1. A magnetic coupler is provided with:

1 st coil;

a2 nd coil magnetically coupled to the 1 st coil; and

and a1 st pattern which is disposed between the 1 st coil and the 2 nd coil and is electrically connected to a reference node of the circuit on the 1 st coil side or the 2 nd coil side.

2. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

in the circuit, the reference node is electrically connected to a power supply node via a coupling capacitor.

3. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

the 1 st pattern has a1 st line pattern that does not form a closed path.

4. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

the 1 st pattern is an electric shield that suppresses parasitic capacitance between the 1 st coil and the 2 nd coil.

5. A magnetic coupler according to claim 3,

the 1 st coil has a1 st coil pattern,

the 2 nd coil has a2 nd coil pattern capable of magnetically coupling with the 1 st coil pattern,

the 1 st line pattern intersects with the 1 st coil pattern and the 2 nd coil pattern in a case where the 1 st coil pattern is seen through from a direction from the 1 st coil pattern toward the 2 nd coil pattern.

6. A magnetic coupler according to claim 5,

the 1 st line pattern crosses the 1 st coil pattern and the 2 nd coil pattern at an angle of 45 degrees or 90 degrees.

7. A magnetic coupler according to claim 5,

the 1 st coil pattern extends along a1 st plane,

the 2 nd coil pattern extends along a2 nd plane separated in the direction with respect to the 1 st plane,

the 1 st line pattern extends along a3 rd plane between the 1 st plane and the 2 nd plane.

8. A magnetic coupler according to claim 7,

the 1 st line pattern is arranged to face the 1 st coil pattern and the 2 nd coil pattern with an insulating film interposed therebetween.

9. A magnetic coupler according to claim 3,

the 1 st pattern also has a2 nd line pattern which intersects the 1 st line pattern without forming a closed path while being seen through from a direction from the 1 st coil pattern toward the 2 nd coil pattern.

10. A magnetic coupler according to claim 9,

the 2 nd line pattern intersects with the 1 st coil pattern and the 2 nd coil pattern, respectively, when viewed from the direction.

11. A magnetic coupler according to claim 10,

the 2 nd line pattern crosses the 1 st coil pattern and the 2 nd coil pattern at an angle of 45 degrees or 90 degrees.

12. A magnetic coupler according to claim 10,

the 1 st line pattern and the 2 nd line pattern intersect each other near the center of the 1 st coil pattern with perspective from the direction.

13. A magnetic coupler according to claim 9,

the 1 st pattern also has a3 rd line pattern which intersects with the 1 st line pattern and the 2 nd line pattern respectively without forming a closed path while being seen through from a direction from the 1 st coil pattern toward the 2 nd coil pattern.

14. A magnetic coupler according to claim 13,

the 1 st line pattern and the 2 nd line pattern cross each other in the vicinity of the center of the 1 st coil pattern with perspective from the direction,

the 1 st line pattern and the 3 rd line pattern intersect each other at a position shifted from the vicinity of the center of the 1 st coil pattern in a case where the perspective is taken from the direction.

15. A magnetic coupler according to claim 13,

the 3 rd line pattern has an L-shape when viewed from the direction.

16. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

the circuit comprises a1 st circuit, the 1 st circuit is electrically connected with the 1 st coil,

the 1 st pattern is electrically connected to a reference node of the 1 st circuit.

17. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

the circuit comprises:

a1 st circuit electrically connected to the 1 st coil; and

a2 nd circuit electrically connected with a4 th coil,

the magnetic coupler further includes:

a3 rd coil electrically connected to the 2 nd coil; and

the 4 th coil is opposite to the 3 rd coil,

the 1 st pattern is electrically connected to a reference node of the 1 st circuit.

18. A magnetic coupler according to claim 1,

the circuit comprises:

a1 st circuit electrically connected to the 1 st coil; and

a2 nd circuit electrically connected with a4 th coil,

the magnetic coupler further includes:

a3 rd coil electrically connected to the 2 nd coil;

the 4 th coil is opposite to the 3 rd coil; and

a2 nd pattern electrically connected to a reference node of the 2 nd circuit,

the 1 st pattern is electrically connected to a reference node of the 1 st circuit.

19. A magnetic coupler according to claim 16,

the 1 st circuit is a transmission circuit.

20. A magnetic coupler according to claim 16,

the 1 st circuit is a receiving circuit.

21. A magnetic coupler according to claim 17,

the 1 st circuit is a transmission circuit,

the 2 nd circuit is a receiving circuit.

22. A magnetic coupler according to claim 17,

the 1 st circuit is a receiving circuit,

the 2 nd circuit is a transmission circuit.

23. A magnetic coupler is provided with:

1 st coil;

a2 nd coil opposed to the 1 st coil and magnetically coupled; and

a pattern disposed between the 1 st coil and the 2 nd coil with an insulating film interposed therebetween and electrically connected to a reference node of a circuit on the 1 st coil side or the 2 nd coil side,

the pattern is in the shape of a star formed by intersecting 3 straight lines.

24. A magnetic coupler is provided with:

1 st coil;

a2 nd coil opposed to the 1 st coil and magnetically coupled; and

a pattern disposed between the 1 st coil and the 2 nd coil with an insulating film interposed therebetween and electrically connected to a reference node of a circuit on the 1 st coil side or the 2 nd coil side,

the pattern is in the shape of 2 straight lines crossing each other and a plurality of L-shaped lines connected to each other.

25. A communication system is provided with:

a transmission circuit;

a receiving circuit; and

the magnetic coupler of any one of claims 1 to 24, disposed between the transmit circuit and the receive circuit.

Technical Field

The present embodiment relates to a magnetic coupler and a communication system.

Background

A magnetic coupler provided between the transmission circuit and the reception circuit magnetically couples the transmission circuit and the reception circuit while electrically insulating them from each other. In this case, it is desirable to appropriately transmit signals and/or power from the transmission circuit to the reception circuit via the magnetic coupler.

Embodiments provide a magnetic coupler and a communication system capable of appropriately transmitting a signal and/or power from a transmission circuit to a reception circuit.

According to the present embodiment, there is provided a magnetic coupler having a1 st coil, a2 nd coil, and a1 st pattern. The 2 nd coil is magnetically coupled to the 1 st coil. The 1 st pattern is disposed between the 1 st coil and the 2 nd coil. The 1 st pattern is electrically connected to a reference node of the 1 st coil side or 2 nd coil side circuit.
