1. A support device, comprising:
a case (120) having a chamber;
the lifting assembly is accommodated in the chamber and can extend out of the chamber, the lifting assembly comprises a rack (130) and a driving wheel (131) for driving the rack (130) to move up and down, and the top of the rack (130) is provided with a connecting member (110) for connecting a to-be-supported part;
a stopper structure rotatably provided in the chamber and selectively caught in the tooth groove of the rack bar (130) to prevent the rack bar (130) from moving downward, the stopper structure including a locking member (134) having a substantially zigzag shape, and one end of the locking member (134) being caught in the tooth groove of the rack bar (130) and the other end of the locking member (134) being elastically supported in the chamber.
2. The support device of claim 1, wherein the locking member (134) is attached to the housing (120) by a locking member pin (135), and the locking member pin (135) is secured to an inner wall of the housing (120).
3. The support device of claim 1, wherein the limit structure further comprises:
a resilient member (136) connected to a bottom of the chamber;
and a stopper (137) fixed to the case (120) and engaged with the elastic member (136) such that the other end of the locking member (134) is interposed between the stopper (137) and the elastic member (136).
4. Support device according to claim 1, wherein the rack (130) is provided at its lower end with a roller (133), which roller (133) is extendable from the chamber.
5. The support device of claim 1, wherein the connecting member (110) comprises a support frame (113) and a mounting seat (112) at the top of the support frame (113).
6. Support device according to claim 5, characterized in that the top of the mounting seat (112) is provided with a buffer (111).
7. The support device according to claim 5, characterized in that the connection member (110) further comprises a pressure detection device (114) mounted on a lower surface of the mounting seat (112).
8. The supporting device according to claim 1, characterized in that a partition wall (140) is provided in the box (120), and the side of the rack (130) remote from the tooth slot is supported on the partition wall (140).

The supporting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the box body (120) comprises a side plate (127) rotatably arranged on the box body (120), the side plate (127) can close the side of the box body (120) far away from the rack (130) where the tooth grooves are arranged, and when the side plate (127) is located at the opening position, the side plate (127) and the bottom wall of the box body (120) can be supported on the same plane.
10. The support device according to claim 9, characterized in that the box (120) further comprises a drive assembly (125) arranged between the side plate (127) and the side wall of the box (120) for adjusting the degree of opening of the side plate (127).
11. A support arrangement for a tower, characterized in that the support arrangement (10) comprises at least 3 support devices (100) according to any one of claims 1-10, connected to each other in a ring shape by means of telescopic members (200) for supporting a tower segment of the tower.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wind power generation, and particularly relates to a supporting device and supporting equipment for a tower barrel.
Background
The vertical transportation scheme of the tower of the offshore wind generating set is more and more widely applied, from a 3mw unit to an 8mw unit, and more offshore large megawatt units in the future.
The electric control cabinet and the accessories are generally required to be pre-installed inside the tower cylinder section for the tower cylinder section of the large-scale unit, the assembling efficiency is low, the assembling is generally required to be carried out by means of an assembling tool of an integral structure, the existing assembling tool is serious in customization, for example, for the tower cylinder of an offshore wind generating set, the assembling tool matched with the tower cylinder needs to be manufactured, namely, the universality of the existing assembling tool is low, a large number of assembling tools of different models are required to adapt to units of different models, and resources are seriously wasted.
Except this, because current frock of assembling forms for overall structure, its structure is huge, and preparation and storage are inconvenient, and still need cooperate the loop wheel machine of large tonnage in the use to carry the frock of assembling, perhaps carry the tower section of thick bamboo of assembling, consequently the step of assembling of current tower section of thick bamboo is loaded down with trivial details, and hoisting cost is higher. To the workshop that has the restriction of hanging up, this current frock of assembling will not be suitable for.
To above-mentioned frock of assembling, in the use, if ground is uneven, assemble the whole atress of frock uneven, have serious influence to assembling frock structural strength and tower section of thick bamboo levelness, bring the potential safety hazard for machine position tower section of thick bamboo hoist and mount, for example to offshore wind generating set tower section of thick bamboo, carry out assembling of automatically controlled cabinet at the pier usually, nevertheless assemble the pier and mostly be unevenness section, this will seriously influence the use of current frock of assembling.
To sum up, the frock is assembled to current tower section of thick bamboo, though can satisfy the vertical transportation of a tower section of thick bamboo and assemble the function, nevertheless because the structure is huge, the great reason such as weight, has very high requirement to the tower section of thick bamboo loop wheel machine after assembling, and along with tower section of thick bamboo diameter is bigger and bigger, the volume of the frock is assembled to current yet also can be bigger and bigger, to manufacturing cost, reuse is unfavorable, and overall structure's tower section of thick bamboo frock, if assemble the formation after the different modules of producer preparation, can increase huge cost of transportation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a supporting device with better universality, which is used for supporting a tower barrel section.
According to one aspect of the invention, a supporting device is provided, which comprises a box body, a lifting assembly and a limiting structure, wherein the box body is provided with a cavity; the lifting assembly is accommodated in the chamber and can extend out of the chamber, the lifting assembly comprises a rack and a driving wheel for driving the rack to move up and down, and a connecting member for connecting a to-be-supported part is arranged at the top of the rack; the limiting structure is rotatably arranged in the cavity and can be selectively clamped in the tooth grooves of the rack to prevent the rack from moving downwards, the supporting device is simple in structure and convenient to adjust the height of the to-be-supported piece from the ground, the to-be-supported piece can be a tower section, and therefore an operator or an electric control cabinet and accessories can conveniently enter the tower section from the bottom of the tower section, and the assembling efficiency of the electric control cabinet and the accessories is improved. Specifically, the limiting structure comprises a locking piece which is in a Z shape, one end of the locking piece can be clamped in a tooth groove of the rack, and the other end of the locking piece is elastically supported in the cavity, so that the rack can be prevented from sliding downwards accidentally, and the safety of the supporting device is improved.
Specifically, the locking piece is connected to the box body through a locking piece pin shaft, and the locking piece pin shaft is fixed to the inner wall of the box body.
Still further, the limiting structure further comprises an elastic member and a limiting member, wherein the elastic member is connected to the bottom of the cavity; the limiting piece is fixed on the box body and matched with the elastic piece, so that the other end of the locking piece is clamped between the limiting piece and the elastic piece.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the rack may be provided with a roller, which can protrude from the chamber, so as to be in contact with the ground or the work table, thereby facilitating the movement of the supporting device.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the connection member may include a support frame and a mount at the top of the support frame, and the member to be supported may be fixed to the mount.
Further, the top of the mounting seat can be provided with a buffer member to prevent the to-be-supported member from being in rigid contact with the mounting seat to generate friction or scratch.
Still further, the connecting member may further include a pressure detecting device mounted on a lower surface of the mount, and the pressure detecting device may detect a pressure applied to the mount by the to-be-supported member.
As another embodiment of the invention, a partition wall is arranged in the box body, and the side part of the rack far away from the tooth socket is supported on the partition wall, so that the stress of the rack is balanced, the swing in the up-and-down moving process is prevented, the integral safety of the supporting device is improved, and meanwhile, the accurate alignment of the roller and the through hole of the bottom wall is also ensured.
Preferably, the box body comprises a side plate which is rotatably arranged on the box body, the side plate can seal the side part, away from the rack, of the box body, wherein the side part is provided with a tooth groove, when the side plate is located at an opening position, the side plate and the bottom wall of the box body can be supported on the same plane, the contact area between the supporting device and the ground can be increased, the bearing capacity of the supporting device can be improved, and the universality of the supporting device is improved to a certain extent.
Still further, the cabinet further includes a driving assembly disposed between the side panel and the side wall of the cabinet for adjusting an opening degree of the side panel.
According to another aspect of the invention, a support apparatus for a tower is provided, the support apparatus comprising at least 3 support devices provided by the invention connected to each other in a ring shape by means of telescopic members for supporting tower segments of the tower, the length of the telescopic members and the number of the support devices being adjustable as required, thereby improving the versatility of the support apparatus.
The supporting device and the supporting equipment for the tower barrel provided by the invention at least have the following beneficial effects: the support means may be assembled with the telescopic elements to form a support apparatus for supporting the tower section, i.e. the number of support means may be selected as required, so that the versatility of the support apparatus may be improved. The supporting device is simple in structure and convenient to transport, and therefore the assembling cost of the electric control cabinet assembly is reduced.
