1. An intelligent gas metering system, comprising:

the pressure detection unit (10) is used for tracking and detecting the air pressure in a pipeline or an electronic metering device, and sending a gas valve switching signal to the metering detection and signal processing unit (50) when overpressure or underpressure occurs;

a flow rate judging unit (20) for calculating an average flow rate in a certain period of time by detecting the number of revolutions and time of the digital wheel and judging whether the flow rate is in a super-flow or micro-flow state; when the device is in an over-flow or micro-flow state, an over-limit signal is sent to a metering detection and signal processing unit (50);

the control unit (30) is used for controlling the on and off of the gas valve;

2. The intelligent gas metering system according to claim 1, wherein the overpressure, underpressure, overflow and micro-flow anomalies detected by the data reporting unit (40) are handled in an interrupt mode.

3. The intelligent gas metering system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pressure detection unit (10) extracts the gas valve switching signal mechanically.

The intelligent gas metering system according to claim 3, wherein the pressure detection unit (10) comprises a housing (106), a tension membrane (104) is arranged in the housing (106), a connecting rod (102) is fixed in the middle of the upper side of the tension membrane (104), the connecting rod (102) extends out of the top of the housing (106), a micro switch device (101) is connected to the upper end of the connecting rod (102), a damping device (103) is installed on the connecting rod (102) in the housing (106), and a gas guide pipe (105) is arranged at the bottom of the housing (106).

The intelligent gas metering system according to claim 4, wherein a pipeline pressure is introduced to the lower part of the tension membrane (104) through the gas conduit (105) and forms a pressure balance with the damping device (103); when overpressure or underpressure occurs, the tension membrane (104) triggers the microswitch device (101) to send out a signal through the connecting rod (102).

6. The intelligent gas metering system according to claim 5, wherein the metering detection and signal processing unit (50) comprises an electronic metering device.

7. The intelligent gas metering system of claim 6, wherein the gas valve is disposed within an electronic metering device.

Background

With the continuous improvement of the technology of automatic instruments and meters, the basic automation of the gas metering devices used by users at present is realized, for example, an IC card gas metering device can detect the gas consumption and control the on and off of a gas meter through a cut-off valve in the gas meter. With the upgrading and updating of communication technology, an internet of things intelligent metering system with internet and big data as a core appears. Due to the restriction of self energy consumption of an independent power supply and metering device, no metering device which integrates the functions of trade metering and protection against phenomena such as overpressure, underpressure, overflow, micro-flow and the like is available at present. Therefore, in view of the above current situation, there is an urgent need to develop an intelligent gas metering system which relies on an intelligent gas metering device, expands the application range of electronic technology, and increases a gas use safety monitoring function, so as to overcome the shortcomings in the current practical application.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an intelligent gas metering system, so as to solve the problems proposed in the background art.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:

an intelligent gas metering system comprising:

the pressure detection unit is used for tracking and detecting the air pressure in the pipeline or the electronic metering device, and sending a gas valve switching signal to the metering detection and signal processing unit when overpressure or underpressure occurs;

the flow judging unit is used for calculating the average flow speed in a certain time period by detecting the revolution and the time of the digital wheel and judging whether the flow judging unit is in an over-flow or micro-flow state; when the system is in an over-flow or micro-flow state, an over-limit signal is sent to a metering detection and signal processing unit;

the control unit is used for controlling the on and off of the gas valve;

the data reporting unit is used for reporting to the data center when abnormal conditions of overpressure, underpressure, overflow and micro-flow are detected; and

and the metering detection and signal processing unit is respectively communicated with the pressure detection unit, the flow judgment unit, the control unit and the data reporting unit and is used for carrying out calculation processing according to externally detected data and controlling the on-off of the gas valve and data reporting.

As a further scheme of the invention: and the abnormal conditions of overpressure, underpressure, overflow and micro-flow detected by the data reporting unit are processed by adopting an interrupt mode.

As a further scheme of the invention: the pressure detection unit extracts a gas valve switching signal in a mechanical mode.

As a further scheme of the invention: the pressure detection unit comprises a shell, a tension film is arranged in the shell, a connecting rod is fixed in the middle of the upper side of the tension film, the connecting rod extends out of the top of the shell, a micro-switch device is connected to the upper end of the connecting rod, a damping device is installed on the connecting rod in the shell, and a gas guide pipe is arranged at the bottom of the shell.

As a further scheme of the invention: the pipeline pressure is introduced to the lower part of the tension membrane through the gas guide pipe and forms pressure balance with the damping device; when overpressure or undervoltage occurs, the tension film triggers the micro-switch device to send out signals through the connecting rod.

As a further scheme of the invention: the gas valve is arranged in the electronic metering device.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

this intelligent gas metering system integrates the signal acquisition to unusual conditions such as superpressure, under-voltage, super flow and miniflow with current electronic metering device, makes the metering device who adopts electronic type measurement further intelligent, improves the safety precaution ability in the gas use, and the processing mode greatly reduced energy consumption of patrolling and examining compares.
