PCBA are required to be removed, and the bubbles in a glue layer of the PCBA are mainly removed by using high pressure and high temperature.
At present traditional defoaming machine needs artificially to place the PCBA board in the pressurization cavity, and to the air pressurization heating in the cavity, eliminates the bubble on the PCBA board glue layer, takes out the PCBA board after the elimination is accomplished, and this kind of mode inefficiency is difficult for realizing automated production.

placing the PCBA into a feeding module, and conveying the PCBA into a heating box body of a first vacuum heating module by the feeding module until the heating box body is filled (if the heating box body of the first vacuum heating module is filled, moving the PCBA to the heating box body of a second vacuum heating module for filling); starting the heating plate to heat the PCBA in the heating box body to a set temperature, and then moving the heating box body downwards into the vacuum cavity through the vertical movement module to seal the PCBA in the vacuum cavity; starting a vacuum pump to remove bubbles; after the bubble removal is finished, the heating box body is moved upwards through the vertical movement module, and blanking is carried out through the blanking module (if one vacuum cavity is in the bubble removal process and the other vacuum cavity is subjected to the bubble removal, the blanking module is preferentially moved to the vacuum cavity for blanking after the bubble removal is finished).
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. two independently operating vacuum heating modules are adopted for defoaming, so that the working efficiency is high, and mutual interference can be avoided; the heating box body of the vacuum heating module adopts a laminated plate structure, so that a plurality of plates can be conveniently filled by removing bubbles at one time, and the working efficiency is accelerated; the vacuum cavity of the vacuum heating module is fixed in the bottom space of the rack, so that the space can be utilized to the maximum extent, and the physical quality of the equipment is reduced;
2. the feeding module, the discharging module and the heating box body are provided with width adjusting devices, so that the PCBA board feeding device is suitable for PCBA boards of different sizes, and the universality is strong;
3. the feeding module is provided with a material pushing device which can push the PCBA board into the heating box body completely, so that the tail part of the PCBA board is prevented from entering the heating box body incompletely, and the PCBA board is prevented from being damaged when entering the vacuum cavity; the heating box body is provided with baffle mechanism, can prevent PCBA board roll-off heating box body.
4. The conveying mechanism of the feeding module, the blanking module and the vacuum heating module adopts an in-line polyurethane wheel for carrying and conveying, so that the bearing and surface friction can be enhanced, and the conveying speed is increased.
5. The invention has high automation degree, greatly reduces manual operation and further improves the yield of products.
