Background

The weaning of piglets is a very important turning point in the growing process of pigs, and clinically, the weaning stress of piglets often causes diarrhea. The diarrhea of the weaned piglets can cause the survival rate of the piglets to be reduced, the meat-feed ratio to be reduced, the growth and development to be slow or even stopped, meanwhile, the diarrhea causes the physique to be reduced, the immunity to be reduced, the resistance to diseases is weakened, other diseases are easy to be generated secondarily, and the diarrhea is one of the main factors influencing the benefit of the farm.

At present, methods for treating diarrhea of weaned piglets are divided into preventive measures and therapeutic measures, but most of the methods cannot effectively reduce the diarrhea of the weaned piglets. In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

In the actual use process, the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10-32 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 15-25 parts of oat hull, 5-15 parts of fish oil, 5-18 parts of sodium glutamate, 3-6 parts of zinc gluconate and the balance of a carrier. Optionally, the raw materials include, by weight: 18-32 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 20-25 parts of oat hull, 8-15 parts of fish oil, 10-18 parts of sodium glutamate, 4-6 parts of zinc gluconate and the balance of a carrier.

Illustratively, the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 15 parts of oat hull, 5 parts of fish oil, 5 parts of sodium glutamate, 3 parts of zinc gluconate and 62 parts of carrier; or the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 18 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 20 parts of oat hull, 8 parts of fish oil, 10 parts of sodium glutamate, 4 parts of zinc gluconate and 40 parts of carrier; or the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 25 parts of oat hull, 10 parts of fish oil, 15 parts of sodium glutamate, 5 parts of zinc gluconate and 20 parts of carrier; or the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 32 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 25 parts of oat hull, 15 parts of fish oil, 18 parts of sodium glutamate, 6 parts of zinc gluconate and 4 parts of carrier; or the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of organic acid calcium salt, 20 parts of oat hull, 10 parts of fish oil, 10 parts of sodium glutamate, 5 parts of zinc gluconate and 30 parts of carrier.

In this embodiment, the carrier is not particularly limited, and only needs to carry other raw materials, and can be edible, such as one or a mixture of at least two of soybean meal, rice bran meal, corncob meal, and the like. In the embodiment, the carrier is corncob powder, so that the intestinal tracts of piglets are hardly stimulated.

In this embodiment, the solid raw materials including oat hulls are all in powder form, that is, the solid raw materials are pulverized into a certain particle size, generally below 50 meshes, so as to facilitate the ingestion and digestion of piglets.

The embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the premix for reducing diarrhea of weaned piglets, which comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the fish oil and at least part of carriers, and uniformly mixing the fish oil and other raw materials.

Optionally, the fish oil and the carrier with the weight not less than that of the fish oil are mixed uniformly according to the weight ratio of 1:1-2, for example, the fish oil and the corncob meal with the same weight are mixed uniformly and then mixed uniformly with other raw materials.

The embodiment of the application also provides an application of the premix for reducing diarrhea of the weaned piglets, and the premix is added into a creep feed for the piglets to relieve the diarrhea of the piglets. Optionally, 1-3g premix is added per 100g of creep.

Since the feces of the adult pigs contain intestinal flora, the intestinal flora required by the intestinal tract of the piglets is provided for the piglets by adopting the feces suspension of the adult pigs, which is optional, the feces suspension of the adult pigs is mainly prepared by mixing fresh sow feces and phosphate buffer solution according to the dosage ratio of 1 g: 5 to 15mL of the buffer solution is mixed evenly, and the concentration of the phosphate buffer solution is 0.05 to 0.2M.

The embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the composition for reducing diarrhea of weaned piglets, which specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing an adult pig manure suspension: taking fresh sow manure under anaerobic and aseptic conditions to facilitate centrifuging tubes, wherein the fresh sow manure is taken from a centrifuge tube according to the dosage ratio of 1 g: adding 5-15mL (mass-volume ratio) of sterile pre-reduced phosphate buffer solution (0.05-0.2M), and shaking and mixing uniformly to obtain an adult pig manure suspension.

(2) Mixing the premix and the adult pig manure suspension according to the dosage ratio of 1 g: mixing 1-3 ml.

The embodiment of the application also provides application of the composition for reducing the diarrhea of the weaned piglets, and the composition is added into a creep feed of the piglets. The creep feed is a feed prepared for replacing whole milk, is a feed for teaching piglets to eat, and is mainly prepared from dairy byproducts, wherein the nutritional indexes of the creep feed are that protein is not less than 20% and fat is not less than 6%. Alternatively, 2-6ml of the composition is added per 100g of the milk.

The features and properties of the present application are described in further detail below with reference to examples.
