Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco manufacturing, in particular to a novel cigarette which is not burnt by heating and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The heating incombustible tobacco product (low-temperature cigarette) is a new type of tobacco product which is made up by using special heating source to heat tobacco shreds, and volatilizing the nicotine and fragrant substances in the tobacco shreds to produce smoke gas to meet the requirements of smoker. Different from the traditional cigarette, the tobacco shred for heating the non-combustion tobacco product at the smoking interval is in a non-combustion state, and has the following advantages: (1) the harm to smokers is small; this is because smokers do not burn the tobacco products when they take the novel tobacco products, and therefore, the harmful substances generated are small. (2) The harm to the environment is small; the novel tobacco product does not produce second-hand smoke, and reduces the harm of the traditional tobacco product to environmental pollution and other people. (3) The safety is high; the residual cigarette butts generated by burning the traditional tobacco products easily cause fire, and the novel tobacco avoids the hidden trouble. (4) Has certain characteristics of the traditional tobacco products. The novel tobacco product contains nicotine and can meet the physiological requirements of smokers to a certain extent.

At present, most of smoking sections of cigarettes which are not combusted in the heating mode in the market are mainly made of tobacco sheets and are classified into an ordered type or an unordered type. The cigarette heated without burning has the disadvantages that the carrying capacity of the smoke agent is small, the addition of essence is limited, and in addition, the cigarette is easy to absorb moisture and is easy to deteriorate after unpacking. The invention has the advantages of obviously reducing the temperature of the flue gas, being environment-friendly and nontoxic; the product has the advantages of sufficient smoking fog amount in sense, high tobacco fragrance quality, delicate and soft sense and no burnt flavor.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a novel heating non-combustion cigarette comprises a filter tip section and a smoking section, wherein the filter tip section comprises A, B, C parts, the part A is an acetate fiber or polylactic acid filter tip with the length of 7-10 mm, the part B is a cavity with the length of 10-15 mm, and the part C is a special functional material with a hollow structure (with the length of 5-10 mm); the length of the smoking segment is 15 mm-20 mm, the tobacco flavor carrier substance is arranged in the smoking segment, and the exterior of the smoking segment is sealed by a layer of breathable paper.

The natural plant particles are prepared by taking coconut shells and grass peat as raw materials, crushing, granulating, perfuming and drying, and the particle diameter is about 1-3 mm. Further, the grass carbon can be lotus rhizome node carbon, hawthorn carbon and the like, wherein the hawthorn carbon is preferred.

The mineral particles are mainly molecular sieves or porous ceramics, and the particle diameter is about 1-2 mm.

The animal bone particles are prepared by adopting cuttlebone or other raw materials through crushing, fragrance adding and drying, and the particle diameter is about 1-2 mm.

The expanded cut stem is flaky, and is formed by slicing, perfuming and drying after thermal expansion, carbon dioxide expansion or microwave expansion of the cut stem, wherein the length of the expanded cut stem is 3-5 mm, and the width of the expanded cut stem is 1.8-2.5 mm. Furthermore, the expansion of the expanded cut stems by adopting thermal expansion or carbon dioxide is superior to that of microwave expansion, the cut stems after the microwave expansion are fragile, and the carrying capacity is lower than that of the two cut stems.

Further, the compounded tobacco flavor substance is better compounded by natural plant particles and expanded cut stems, and when the tobacco flavor substance prepared by taking the animal bone particles as the raw materials is applied to cigarettes, the cigarette flavor is easily out of harmony.

The cigarette is heated by adopting a central heating type electronic smoking set at the heating temperature of 250-350 ℃.

The novel heating non-combustion cigarette and the preparation method thereof are characterized in that the novel heating non-combustion cigarette is composed of a filter tip section and a smoking section, wherein the filter tip section comprises A, B, C parts, the part A is an acetate fiber or polylactic acid filter tip with the length of 7-10 mm, the part B is a cavity with the length of 10-15 mm, and the part C is a special functional material with a hollow structure (with the length of 5-10 mm); the length of the smoking segment is 15 mm-20 mm, the tobacco flavor carrier substance is arranged in the smoking segment, and the exterior of the smoking segment is sealed by a layer of breathable paper. The invention has the following advantages: 1. the special functional hollow structure is prepared by adopting degradable starch, polylactic acid or polyethylene as materials, and has the advantage of remarkably reducing the temperature of the flue gas; 2. the material is environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless; 3. the natural plant, animal particle or expanded cut stem sheet replaces a sheet to be used as a tobacco flavoring carrier, the loading capacity of a smoke agent can be increased by 2-3 times and 4 times, and compared with a heating non-burning cigarette taking the sheet as the carrier, the product has the advantages of sufficient smoke mist quantity in sensory smoking, high tobacco fragrance quality, fine and soft sensory perception and no burnt flavor.
