The bra convenient for lactation comprises cups 1, rear pull pieces 2 connected with the cups 1 and shoulder straps 3 connected with the cups 1 and the rear pull pieces 2, and in order to enable the cups 1 to be easily opened for lactation and provide tension and supporting force, elastic restoring bodies 4 are arranged between the shoulder straps 3 and the outer sides of the head ends of the cups 1.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the elastic restoring body 4 is an elastic pull fabric, preferably an elastic mesh fabric.

In the second embodiment, the elastic restoring body 4 is composed of one, two, three or more elastic bands arranged in parallel.

Preferably, the shoulder straps 3 are elastic, which facilitates the cups 1 to be turned down or opened.

Preferably, the cup 1 and the elastic restoring body 4 are covered with elastic laces 5.
