Technical Field

The present invention relates to electronic card trays, and particularly to an electronic card tray for use in the field of communications.

Background

The smart phone is one of the electronic devices essential to life of people, and generally, the smart phone uses a card holder to carry an electronic card and is inserted into the smart phone to realize a communication function, such as an SIM card, also called a Nano SIM card.

Please refer to chinese invention patent No. 201711202507.5, published in 2018, 4, 20, which discloses a card holder, the card holder has a card holder body, the card holder body includes: the tray cover is fixed on one side of the frame body, and a thimble hole is formed in the tray cover so that a thimble can be conveniently inserted and the card withdrawing action is realized.

However, when no thimble is arranged in the hand of a user, the user cannot withdraw from the card holder, and the electronic card cannot be replaced in time, so that great inconvenience is brought to life; and the design of the thimble hole is not favorable for the aesthetic appearance of the electronic equipment, and is also very easy to cause the phenomena of short circuit and the like caused by the entering of substances such as water, oil stains and the like into the electronic equipment.

It is therefore desirable to provide a new electronic card tray that overcomes the above-mentioned deficiencies.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electronic card tray which is convenient to use.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an electronic card tray is inserted into electronic equipment in an insertion direction, and comprises a frame, a door plate and a card withdrawing part, wherein the door plate is arranged on the frame; the card withdrawing part is provided with an elastic part and a guide sliding rod, and two ends of the elastic part are respectively supported between the frame and the door plate so that the door plate moves at a first position and a second position relative to the frame; in the first position, the door plate and the frame are separated from each other, and in the second position, the door plate and the frame are combined with each other; the frame or the door plate is provided with a heart-shaped groove, one end of the guide slide rod is buckled on the door plate or the frame, the other end of the guide slide rod is accommodated in the heart-shaped groove, and the heart-shaped groove is provided with a first channel, a second channel, a third channel and a fourth channel which are mutually connected; when the door plate is pressed, one end of the guide slide rod moves from the first channel, enters the second channel and moves to the intersection of the second channel and the third channel, the door plate is combined with the frame and is located at the second position, and the electronic card tray is located in the electronic equipment; when the door plate is continuously extruded, the guide sliding rod moves along the third channel, enters the fourth channel and moves to the intersection of the fourth channel and the first channel, the elastic piece extrudes the door plate to be separated from the frame, drives the frame to move to the first position together, and the electronic card tray moves out of the electronic equipment.

In a preferred embodiment, the door panel has a projection projecting toward the frame side, and the heart-shaped groove is provided on the projection; the frame is provided with a guide groove for accommodating the lug.

In a preferred embodiment, the door panel has a positioning post protruding toward the frame, the frame has a receiving groove for receiving the positioning post, one end of the elastic member is sleeved on the positioning post, and the other end of the elastic member is received in the receiving groove.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame or the door plate is provided with a protrusion, the door plate or the frame is provided with a sliding groove which is matched with the protrusion and is closed, in the inserting direction, the length of the sliding groove is larger than that of the protrusion, so that the protrusion can move back and forth along the sliding groove, and in the first position, the tail end of the sliding groove pushes the protrusion to move together.

In a preferred embodiment, the protrusions are provided in a pair, and the protrusions are located at both ends of the heart-shaped groove, respectively.

In a preferred embodiment, the door plate has a door plate body and a door plate steel sheet fixed on the door plate body, and the sliding groove is concavely arranged on the door plate steel sheet.

In a preferred embodiment, the pair of the protrusions is disposed on the frame, the pair of the sliding grooves is disposed on the door panel steel sheet, and the protrusions and the sliding grooves are respectively disposed at two ends of the heart-shaped groove.

In a preferred embodiment, the distance from the sliding groove to the heart-shaped groove is smaller than the distance from the elastic member to the heart-shaped groove.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame has a frame body and a reinforcing plate integrally formed with the frame body, and one end of the reinforcing plate has a holding portion which is held on the frame and protrudes out of one side.

In a preferred embodiment, the electronic card tray has a side steel piece on one side of the elastic member, and the side steel piece and the reinforcing piece are fixed to each other by spot welding.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the elastic piece is arranged between the frame and the door plate, the door plate is provided with the heart-shaped groove and the guide sliding rod, the door plate is pressed, the guide sliding rod can move in the heart-shaped groove, the door plate is pushed by the elastic piece to withdraw from the electronic equipment, and then the door plate and the frame are withdrawn from the electronic equipment together. Compared with the prior art, the electronic card tray has the advantages that the electronic card tray can be conveniently withdrawn, an ejector pin structure is not required to be additionally arranged, the cost can be reduced, the product is attractive, and the elastic piece is arranged between the door plate and the frame, so that the miniaturization development of the electronic card tray is favorably realized.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 8, a preferred embodiment of the present invention discloses an electronic card tray 100, which is inserted into an electronic device (not shown) in an insertion direction, the electronic card tray 100 includes a frame 10, a door 20 mounted on the frame 10, and a card ejecting portion 30, so that the door 20 moves relative to the frame 10 at a first position and a second position; in the first position, the door panel and the frame are separated from each other (see fig. 8), and in the second position, the door panel and the frame are combined with each other (see fig. 6). Certainly, the separation is to increase the distance between the door panel and the frame, rather than to separate them from each other, that is, the elastic member pushes the door panel and the frame to separate them, and the door panel is separated from the electronic device and then drives the frame to separate from the electronic device together, so as to place or take out the electronic card; the door 20 and the frame 10 are combined with each other to be accommodated in the electronic device (as described in detail later).

The frame 10 has an electronic card slot 11 for receiving an electronic card, the electronic card slot 11 has a first slot 110 for receiving an SIM card and a second slot 111 for receiving a Micro SD card, in the present embodiment, the first slot 110 and the second slot 111 are arranged in a front-back direction along an insertion direction, and the frame 10 has a frame body 12 and a reinforcing plate 13 integrally formed with the frame body to increase strength of the frame.

The releasing portion 30 has an elastic member 31 and a slide guiding rod 32, and two ends of the elastic member 31 are respectively supported between the frame 10 and the door panel 20 so as to move the door panel 20 relative to the frame 10 at a first position and a second position.

The frame 10 or the door panel 20 is provided with a heart-shaped groove 50, one end of the slide guide rod 32 is buckled on the door panel 10 or the frame 20, the other end of the slide guide rod is accommodated in the heart-shaped groove 50, and the heart-shaped groove 50 is provided with a first channel 51, a second channel 52, a third channel 53 and a fourth channel 54 which are connected with each other; when the door plate 10 is pressed by hand, one end of the sliding guide rod 32 moves along the first channel 51, enters the second channel 52, and moves to the intersection of the second channel 52 and the third channel 53, which also becomes the upper center point of the center-shaped groove, it can be considered that the door plate 10 moves from the first position to the second position, and the electronic card tray 100 is accommodated in the electronic device; when the door plate 10 is pressed, the sliding guide rod 32 moves along the third channel 53 and enters the fourth channel 54, and moves to the intersection of the fourth channel 54 and the first channel 51, which also becomes the lower center point of the heart-shaped groove, the elastic member 31 presses the door plate 20 away from the frame 10, and drives the frame 10 to move together to the first position, and the electronic card tray moves out of the electronic device.

In the present embodiment, the door panel 20 has a protrusion 24 and a positioning post 25 protruding toward the frame 10, and the center-shaped groove 50 is provided on the protrusion 24; the frame 10 has a guiding slot 11 for receiving the protrusion 24 and a receiving slot 12 for receiving the positioning post 25, and the guiding slot 11 guides the protrusion 24 to insert so that the door panel 20 and the frame 10 are combined with each other and located at the second position. One end of the elastic member 31 is sleeved on the positioning post 25, and the other end is accommodated in the accommodating groove 12. The positioning posts 25 are disposed in a pair and located on two sides of the protruding block 24, and the door panel 20 is supported by a pair of elastic members 31, so that the door panel 20 can be withdrawn in a balanced manner and prevented from being locked.

The frame 10 is further provided with a pair of protrusions 13, and the protrusions 13 are respectively located at two ends of the heart-shaped groove 50. The door plate 20 is provided with a sliding groove 26 matched with the protrusion 13, in the inserting direction, the length of the sliding groove 26 is larger than that of the protrusion 13, so that the protrusion 13 moves back and forth along the sliding groove 26, and in the first position, the tail end of the sliding groove 26 pushes the protrusion 13 and is moved together, the sliding groove 26 is closed, so that the tail end of the sliding groove 26, namely the position where the door plate is solid, can extrude and drive the protrusion to move.

In the present embodiment, the door panel 20 has a door panel body 27 and a door panel steel sheet 28 fixed to the door panel body 27, and the strength of the door panel 20 is increased. The sliding groove 26 is concavely formed on the door steel sheet 28, so that the protrusion 13 and the sliding groove 26 are respectively located at both ends of the heart-shaped groove 50. And the distance from the sliding chute 26 to the heart-shaped groove 50 is less than the distance from the elastic element 31 to the heart-shaped groove 50, so that when the door plate 20 is separated from the frame 10, the door plate 20 or the frame 10 is damaged due to the fact that the distance between the pair of sliding chutes 26 on the door plate 20 is too large and the moment is large, and the service life of the electronic card tray is influenced.

The frame 10 has a frame body 14 and a reinforcing plate 15 integrally formed with the frame body 14, and one end of the reinforcing plate 15 has a fixing portion 151 fixed on the frame 10 and protruding out of one side. The electronic card tray is provided with a side steel sheet 16, the side steel sheet 16 and the reinforcing sheet 15 are mutually fixed together through spot welding, the side steel sheet 16 is positioned at one side of the elastic piece 31 and pushes the push rod, and the elastic piece can be prevented from deforming and separating from the electronic card tray.

Of course, the above-mentioned projection 24 and the positioning post 25 may also be disposed on the frame 10, and the guiding slot 11 and the accommodating slot 12 cooperating therewith will be disposed on the door panel 20, and the protrusion 13 may also be disposed on the door panel 20 and disposed on the frame 10 correspondingly to the sliding slot 26 cooperating therewith, and as such, the present invention may also be implemented, and will not be described in detail again.

According to the invention, the elastic piece 31 is arranged between the frame 10 and the door panel 20, the door panel 20 is provided with the heart-shaped groove 50 and the sliding guide rod 32, the sliding guide rod can move in the heart-shaped groove 50 by pressing the door panel 20, the door panel 20 is pushed by the elastic piece 31 to withdraw from the electronic equipment, and then the door panel 20 and the frame 10 are withdrawn from the electronic equipment together. Compared with the prior art, the electronic card tray is convenient to withdraw, an ejector pin structure is not required to be additionally arranged, the cost can be reduced, the product is attractive, the elastic piece is arranged between the door plate and the frame, the miniaturization development of the electronic card tray is favorably realized, namely the miniaturization of the electronic card tray is realized, the size of electronic equipment is further reduced, and the maximum benefit of the electronic equipment is realized.

In summary, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be limited to the scope of the present invention, and all the equivalent changes and modifications made by the claims and the specification of the present invention should still fall within the scope of the present invention.
