Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of spraying equipment, and particularly provides a nozzle, a pulsator washing machine, a spraying system of the pulsator washing machine and an outer barrel cover of the pulsator washing machine.
Background
The pulsator washing machine mainly comprises a box body, an outer barrel, an inner barrel and a pulsator. Wherein, the outer barrel is fixedly arranged in the box body, the inner barrel is rotatably arranged in the outer barrel, and the wave wheel is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel. When the pulsator washing machine performs washing and rinsing operations, the pulsator drives the washing water and the laundry in the outer tub to rotate, so as to achieve the purpose of washing the laundry. When the rotary drum washing machine performs spin-drying operation, the inner barrel drives the clothes in the inner barrel to rotate at high speed, so that the moisture on the clothes is separated from the clothes under the action of centrifugal force.
The pulsator washing machine often has the following problems in the use process: firstly, washing powder and laundry detergent are deposited at the bottom of an outer barrel and are not easily dissolved by washing water; secondly, when the number of the washed clothes is large, the condition that part of the clothes is not soaked by the washing water is easy to occur; thirdly, the down and other clothes often float above the level of the washing water during washing, and the washing effect is poor.
In order to solve the above problems, the conventional pulsator washing machine generally has a spraying device provided on an outer tub cover. For example, patent document No. CN204282066U discloses a pulsator washing machine, in which a plurality of nozzles are provided on an outer tub cover. When the pulsator washing machine works, the circulating water pump can pump the washing water in the outer barrel to the plurality of nozzles, so that the plurality of nozzles spray the washing water onto the clothes in the inner barrel. However, the plate-shaped water baffle on the nozzle has a poor effect of scattering the washing water, and the washing water cannot be uniformly sprayed to the laundry in the inner tub.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new nozzle, a pulsator washing machine, a spray system thereof, and an outer tub cover to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, namely to solve the problem that the spraying effect of the existing impeller washing machine on clothes to be washed is poor, the invention provides a nozzle, which comprises a nozzle body and a water retaining structure fixedly connected with or integrally manufactured with the nozzle body; the nozzle body is provided with an injection channel along the axial direction, one end of the injection channel is communicated with a water source, and the other end of the injection channel is closed by the water retaining structure; and the side wall of the nozzle body is provided with a jet orifice communicated with the jet channel.
In a preferred embodiment of the above nozzle, the ejection opening is a bar-shaped ejection opening; or the ejection opening includes a plurality of hole structures arranged in sequence.
In a preferred embodiment of the above nozzle, the linear ejection port is formed in a side wall of the nozzle body in a spiral shape.
In a preferred embodiment of the nozzle, the linear ejection opening is formed spirally on a side wall of the nozzle body.
In a preferred embodiment of the nozzle, the number of turns of the strip-shaped ejection opening is half.
In a preferred embodiment of the above nozzle, the nozzle body is a circular tube, a tapered tube, an elliptical tube, or a polygonal tube.
Furthermore, the present invention also provides a spraying system of a pulsator washing machine, the pulsator washing machine comprising a cabinet, an outer tub fixedly disposed in the cabinet and an inner tub rotatably disposed in the outer tub, the spraying system comprising a water supply device and a plurality of nozzles according to any one of the above preferred embodiments 5, the plurality of nozzles being respectively disposed on the top of the outer tub, and the one end of the spray channel of each of the nozzles being communicated with the water supply device; when the washing machine works, the water supply device supplies washing water to the plurality of nozzles, and the strip-shaped spray ports of the nozzles enable the washing water to be scattered into the inner barrel.
In the preferable technical scheme of the spraying system, the water supply device is a circulating pump, a water inlet pump port of the circulating pump is communicated with an inner cavity of the outer barrel, and a water outlet pump port of the circulating pump is respectively communicated with the spraying channels of the plurality of nozzles; or the water supply device is a water inlet valve, a water inlet valve port of the water inlet valve is communicated with a water source, and a water outlet valve port of the water inlet valve is respectively communicated with the injection channels of the nozzles; and/or the nozzles are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer barrel.
In addition, the invention also provides an outer barrel cover of the pulsator washing machine, which comprises a cover body, an annular cavity arranged on the cover body and a plurality of nozzles in the preferred embodiment of the nozzles, wherein one ends of spraying channels of the nozzles are respectively communicated with the annular cavity, and a water inlet communicated with a water source is arranged on the annular cavity.
Further, the invention also provides a pulsator washing machine which is characterized by comprising the spraying system in any one of the preferred embodiments.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spray nozzle body is provided with the spray channel, one end of the spray channel is closed by the water blocking structure, and the side wall of the spray nozzle body is provided with the strip-shaped spray opening communicated with the spray channel, so that when the spray nozzle is supplied with the washing water, the washing water can be sprayed out along the strip-shaped spray opening, and is scattered into a waterfall-like water flow. Therefore, when the nozzle of the present invention is applied to a pulsator washing machine, the nozzle can completely scatter washing water supplied from a circulation pump into an inner tub, uniformly spraying laundry in the inner tub.
Preferably, the bar-shaped jetting port is spirally formed on the sidewall of the nozzle body in a winding manner, and the number of winding turns of the bar-shaped jetting port is half. The washing water sprayed by the nozzle also presents a spiral waterfall shape due to the shape of the strip-shaped spray opening, and when the spiral waterfall falls into the inner barrel, the washing water can spray clothes in the inner barrel three-dimensionally and all-directionally. Therefore, the spray nozzle can improve the spraying effect of the pulsator washing machine on clothes in the inner barrel, and further optimize the washing effect of the pulsator washing machine on the clothes.
