Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of mother and infant monitoring, in particular to an integrated dual-purpose probe capable of simultaneously measuring fetal heart rate and uterine contraction pressure.

Background

Maternal and infant monitoring requires the study of fetal heart rate, uterine contraction and fetal movement laws. The traditional fetal monitoring device generally collects corresponding data through three devices, namely a fetal heart ultrasonic probe (used for obtaining a fetal heart rate), a uterine pressure probe (used for obtaining a uterine contraction law) and a fetal movement button device (used for obtaining a fetal movement law). However, the three devices respectively collect data, which increases the cost of the monitoring device and complicates the operation of the monitoring process.

With the increasing development and maturity of perinatal monitoring technology, an automatic fetal movement algorithm is available at present, and only uterine contraction pressure needs to be collected, so that a corresponding fetal movement rule can be obtained by using the algorithm, and a fetal movement button device is replaced. The existing fetal monitoring equipment can be further simplified, and a device for monitoring the fetal heart rate, fetal movement and uterine contraction simultaneously is designed. To monitor fetal heart rate, fetal movement and uterine contraction pressure "simultaneously", a device is needed that can acquire signals of fetal heart rate and uterine contraction pressure simultaneously.

The existing design is that a measuring ultrasonic sensor and a uterine contraction pressure sensor are fixed on the same surface of a probe; or under the condition of ensuring that the acquisition of the fetal heart rate and the uterine contraction pressure do not influence each other, the contact of the pressure sensor is arranged on the ultrasonic acquisition surface.

However, adding a pressure contact on the ultrasound acquisition face can present the following problems:

first, the ultrasound propagation medium is not uniform and is liable to generate a large amount of radiation, which requires that the ultrasound acquisition surface and the skin filler couplant have to be well adhered, and the pressure contact and the skin filler couplant have the same requirements, which inevitably results in strong sense of squeezing at the contact position.

Secondly, if the person skilled in the art uses softer materials to reduce the uncomfortable feeling of the pressure contact, the materials are not easy to clean after contacting the couplant, and bacteria are easy to breed after long-term use.

Therefore, under the condition of ensuring that data acquisition is not influenced mutually, how to better combine the ultrasonic sensor and the uterine pressure sensor into a whole is a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field. .

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an integrated dual-purpose probe capable of combining a uterine pressure monitoring device with a fetal heart rate monitoring device.
