Background

The duplex converting DC contactor (belonging to a relay) is an electrical product equipped for controlling the power supply to a line and the conversion and commutation or on-off control of current, and is widely applied to engineering vehicles such as electric winches, forklifts, tractors, fork trucks and the like, industrial electrical control systems and the like.

The push-pull duplex switching direct current contactor generally comprises an electromagnetic component, a load component and a shell component, wherein: the electromagnetic component comprises a movable iron core, a static iron core, a coil (enameled wire), a coil rack, a magnetic conduction fixed plate, a magnetic conduction rack and the like, the shell component comprises an upper cover shell and a base, the load component comprises an upper contact piece, a lower contact piece, a contact bridge, a top column, an over travel spring and the like, and magnetic conduction components such as the magnetic conduction fixed plate, the magnetic conduction rack and the like and the coil rack wrap the coil and the movable iron core and the static iron core in a half-wrapping mode. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide the low-magnetic-loss push-pull type duplex conversion direct current contactor with small magnetic flux loss and high electromagnetic utilization rate.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a low-magnetic-loss push-pull type duplex conversion direct current contactor comprises an electromagnetic component, a load component and a shell component, wherein the electromagnetic component comprises a movable iron core, a static iron core, a coil rack and a magnetic conduction fixing plate, the shell component comprises an upper cover shell and a base, the load component comprises an upper contact piece, a lower contact piece, a contact bridge, a top column and an over travel spring, and a magnetic isolation piece is arranged between the movable iron core and the magnetic conduction fixing plate.

The magnetism isolating part is a self-lubricating bearing which is sleeved on the periphery of the movable iron core, and a magnetism isolating layer is arranged on the inner wall of the self-lubricating bearing. The magnetism isolating piece is made of magnetism isolating paint and is arranged on the outer surface of the movable iron core. The material of the magnetic isolating layer or the magnetic isolating paint takes polytetrafluoroethylene as a main raw material.

After the invention is adopted, the coil is integrally wrapped by the magnetism isolating piece (the self-lubricating bearing with the magnetism isolating layer or the magnetism isolating paint), the magnetism conducting fixed plate and the coil rack (and the magnetism conducting rack), the magnetism isolating gap is smaller, the magnetic flux generated by the coil is concentrated on the magnetic flux of the movable iron core when the coil, the movable iron core and the static iron core work is enlarged, the magnetic conductance of the pole shoe surface of the movable iron core is enhanced, the magnetic conductance and the magnetic field intensity of a working air gap are increased, the magnetic flux loss is reduced, and the electromagnetic utilization rate is improved. The contact pressure and the technical performance of the contactor (relay) are improved, the contactor works stably and reliably, the product quality of the contactor is improved, the service life of the contactor is prolonged, and the magnetic isolation piece is wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant. The structure is applied to the push-pull type duplex conversion direct current contactor, so that the vibration resistance of a contactor product is greatly improved compared with the conventional non-push-pull type similar products, and the vibration of the product and the noise generated during working are reduced. Thereby improving the mechanical life, high temperature resistance and vibration resistance of the product.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the low magnetic loss push-pull type duplex switching dc contactor of the present invention is composed of an electromagnetic component (also called electromagnetic assembly), a load component and a shell component, wherein the electromagnetic component includes a movable iron core 11, a stationary iron core 13, a coil 16, a coil rack 12, a magnetic conduction fixing plate 9 (and a magnetic conduction rack 10), the shell component includes an upper cover shell 2 and a base 1, the load component includes an upper contact piece 6, a lower contact piece 7, a contact bridge, a top column 18 and an over travel spring 19, and a magnetic isolation piece 15 is arranged between the movable iron core 11 and the magnetic conduction fixing plate 9.

As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the magnetism isolating member 15 is provided on the outer surface of the movable iron core 11 as magnetism isolating paint (spraying method). Referring to fig. 3 and 4, as another embodiment, the magnetic isolation member 15 is a self-lubricating bearing (made of magnetic conductive steel material), which is sleeved on the outer periphery of the movable iron core 11, and the inner wall of the self-lubricating bearing is provided with a magnetic isolation layer 21. The magnetism isolating layer or the magnetism isolating paint both take Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as a main raw material and are thin magnetism isolating materials, so that the magnetism isolating effect is better, and the magnetic flux loss is lower.

The arrangement of the magnetism isolating piece (the self-lubricating bearing with the built-in magnetism isolating layer or magnetism isolating paint) enables the magnetism isolating clearance to be smaller, the magnetism isolating effect to be better, the magnetic flux loss to be lower, and the wrinkling problem of the magnetism isolating piece does not exist.
