However, in the production and manufacturing process of cigars, manual methods are mostly adopted, and particularly, in the manufacturing link of cigar mouths, the existing manufacturers directly adopt the manual rubbing mode to carry out production, so that the defects of inconsistent product quality, low production efficiency and the like are caused, large-scale and industrial production cannot be realized, and moreover, the manual manufacturing is not convenient for dust-free and sterile production, and the hidden danger in the aspect of sanitation exists.

As shown in fig. 4, the synchronous drive 6 includes a first gear 601, a second gear 602, a third gear 603, a fourth gear 604, a drive reducer 605, and a drive motor 606, wherein: the first gear 601 is arranged on the coating roller 2, the second gear 602 is arranged on the forming roller 3 and is in matched transmission with the first gear 601, the third gear 603 is arranged on the forming roller 3, the fourth gear 604 is arranged on the output end of the transmission reducer 605 and is in matched transmission with the third gear 603, and the driving motor 606 is connected with the input end of the transmission reducer 605. And a fifth gear (not shown) arranged on the press roller 5, wherein the fifth gear (not shown) is in matched transmission with the fourth gear 604.

In fig. 5, the blow-off device 4 includes a blow-off connection pipe 401 and a blow-off collar 402, the blow-off collar 402 is sleeved on the annular groove 304, one end of the blow-off connection pipe 401 is communicated with a cavity formed between the blow-off collar 402 and the annular groove 304, and the other end of the blow-off connection pipe 401 is communicated with high-pressure gas.

Specifically, the blow-off collar 402 is an annular structure, and a certain small gap may be maintained between the blow-off collar 402 and the annular groove 304, or may be contacted by an abrasion-resistant material.

It should be noted that the vacuum connector 306 is used to connect a vacuum pump or a vacuum generator.

In fig. 8 and 9, the coating roller 2 is provided with a tapered sizing surface 201 near the forming surface 301, and the coating roller 2 is mounted on the forming machine through a coating bearing 202.
