The high-altitude meteorological detection is an important component of atmospheric detection, and the discharge work of the sounding balloon must be completed in the collection process. At the present stage, the sounding balloon is mainly manually discharged, and the normal and successful discharge of the sounding balloon under the windy weather condition is always the vision of the meteorological department, especially the meteorological research unit. When the wind speed on the ground or sea surface exceeds 7m/s, the sounding balloons cannot be normally deployed manually, so that data loss is caused to weather forecast, particularly climate research, and the accuracy of forecast is influenced.

At present, mainstream high-altitude meteorological detection equipment manufacturers at home and abroad successively release automatic balloon releasing equipment and an automatic sounding system, which can automatically release sounding balloons under the condition of highest eight-level strong wind. However, the height of the automatic ball placing system is more than 2.5-3 meters, and the automatic ball placing system cannot be installed and used in certain environments with limited high requirements.

In the embodiment, the top cover opening and closing mechanism comprises two electro-hydraulic push rods 6 and a push rod driving component, the push rod driving component is arranged inside the top cover 2, the rear ends of the lower end of the top cover 2 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped groove 7, the end parts of the cylinder bodies of the two electro-hydraulic push rods 6 respectively extend into the two strip-shaped grooves 7 and are rotationally connected with the inner walls of the strip-shaped grooves 7, the driving unit 20 is arranged between the two electro-hydraulic push rods 6 and respectively drives the electro-hydraulic push rods 6 to stretch and retract through two transmission units, specifically, the transmission units drive two first rotating shafts 8 to synchronously rotate, the first rotating shafts 8 drive corresponding second rotating shafts 9 to rotate through first universal joints 10, the second rotating shafts 9 drive bidirectional oil pumps of the electro-hydraulic push rods 6 to work through gear transmission parts, so that the electro-hydraulic push rods 6 stretch and retract, and the end parts of telescopic rods of the electro, the end part of the cylinder body rotates with the inner wall of the corresponding strip-shaped groove 7, and the relative position of the other end of the second rotating shaft 9 and the other end of the first rod body also changes at the moment, namely, the other end of the second rotating shaft 9 is connected with the other end of the first rod body through the first universal joint 10; as shown in fig. 3, a bearing seat may be disposed inside the top cover 2, and the other end of the second rotating shaft 9 passes through the bearing seat and is connected to the inner ring of the bearing seat, so that the rotation of the first rotating shaft 8 is more stable through the bearing seat.

Preferably, as another embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention further includes: the driving unit 20 comprises a driving motor 11 and a gear box 12, the driving motor 11 is in transmission connection with the gear box 12, the gear box 12 is provided with two output shafts, and the two output shafts of the gear box 12 are arranged along the left-right direction and are respectively in rotation connection with one end of each of the two first rotating shafts 8.

In this embodiment, the driving motor 11 drives the two first rotating shafts 8 to rotate synchronously through the gear box 12, so as to ensure synchronous forward rotation or reverse rotation of the two first rod bodies, thereby ensuring synchronous extension and retraction of the two electro-hydraulic push rods 6.

Preferably, as another embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention further includes: the gear transmission assembly comprises a sleeve 13, a third rotating shaft 14, a first worm 15 and a connecting shaft 16, the sleeve 13 is fixedly arranged at the end part of a cylinder body of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6 along the left-right direction, the second rotating shaft 9 is a worm, the other end of the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the corresponding first universal joint 10, one end of the second rotating shaft extends into the corresponding sleeve 13 and is rotatably arranged in the sleeve 13, a containing cavity corresponding to the worm of the second rotating shaft 9 is arranged on the sleeve 13, a connecting hole communicated with the inside of the cylinder body of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6 is formed in the inner wall of the containing cavity, the third rotating shaft 14 and the first worm 15 are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction inside the cylinder body of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6, the two ends of the third rotating shaft are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the cylinder body of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6, and a turbine 17 is coaxially sleeved on the third, the worm wheel 17 is respectively meshed with the second rotating shaft 9 and the first worm 15, a first bevel gear 18 is further coaxially sleeved on the first worm 15, one end of the connecting shaft 16 is in transmission connection with the two-way oil pump of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6, the other end of the connecting shaft is coaxially connected with a second bevel gear 19, and the second bevel gear 19 is meshed with the first bevel gear 18.

In this embodiment, the second rotating shaft 9 is a worm, the worm wheel 17 is disposed on the third rotating shaft 14, the second rotating shaft 9 rotates to drive the worm wheel 17 to rotate, the worm wheel 17 drives the first worm 15 and the first bevel gear 18 thereon to rotate, the first bevel gear 18 drives the second bevel gear 19 to rotate, so that the connecting shaft 16 rotates therewith, the connecting shaft 16 drives the bidirectional oil pump of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6 to operate, the driving unit 20 can drive the first rotating shaft 8 to rotate forward or backward, so as to drive the second rotating shaft 9 to rotate forward or backward, the rotating directions of the second rotating shaft 9 are different, so that the operating states of the bidirectional oil pump are different, and the telescopic rod of the electro-hydraulic push rod 6 contracts or extends.

Preferably, as another embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the embodiments shown in fig. 5 to 7, the present invention further includes: the transmission unit comprises a fourth rotating shaft 22, a fifth rotating shaft 23 and a second universal joint 24, the fourth rotating shaft 22 is arranged along the left-right direction, one end of the fourth rotating shaft is coaxially connected with one end, close to the ball placing barrel 1, of the corresponding gear 21, the fourth rotating shaft 22 is rotatably connected with the extending part through a bearing seat, the fifth rotating shaft 23 is arranged along the left-right direction, one end of the fifth rotating shaft is in transmission connection with the driving unit 20, the other end of the fifth rotating shaft is rotatably connected with one end of the second universal joint 24, and the other end of the second universal joint 24 is rotatably connected with the other end of the fourth rotating shaft 22; the driving unit 20 is a double-shaft motor, and output shafts thereof are arranged in the left-right direction.

In this embodiment, the driving unit 20 is a dual-shaft motor, two output shafts of the dual-shaft motor are both arranged along the left-right direction and on the left side and the right side of the dual-shaft motor, the two output shafts of the dual-shaft motor respectively drive two fifth rotating shafts 23 to rotate, the fifth rotating shafts 23 drive the fourth rotating shafts 22 to rotate through second universal joints 24, one ends of the fourth rotating shafts 22 are coaxially connected with corresponding gears 21, and thus the fourth rotating shafts 22 drive the gears 21 to rotate; when the rotation directions of the two-shaft motors are different, the rotation directions of the gears 21 are also different, so that the corresponding racks 25 are driven to rotate upwards or downwards.
